Nothing While there I found bed bugs in the room and the facility would not give me a refund and continued to hang up in my face when I kept calling them about the refund. I had to leave in middle of night and paid $400 on a room for one night.

Is more like a motel. Close to airport but area is not the best

Nice spacious room, clean and well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave. This hotel apparently does NOT want its guests to use the free airport shuttle. They do not communicate at all regarding how to schedule the trip. I will save you some time here: The shuttle only picks up passengers at Terminal C, door # C105. You need to call the hotel at this number once you arrive at C105: +1-281-570-4795. For some reason, this information is not available anywhere on the Booking.com site, nor does the hotel respond to questions about how to schedule it. I had to spend quite a bit of time and effort sorting this out! You are welcome.

A germy room with damp and germy bedding, got sick from staying there
- 4/5
Without a car, it's hard to walk around anywhere these days. So we appreciate the shuttle service for 24 hours free (plus tip) and ride shares. We had enough time to relax and rest for our next 14 hours + flight. Thank you for everyone working hard for your guests in this Day's Inn.

Cockroaches in the room. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.
- 2/5
The room was smelling bad, tv not was working properly, AC to noise. And’s a long walk to find some thing to eat
- 2.5/5
Close enough to the airport Charged more than we were meant to be, the booking when we booked was considerably cheaper. Mainly booked so we could have breakfast before we hit the road. NO BREAKFAST was provided even though we’d paid for it in then booking. Could use a bath mat, has potential to slip over if not careful after showering.

Exceptional
- 3/5
Bed sheets needed to be changed , small stains were able to be seen
- 3/5
Rooms need an update and a deep clean. Sheets were marked/dirty. Bathroom very dated. Reception staff struggled to speak English and say at a desk with their shoes off talk through a window (the door to reception was locked). Very odd. I would not stay here again. There are other options likely better for a slightly dearer price.
- 1/5
Not as clean as expected
- 4/5
The room has a funny smell, but yet clean. The bed was uncomfortable although I do find hotel beds fine but this one wasn't. Suggest a comfort/cushion top over good for the price. They offer airport shuttle so use it instead of Lyft/UBer surcharge price.
- 3/5
This hotel is good for a short stay, is clean and the personal at the lobby are kind
- 3/5
You pay for what you get. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean enough to stay for a night. The blanket was basically a sheet it was so thin. I will stay somewhere else maybe a bit more expensive if I need to come again.
- 5/5
Toiletries would be nice
- 2/5
the airport shuttle was quick and the driver helpful
- 1/5
Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel !!! Waste of money no sleep and the hotel staff sleep rather than help deal with the drug dealers and hookers in the parking lot at 3 in the morning..
- 5/5
No
- 4/5
Close to everything.
- 3/5
The property was good but I was surprised by how rundown and sketchy the area is nearby, despite being very close to the Dallas Cowboys' deluxe billion dollar stadium. Lots of homeless people and sex shops close by, but not bothered by these unless confronted which I was not (but I am street smart). The property is fine but be careful if you stroll around at night, or better yet don't. The shuttle van did not have the Days Inn name boldly printed on it so several of us waiting guests missed it multiple times and no announcement was made upon arrival as did other properties' van drivers. Announcing upon arrival at the airport should be required.
- 3/5
The lobby was well kept, and they made good effort to keep property maintained and fresh clean up. Room was basically good deal and bed comfortable, no apparent bed bugs and fresh linens. Floors very dirty. Most concerning were the tao cars with people sleeping in their cars outside rooms right in front of and next to my room. It made me concerned for my safety and I had to wait outside the lobby at 4 am for the airport shuttle. Probably need an all night watch.
- 4/5
The hotel it self was not bad at all,
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
I stayed there mainly because of the airport shuttle . It worked but it was too crowded
- 2/5
When the hotel shuttle arrived at the airport the driver broke the handle on my carry on bag when placing my carry on bag into the shuttle. I took a photo later of the broken handle on my carry on bag. When I checked in at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 25, 2026 around 22:30 or so and asked for a wake up call in the morning the female person at reception desk informed me they do not do wake up calls. When I got to my room 202 and tried to call the front desk and dialed O nothing happened. On April 26, 2026 at 05:25 am when I wanted to checked out the male person was sleeping I had a hard time to wake the male person at the reception desk as I was banging on the glass window outside finally the male person woke up. I informed the male person I want to check out and returned the access card to my room. I should have taken a picture of this but I did not. I will not stay at this hotel in the further

Very basic room. Had a weird smell. Felt as though the bedding needed to be updated and the pillows.
- 4/5
Room was clean and stylish but it smelt like cigarettes
- 4/5
Don't let the unassuming lobby fool you! The rooms are lovely! The towels were clean and fluffy (although no hand towels. But extra facecloths to compensate), and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in ages. The rooms are not very sound proof so if that's an issue for you (including neighbours talking and train noises), bring ear plugs. But the fridge was cold and was larger than most hotel fridges, and there was a very clean microwave in the room. The room coffee maker wasn't working well, but the lobby had 24 hour a day coffee. The only really frustrating thing was the airport shuttle, but that was more due to not managing expectations/information and the challenges of my limited mobility. Firstly, it's important to know that you have to call the hotel to order the shuttle upon arrival. But more importantly, the shuttle DOES NOT go to terminal E. It only goes to Terminal C (and maybe A, but I'm not sure). And this also applies for the return to the airport. So if you have mobility issues, it's important to be prepared for this. Have the wheelchair services from your airline drop you off at the hotel shuttle stop at terminal C upon arrival and be prepared for a bit of a trek from Terminal C up to Wheelchair services upon your return to the airport. All in all, though, I would absolutely return to this hotel. Despite the few hiccups, it was overall a very pleasant experience! See you again soon!
- 4/5
Was a very good deal for the price, but the place does need some upkeep. It was a little disappointed in their service with regards to the shuttle. I reminded them twice and the shuttle never came. Eventually they called and got it there almost might be late getting to the airport.
- 3/5
Got there early. The front desk said we could have the room early. That was good. When we got the room it wasn’t ready and we were told an hour by housekeeping. The front desk told them to rush it and it took 15 minutes. Good. He changed our room from a king bed to 2 fulls, much smaller beds. He said the king wasn’t available. The tv didn’t work so we told him and waited an hour, no show. So we told him again and said I’m coming and irritated. He fixed the tv and said nothing and just walked out of our room. Not friendly. Small kitchenette in the room but nothing to use it. The room was run down but the shower was hot and the a/c worked. No where to eat near by so we had food delivered. Shuttle was convenient. It’s true you get what you pay for.

Was here for two nights and I didnt get maid service, not a big deal if, I had a Do Not disturb sign it would have been on the door. No maid service because they though i was only there for one night. Tried to come into the room later in the day while i was in the middle of a business call and he was annoyed i was still in the room. He had to go to the office to confirm. No problem mistakes happen. I had set up shuttle for 06:30, and was told to be downstairs at 06:15. No problem. As i was walking out the door at 06:12 the phone was ringing (reminder) and i watched as the shuttle drove off. When i woke the desk clerk, (yes i woke him up) he said I would have to wait for the shuttle to come back in 30 mins....so it left 15 mins early... There was two of us for the 06:30 shuttle that wasnt going to be there till 06:45. I had my coworker just pick me up.

El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto funciona bien, pero la limpieza de las habitaciones no es buena: sábanas y toallas manchadas.

just bagged for 1 night, flight was early out of iah & the shuttle to iah was a bonus

I never stayed, when I try to check in, the counter guy very unprofessional told me that there was no room available, no one notified me in advance. I need my refund. The guy was very rude, not even apologized for the inconvenience,.
- 2/5
However, I should say the area felt safe and the room seemed clean.
- 5/5
Clean room , clean parking lot, no one loitering outside , I would definitely stay here again if needed.
- 1/5
Very bad experience, I booked "airport shuttle included" through Expedia, but they refused to provide a shuttle for the morning. Only after making very difficult efforts did they finally agree to take me, but then they refused to drop me at my needed airport terminal, I was dead tired, and then dropped me off at the farthest place possible from my terminal. I desperately needed food in the morning, but nobody was able to open their snack fridge. We asked them for help, but they refused. Complete disaster.
- 3/5
Fridge and counter were sticky because of god knows what. Stained towels. Place is a bit beaten down. Nothing like the photos.
- 3/5
Not dirty but didn't feel the cleanest either. Very spacious but door was very drafty. It was good for the price.
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk were very friendly.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and staff was friendly. It was suitable for a one night stay close to the airport
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable walk to a selection of restaurants and 24hr garage shop; shuttle bus included; helpful reception guy.
- 5/5
Nice.
- 1/5
The bathroom door wouldn’t close, if you needed any privacy you had to wedge your wash bag against the door to stop it opening. The sink tap was broken, you could only turn it on pushing it up to to the centre position where a trickle of warm water would be all you’d get, it would’ve take an hour to fill the sink. There was an adjoining door connecting us to the noisiest neighbours you could imagine, I knew it was going to be bad when we heard them get ice from the machine at midnight. Now I know it’s not the fault of any hotel if your next door neighbour’s noisy but there’s absolutely no noice insulation whatsoever. They may as well have had their shouting match at the bottom of our bed. I don’t think we’ll be back in a hurry.

There was no towels , toilet paper and the tv didn’t work at all

Stay was good. Only problem was room was not cleaned on 3 day stay. Other than arrival.

Our first room had not been cleaned. Our second room the bed was clean but the shower had been used. There was also no cart for luggage so we had to carry a 50lb tote from one end of the property to the other.

Low budget motel on a deserted street 15 minutes from IAH airport. Check in person sits behind plexiglass barrier, which indicates what they think of the safety of the neighborhood. Very cheap but below the minimum standards that most people would have.

Airport shuttle is really fast like they pick us up early than pick up time also request for shuttle is easy. Our room is cleanliness and spacious. Front desk is nice

I am expecting a Full Refund of Booked Room due to them not accepting my cousin due to no Real ID on him. My cousin is homeless with Mental Health issues and needed a place to rest and clean up and of course was irate with personal due to not letting him have a room that was paid for in full for 2 nights! When I spoke to Manager and confirmed Booking, he did not mention a Real ID needed.

Good staff, kind and helpful!
- 3/5
Affordable. Has free shuttle ride. But no vending machine that actually works. Noisy because it's kind of a motel. But staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 stars
- 5/5
Easy check in clean environment friendly staff no complaints 🙂 I will book again in the future
- 5/5
Got lucky with the airport shuttle timing. Overall a very good value stay. The lo ation close to shopping makes it a great choice if you arrive early for a long overnight stopover.

Hotel staff peered into my windows. Took my towels on my third day and didnt replace them til the fourth. Crack under door made it very hard to sleep. Otherwise was clean, front desk staff was polite, and I didnt have to worry about my car or anything. Just was perplexed by the housekeeping staff. Domt forget your curtains open, they will peer in a

After I used the shower, a baby cockroach immediately appeared which I assume came out of the drain. Our tv remote didn’t work, we got new batteries from the front desk and it still did not work. We were too tired to deal with it further. Wifi was spotty. We had a scheduled airport shuttle pickup time of 4am and were told to be at the lobby at 3:45. The the lobby door was locked and we had to sit outside where there was numerous drunk people hanging around and it felt very unsafe.
- 1/5
Sheets were dirty with a large streak of brown/black on one bed. Stains on sheets too. Staff were good with changing linens right away. Smoke detector was removed, which is a huge safety issue considering people were smoking in the building. Room and linens smelled aweful from cigarette smoke. Huge gap in door made it so you could hear everything outside and see daylight all around door. Coffee had dried out whitener that had to be broken up like a brick. No toiletries. Phone didn’t work. However, shuttle driver was 20/10 the best and most cheerful one you can find.
- 3/5
The room could definitely have been cleaner, especially the bathroom sink and the nightstands. The coffee maker in my room did not work at all. You have to ask the front desk for a remote that they come and program because they don't keep them in the rooms due to theft. I was in the accessible room on the first floor near the office, and whatever was going on above me happened all night long and was too loud to get good sleep. Traffic and Airport did not bother me at all, just whatever was above me.
- 1/5
The TV was broke, poor customer service (non-existent really), the phone didn't work, there were birds living outside my door causing a lot of noise, etc.
- 4/5
It was great. Only issue was the TV not working because a prior guest stole the remote and they had to order a new one.
- 3/5
I actually love this hotel and hsve stayed here 4 yrs strait in feb. Everything is usually great but this time there was roaches in the bathroom which resulted in a lower score.
- 4/5
👍👍
- 2/5
I do not know how this property get 7.2 out of 10, but it was much worse than my Days Inn other branches experience , the reason for choosing this hotel for me was its shuttle service, but I stayed at cold freezing weather more than our before seeing their shuttle. Still the shuttle did not have enough space, since there were a lot of peaple waiting and i was lucky to be picked up by second shuttle!
- 3/5
Pas de savon pour la douche
- 1/5
Avoid at all cost. You have to check in outside of the building as if you are a criminal.
- 3/5
Basic it was a clean looking but stale smelling room. No water pressure or hot water at all in the sink. No storage space or closet etc. Tv appeared new but showed a fuzzy bootleg picture like you were watching something on a old VHS
- 4/5
The motel is only a few minutes from the airport. My flight was late and was only in the room for 4 hours because the shuttle took so long.
- 5/5
Dislikes; smelled weed almost the whole time I was there. In my room, the a guest took down the smoke detector which i found in the nightstand. I'm sure other guests noticed. I know marijuana use is lsnt prosecutable but the smell is terrible. I felt bad for the cleaning staff who had to deal with this. I stuffed a towel under the door that adjoins rooms which helped lessen the smell.
- 4/5
Comfortable room for the price although breakfast was mediocre
- 5/5
A nice clean comfortable bed and a nice hot shower in a clean bathroom for about 80 dollars and checking in was easy Chan was the guy that checked me in super nice professional and always helpful this is my second coming here and ill keep coming back
