Breakfast was great. Room was good, refrigerator worked well, cookware was nice. The pullout bed was atrocious. Very uncomfortable and mostly inoperable.

Pool wasn’t big enough and was closed on Monday, call down for towels was told to get dirty ones and go down to first floor and trade them for clean ones.

If we could give negative stars we would. We had 2 SERVICE DOGS for my wife's cancer. They have been registered service animals for years And infact have stayed at this hotel 2 other times with them with no issues.. but this time, we were told we had to leave because of them. Theey put us in a room which wasn't allowed to have animals.. made us move. Then we had septic issues in our 2nd room and they moved us again. My wife brought her own vacuum cleaner to clean any shedding from animals and cleaned room for 45 mins. Rebooked room amad not even an hour later the manager told us we had to leave due to dog hair.. they put on the documents that our service dogs caused damage. Which was not true. They violated our rights and access with her service dogs and this is unacceptable. On top of that they didn't cancel the reservation as she said she would and has kept our $100 deposit due to their "damage".. I will be filing a civil rights lawsuit and be getting what is due to us. Do NOT stay here if you want to be respected. Oh by the way they have black mold in the swimming pool and got upset that my service dog fell in the side due to slime around the side of the pool. They don't clean anything. They are lazy treat everyone like they are criminals they do nothing to accommodate their guests period. And the manager that did all of this, her name was Jen. The room was very clean and the ac was cold and the bed was just right. However the breakfast was HORRIBLE!!!! My wife went and tried to eat breakfast but said that it was the worst. The sausage was like rubber and even the jam for the toast and buiscus tasted bad. Im glad I slept right through it and ended up having breakfast at Denny's which is just right up the road from the hotel.

Average hotel. Expectations were low and it was ok but there were a few bugs and no gluten free breakfast options besides yogurt.

I was surprised and disappointed that my pre‑authorization was not returned in full. Before leaving, I specifically asked the front desk to check the room and confirm that everything was in order, and they told me everything was good. While they didn’t charge me for anything, it seems the difference may be due to the CAD‑to‑USD conversion rate. Even so, the unexpected shortfall left me feeling frustrated with the overall experience.

It was clean, I had a good night sleep (just one night stop over). It was budget friendly! Breakfast was OK! There was a fair good option. The staff were ‘ok’ - maybe a bit too casual, compared with what I’m used to! Just a slight musty smell- maybe from the carpets, but my nostrils adjusted. My room was facing the highway, so alittle noisy, but again adjusted.

The AC was being worked on when we entered the room. It was fixed and cooled.

Breakfast staff was rude

The room was clean and decent size. It was a hit and miss with the staff on the front desk, some act like it was a bother that you went up there ( 2 on cell phone ) and asked about something or information. Staff in the breakfast area were nice and cleaning staff. Parking is small up front but does have areas in back.

Danese wazpersonally engaged with upon chekin, listening to us and ensuring that we had what we needed and that any questions or concerns we had were addressed. She was organized and one of the fastest at getting our room keys to us. Which was highly appreciated! She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and the few things she didn't know, she quickly researched and passed on the information. Fantastic customer service.

Our stay was not that great. The room was humid and cold at the same time. We had to keep the room cold because warm and humid was even more uncomfortable. The staff seemed nice, but this will be the first and last time that I stay at a Comfort Suited based off of my experience here. It's hard to rest well when the air/humidity is not right in the room. We ended up leaving a day early to go to another hotel because of it.

Don’t book! They charge 100 dollars incidentals & then scam to not return the full amount. We were accused of stealing LED lights from the bathroom which was not true. We barely spent time in the hotel & were only there for short increment of time. We requested sheet changes after finding stains on our bed & they refused to replace our sheets & towels. Front desk workers were rude when I tried to find solutions to these problems.

Pet friendly, clean room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was about our own room. The A/C wasn’t blowing strong and the lights upon entering was broken.

Large enough for a small family, had breakfast and little shop on site. Came in the summer and room remained comfortable. Will definitely stay again on next trip.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great. Clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast buffet. When I come to visit my family again I look forward to staying here. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Had to change rooms twice before finding an acceptable room. First room smelled of possible cigarette smoke and second room had dirty tub.

Everything was clean and in order. Breakfast was great. They accommodated us well by keeping us on the 1st floor which made it easy to walk my dog.

Check into the hotel and left to get something to eat.. the woman at the desk noted that I checked in and then checked out how I found out because when come back, I saw that the cabinet was messed up in my hotel room, so I went to the front desk to tell them and the lady at front desk noted that i checked in and then checked out, which was confusing to me why she would do that

Rooms are very large and clean, property is not new but it's well maintained, there is free parking. The front desk lady was very kind and attentive.

The staff do not communicate well, they do not give clear instructions to guests, and some of the items in the room were in poor condition.

It’s quiet at night. The bed is great. The staff are awesome. The breakfast is delicious. You feel safe here lol. I would recommend.

Huge Room 101 on ground floor. Newly remodeled. Yes I would recommend if you are staying in the Kingwood area.

Had roaches in my room. Also, breakfast was ok but could be improved.

This comfort hotel accuse me of smoking marijuana in the room, which is located next to the manager counter office, the only evidence which is presented in the heavy smokes, smell in the room

Our room was clean and comfy. The room temp was great, but the bathroom always felt warm and humid. There was minimal noise from the hallway and other rooms, but there was some road noise from the freeway on the window side. Breakfast was good and the dining room was kept clean. The staff was very courteous and always helpful. There was plenty of available parking. The pool area was kept clean with plenty of seating, but it would be nice to have some shaded areas or patio umbrellas within the fenced pool area so parents could watch their children swim while sitting in the shade. The only covered seating was outside of the fenced pool area and landscaping blocked the view of the pool The pool water was kept crystal clear. Pets are allowed and there is a nice green area for them. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

It was okay. I did have a crack on my door and my niece mentioned seeing a small roach in the bed. I didn’t see anything but did express my concern to front desk but idk if they cared. It was clean but had maybe a moldy smell. But specious and I slept good until traffic started. Breakfast was cold. Parking was good.

Unfortunately my room was near the freeway so heard busy traffic all night . There was also too much movement on the third floor above me. I did not complain to front desk just got out bed and checked out at 7am!!

Not a Good Stay

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.

It was dirty. Not only did they not change the linens on one bed but the left the hairpins from the previous person in it. The hotel is by a very busy road, and the walls are thin. It’s loud, and sleep is hard to obtain. Good luck here.

There were still hair pins in one of the beds from who previously was in the room. That was one of many nasty things I found. Also, it is right by a busy road, and the walls are thin. You can’t sleep, because it’s so loud.

Special Note: Pool was closed for cleaning on Monday but Management open it allow us to swim. I would stay again if I was in the area.

We were there for a funeral, so we did not use the pool. The hotel was great,; just the pullout bed was dirty from people using it as a couch and not being vacuumed in 2 different rooms. Breakfast was great!

Addressed to the front desk the security latch was low and my 2 y/o could open the door. Front desk said they would look into it, and isn’t the latch at the top of the door? Advised it is not and provided a picture of my daughter opening said latch. The room was already booked and with Christmas no other hotels in the area available, no one from hotel management reached out or tried to fix the safety issue.

The woman at the front desk was the best thing about this hotel.The wifi didnt work for my son ps5 and the front desk clerk did everything possible teying to help us but it seemed like she didnt have no support.Then bugs were in the room and it was just a bad stay.I checked out at 4am and took my son to another hotel.I feel im owed something for this horrible experience.I wouldnt recommend the Uncomfort suites to nobody😡

Overall was a good experience for a single night stay. Only issues for some maybe the AC in room was noisy, street noise and Wi-Fi is slow at time.

Front desk clerk that worked the morning of Friday that I was there, was very rude, unprofessional, very very unfriendly & unwelcoming. She’s definitely not someone who should be allowed to interact with guests until she’s retrained in the basics of hospitality. Housekeeping/ breakfast staff is lazy & lacks common sense & critical thinking. Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke & air felt moist walking in room. I Was charged $10 for 2 dirty washrags but had to smell old cigarette smoke for 3 days. Unbelievable. I was truly dumbfounded by this.

Very irritating to listen to an advertisement every time I was required to log back on to the internet. Several a & c USB connections were not working. Was told I had reserved a handicap room but this was not the case. Also, the housecleaning every 3d day was a non starter for me. Probably will look for another hotel when in Houston area again.

Very rude Manager there was feces in the restroom, toilet and on the light switch the room were very dirty I had several small children with me and I had already unloaded everything so I asked for stuff to clean and instead of them being kind and assisting the worker came banging on the door, asking how many people were in there, even though we weren’t making a lot of noise and the kids were at the pool with my sister. There’s two queen full size beds and a queen size sofa bed, and I was told only five people were allowed in the room even though each bed could fit two people I asked for a refund was told that I can get a refund if I left immediately, and if I didn’t leave immediately, the cops would be called on me I was very confused as to why I was being threatened with cops when I never cussed yelled or once was that disrespectful to the manager I’m so glad everything is recorded and I’m moving forward with a lawsuit.

There were bed bugs. I started having an allergic reaction and then saw one adult bug in the bed and some on a pillow. Immediately packed up and left. Took pillow to lobby desk to show receptionist.

On top of this, I found a big TICK right beneath my pillow which my partner witnessed as well. A piece of the bathroom wall’s lower paneling fell off. The bathroom ceiling had black spots which I hope wasn’t mold. The only upsides are the hair dryer and OVERPRICED mini-store at the lobby. $4 for a gatorade… really? I feel tricked into making this booking because of the lack of transparency about extra charges. They expect maximum pay for subpar services and conditions. I now distrust booking hotels on your website and will browse using other means when looking for a room.

It was not in walking distance of anything, but the breakfast was great. Our room smelled a little funny, like maybe they washed the carpets but did not air it out enough? But it wasn’t too bothersome. The staff was very nice and friendly, the room temp was very pleasant and the beds were super comfortable. They provided plenty of towels and toiletries. I would stay there again and recommend it if you’re going to visit someone in the area. Not a place to stay if you want to explore.
