Was a pleasant stay and clean. Front desk were very helpful

It smelled so good when we walked in and was very clean. I didn’t like that my bedding was a little smelly. It didn’t smell clean.

The A/C isn't working well; it's old and needs to be replaced.

I stayed there before about 6mths ago and ithe hotel seem to be cleaner, smelled better furniture wasn’t damaged but this time I wasn’t as comfortable and pleased.

The room was 80* when we walked in. It also smelled musty.

The first room I was assigned was dirty, the deadbolt wouldn’t lock, most of the lights wouldn’t turn on, and it smelled of smoke and mildew. I requested a different room and it was slightly better but still way less desirable than advertised. Paint and floor boards are chipped severely throughout the whole hotel. It’s also very noisy property. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. However, the manager on night shift was very kind.

Everything was great but please fix the ice machine on the first floor. It’s been broken like 5 weeks.:( surely y’all have a maintenance tech y’all can hire to fix it so that way your guests don’t have to go up to the 4th floor everytime for ice .

The shower door was broken and the laundry machine didn’t work. The breakfast was super simple with 3 options only. The parking was useful and the room was big.

Apparently, they are under new management in which the front desk person barely spoke english and was not experienced at the front desk.

Website states curtesy bus to and from airport. STAFF INFORMED US NO CURTESY BUS FOR OVER A YEAR !!!!! MUST REMOVE FROM WEBSITE. ROOM KEYS KEPT FAILING. VERY INCONVENIENT.

I like the location. Easy access to fwy and stadium. My room smelled stuffy and saw bugs in room. The staff was nice and on it when I reported my issues. We were moved to another room. Was disappointed in breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and attentive help me out because my reservation was canceled but she helped get my room back.

Staff were not trained correctly.....poolwas closed all 3 days we were there..breakfast is a joke pretty nasty!3 car were broken into in parking lot.....getting out of parking lot is a task from traffic...thanks air conditioning barely worked...ect

Enjoyed my stay to the full! It was close to all the places we wanted to visit, and the staff was on point.

very noisy and stinky

The area was about 25 mins from downtown but the hotel provided great breakfast and the pool was good as well. The gym being 24 hours was a nice touch as well. The hotel is perfect for those looking to stay away from the busy area downtown and relax!

Room was clean. The whole building was clean. Felt comfortable. I was there for the world cup, it was perfect for the short time i was there.

The hotel is close to airport,-

Staff was great, but my room in 201 had bugs and I found out about that in the middle of the night. If you have to get a room, please request a room on the TOP floor or you'll be dealing with a lot of stomping throughout the day and night. AC in my room was good, but the unit will begin to get louder and louder when it's running causing you to sometimes wake up in the middle of the night. Wifi was good as well, but started having issues with my laptop randomly tapping the screen (touchscreen) when I didn't even press the screen. But, now that I'm back home, I haven't had that issue ever since 👀. Being honest, I wouldn't stay here again. But, I do understand everybody's experience is different.

Loved it, very honest and great personel

The staff, including the kitchen staff, were super polite and helpful whenever needed. My only concern was exiting the parking lot—it felt very dangerous due to the fast oncoming traffic from the highway. A safer exit would greatly improve the experience. Thank you staff!

Unfortunately, my experience with the daytime front desk was disappointing. The TV in my room didn’t work, and when I reported it to a younger gentleman working the day shift, he didn’t seem concerned. He told me someone would come to fix it, but no one ever did. I eventually had to return to the front desk, and it was actually a member of the housekeeping staff who came to my assistance and arranged for me to be moved to another room with a working TV. While I appreciated being moved, it was frustrating to have to pack up all of my belongings and relocate after I had already settled in. I also asked whether there would be any compensation for the inconvenience, but the same daytime employee told me that because I had been moved to another room, no compensation would be offered. Overall, the housekeeping team and the evening/night staff made a very positive impression, but the lack of concern and customer service from the daytime front desk employee took away from what otherwise could have been a much better experience.

The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did think the couches were a little worn in the rooms and a little care and maintenance around the bathroom baseboards could have made the experience a bit better.

Evening Staff when we arrived was friendly. I didmt interact with other staff. Ice machine disnt work on our floor and no sign of there was another kn a different floor but when we asked it was only available on the 4th floor. Room was clean and sheets too but they did halve old stains on them. There were missing tiles in the hallway which made AC pretty loud. Other than thay it was a nice oversight stay. Pretty quiet and easily accessible as its right off the freeway.

Staff was great, easy check in. Very close to highway so has road noise. Neighbors slammed doors much of the night but not a reflection of the hotel. Overall we loved it.

Clean rooms and grounds. AC Struggled to cool and keep the room dry, which is obviously key in Houston. Bathroom was a bit dated and rundown.

I’m not sure how we had such a poor experience at a hotel rated this high. When my husband arrived, we were assigned a room that had a stained tub floor. Since it appeared dirty, he asked for another room. We were put in another room with a stained tub floor. The staff onsite said it was nothing they could do because their cleaning staff tried everything to get the stains out. The towel rack fell after I pulled a towel off of it. The air conditioner broke on our last night. We put the air on 60 but it was 79 degrees in our room. There was no ice in the ice machines. The soap was chalky and didn’t lather well. For this hotel to have a $100 holding fee for incidentals I would think our experience would have been more pleasant. I’d recommend RUNNING not walking unless you like wasting money. We will not be returning.

It's close to the highway no shopping centers in walking distance. However, if you have a car you will be fine

Our front desk Jay was wonderful. He called and checked on us to see if everything was okay with our room after we checked in. Breakfast was great and the attendant kept everything stocked and fresh.

The breakfast was good and the stuff was very nice. I did not use the pool. The rooms could use a little bit of refreshment like as far as paint on the walls. The only thing that was really an issue was the ice machine on my floor is broken and the one on the second floor of us usually out of ice because of that so I had to go up to the third or fourth floor to get ice that’s all

The place seemed cleaned but we were put on 4th floor with the elevator broken so had to bring 3 luggage bags up flights of stairs and back down. The fridge was broken and told the employee who seemed annoyed that we were bugging her. Air didnt remove the humidity in the room. Last thing was the air fresheners they use in the hall way was so over powering it went into are room and gave us all bad headaches.

They will take cash for deposit if you charge it it can take 15 business days for it to be returned. That’s what I was told by the host.

Breakfast decent

We just stayed for one night. The whole building was very clean and smelled clean. Restroom was clean. Best part was the size of the room to fit 5. If I carried an air mattress with me, it would easily 8. Biggest room I've stayed in. I'm bookin here again.

Overnight stay to catch a flight from IAH. Hotel is conveniently located in Beltway 8, with an easy access to airport. Staff is kind and helpful, quick check in. Room was clean, though a bit musky (maybe from humidity) still a good overnight stay.

The staff was very friendly! The woman at the front desk was a delight, I missed the spelling on her name tag but I know her name is Sephora! When there was a problem, she immediately fixed it for us!

We had a quick overnight stay with my husband, and it was convenient and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect and close to the family event we were attending. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything made for a smooth, easy stay.

The sheets were dirty my son got a rash on his face we ended up having to take him to the dermatologist it was a fungus he was sleeping on the pullout bed

I only needed this room for about 12 hours until I go to the airport. I didn’t need the shower.

For the hotel to be fairly new, I was disappointed by the level of service and cleanliness. Our first night, we discovered black dog hairs on the comforter and tan on the seat. The sectional sofa is in need of a deep upholstery clean. You can see multiple thick stains. The bathroom was not clean and we requested room service multiple times to no avail. We stayed for three nights. We had to keep going downstairs every day because our key card was not loaded to cover the duration of our reservation. I alerted management multiple times and was told it would resolved, but they failed to deliver on their word EVERY time. I do NOT recommend staying here if you are looking for comfort.

Room was great size and comfortable. The entire property was loud though. Difficult to sleep at night. You can hear doors closing and people talking easily.

The room was very large and nice for just being a basic room with no upgrades. I wouldn't count on breakfast. Both times i went, it was a if the food budget was running out. The first day i went towards the end and they had some questionable eggs, sausage and yogurt. They were out of everything else, even waffle mix. The second day I went a little earlier and they had waffles, cereal and yogurt. Nothing for protein at all. Again, the room was nice and clean so overall not bad, but if you count on/look for breakfast, i would move on.

We got there and the front desk guy was sound asleep we called customer service of the hotel and they gave us permission to jump the front desk and wake him up, took him a while to wake up and who know what he was on he didn’t even check us in at all we called the cops

There was an ice storm alert and my flight got rescheduled and they wouldn’t even change the date of my stay. I didn’t even want a refund just a date change.

Courteous staff and clean room. I felt it was overpriced though. Breakfast options very limited: pancakes, blueberry muffins, yogurt, cereal. No eggs, ham or bacon. No decaf coffee, no dairy free milk. For 160$ a night I thought I would have gotten a healthier / more variety of breakfast options. Also, bottled water in the room is a must for me, there was none provided.
