Reviews
The hotel has a convenient location, particularly for those traveling to or from the airport. However, cleanliness and maintenance are significant issues, with many guests complaining about dirty rooms, broken amenities, and pest problems.
- Convenient location near the airport
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Rooms are often dirty and not cleaned daily
- Broken amenities such as elevators, ice machines, and TV remotes

Nothing It was kinda dirty and the smoke detector was beeping all night and we told the staff many times and they refuse to fix it ..the beds were all the way against the wall with no room to get about it …there was no signs for parking so we had a hard time finding a spot ….there was a company car parked in a handicap spot the whole time ….the jets in the bathtub didn’t work there was no battles in the tv control there was like 6 channels on the tv

The management was unprofessional, need customer service & hospitality training, expectations are below 1!. Rooms were dirty, furniture torn & not clean. Did not provide hot breakfast as advertised!

It was good value for money and the bedding and towels was very good quality Cotten so o slept very well. The staff were very nice, especially Liz who really looked after me at breakfast and reception I thought it was good value for money, and handy to the airport. It is a little rundown but still a comfortable place to sleep.

24 hour shuttle to/from the airport. Clean , close, convenient. I had booked an accessible room, as it was the only option. When arrived they gave me a different as I did not need an accessible room. The room was big, had a separate area from the beds/sleeping area with a tv, couch, fridge, desk. No to go breakfast
- 1/5
Location to the airport and the beds were clean and comfy. The toilet seat was broken, kept falling off, the TV only had seven or eight channels, the elevator was disgusting, the breakfast in the morning was basically empty at 8 am, smelled like marijuana downstairs. There was burn marks and stains on the carpet of my room, and the ac cover was hanging off the wall. Just seems like the staff doesn't care at all about the hotel.

- 2/5
Nice staff Many things weren't up to date. The toilet seat was broken, our TV wouldn't work, there were no linen bags nor towels upon arrival. The elevator continued to malfunction many times. There were no towels to dry off at the pool.
- 2/5
The bed and pillows were comfy The room was old with out dated furniture and And a toilet that ran water all night
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
Room, carpets, furniture all dirty, stained, paint worn off. Missing light bulbs, no TV controllers. Terrible pillows. Breakfast was a joke. Your choice of white bread or froot loops.
- 4/5
It was much larger than what I was expecting and it had plenty of food options near by
- 3/5
The hallway smelled bad. Motel needs refurbishing.
- 3/5
I used third party booking but still had to provide a card for a $100 hold to my account, no remote in the room and inside could use some paintting and patching up but overall experience was average
- 5/5
I've been waiting on A mini fridge for 3 weeks

The elevator missing buttons, which is a safety hazard. The pool looked like a swamp. The airport shuttle was out of service, which they advertise free airport shuttle services. The automatic door to enter the hotel does not work. The room was clean and OK overall, but the AC works either very cool or warm. There’s no balance when you select the temperature that you want.
- 3/5
There was black stains on the comforter….and baby roaches behind the entrance light on wall
- 2/5
The pool was green, the main door didnt work. Was suppose to have breakfast, and none was available. The room was clean, nice bed. TV had limited stations. But was a good value for a 2 day stay.

Check in was a breeze! Desk clerk Kiara was wonderful. She was very friendly and just seemed to be happy at work. She let us know all the amenities and where everything was. What a great asset to this company.
- 4/5
Property needs rehab for key entry and elevator buttons to select and new doors on rooms
- 1/5
I didn't like the fact that I never got my deposit back and it's been over a week now
- 5/5
I really enjoyed been in the store I will return
- 5/5
We stayed there a week we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Not dislike, but could use a little fixing up.
- 3/5
The facility was dated, I took pictures of a very raggedy chair in our room, we made reservations for a king standard room, instead they gave us a handicap room which we didn’t need. The front desk staff had a baby crying in a stroller behind the desk with them. This was the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. We pick this hotel because we are Choice Plus members. I asked the girl at the desk to put my membership number in and she told me we didn’t pay enough for our room to receive any points. So she didn’t do it. That was very unprofessional. She said it in front of other guests.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, bedding had what looked like blood stains on it and the carpet was very dirty and stained. The person working was very helpful and apologetic and tried to give us another room, but it was just as bad. We ended up not staying after all and went to another hotel.
- 5/5
That breakfast ends at none
- 4/5
The carpet had a odor. The elevator buttons are broken and the room door has a wide gap.
- 3/5
Necesita remodelación en toda la propiedad y habitaciones.
- 4/5
Wait staff were polite room was clean will rent a room again at this location.
- 5/5
Hotel was very conveniently located
- 3/5
Hotel needs renovating. Doors were dirty/need painting. The elevator buttons were broken, the pool was closed due to it being dirty. The outside of the building is a little worn and doesn’t look like the pictures. The rooms were cleaned pretty okay. Carpets/halls smelled. You get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable
- 3/5
I had a problem that there was no caffinated coffee in my rooom. In fact, no rooms had this available. Then the front door was not working. When I first came in, I rang the bell and I said "is anyone there." There was a man on my side of the check in and I thought he was a customer, and his tone was negative and he responded, "it is me."
- 3/5
Not enough t towels
- 4/5
Not bad for a nights stay, ice machine was down. Tv cable in living room wasn't getting good reception so moved into roo. To relax, but still limited on channels available without static or freezing up. Overall stay was ok
- 2/5

- 1/5
They advertised a pool but when you got there the pool is shut down in full of green slime
- 3/5
The swimming pool was closed, and somehow the TVs in the room weren't connected to a signal.
- 4/5
Convienient from airport no problem checking in except someone was in the room assigned to me but clerk took care of it and got me another room promptly. Security deposit returned at checkout. For the most part decent enough the elevators seem a bit outdated. For the orice reqlly no complaints very quiet
- 2/5
Wasn't been giving towels and the breakfast was making me sick
- 5/5

- 1/5
The property was dirty and ac was not working . Property smelled
- 5/5
The staff was excellent, the property is run down.
- 1/5
Very unclean
- 1/5
I was denied a check in because of my photo paper DL and lost my 2 day payment and they wouldn’t even let the person who purchased reservation change it to be able to check in
- 3/5
Exercise equipment was missing weights and stationary bike did not work. Poor customer service from front desk. Pool had dirt and pine needles in water.
- 3/5
Problem with low water pressure. One nonfunctional lamp and one problem recepticle. Nothing that would be terrible, just a little less than expected.
- 4/5
Property was a little run down, but fine for a night to be close to the airport.
- 3/5
It was more of a convenience then a nice stay for a weekend
- 2/5
Our vehicle was broken into at your hotel, the night before our flight out of IAH.
- 1/5
Both of my rooms were roach infested , with dirty carpet stains what a disaster. The only thing clean is the front desk. They refuse to refund or acknowledge their horrible property. Please run from this hole in the wall!!!!!!!!!! I was there on vacation
- 4/5
Everything was great! Just 1st day there was a sorry in the bathroom, and 1 Roach in the living area, nothing that couldn't be handle. The breakfast was 5/10 cause it was the same everyday nothing changed lol but didn't bother us Overall good stay
- 3/5
The staff is good but the hotel has issues way above the pay level of the staff to solve.
- 1/5
I checked into the hotel with a surly desk clerk. I asked what time breakfast was in the morning and she said, "We don't have breakfast." I said, "The sign on the wall behind you says Free Breakfast and your advertising on Expedia says Free Breakfast, so why is there no breakfast?" She said, "We used to have one but no longer." I replied, "So your advertising and signage is lying then." Suffice it to say, I was NOT HAPPY. She told me I could check out if I wanted and I said, "Okay, how do I get my money back because the room is prepaid?" To which she replied I would have to talk to her manager on Monday. I was very tired, because I had gotten up at 3:00 AM to catch the first of two flights to get to Houston, so I just went to my room. The next day I checked out and went to the Best Western, which was about 200 yards from this hotel and had a breakfast included in the room rate.
- 1/5
Awful customer service at checkout. Clear water damage on the ceiling in the room. Not even worth the one night I had to stay between flights. Choose somewhere else.
- 1/5
This property was booked with a free breakfast. Upon arrival and I next day expecting breakfast, there was none for the first two mornings of my stay. False advertising and the hotel did not want to compensate for that inconvenience. The pool was not operational and had garbage in it. Airport shuttle takes long which isn't a problem however this was not communicated prior. When you arrive at the airport you have to wait an hour for the airport shuttle. The shuttle driver is very friendly. The manager at the hotel tells you to have patience when you call to find out why the shuttle is taking very long. Other than that , my stay was comfortable and the other members of staff were very kind.

This is an older hotel so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised - clean, comfortable rooms and a helpful staff. The kitchen was closed but we had an early departure so no biggie. For the price and convenience, it was a solid choice.
- 1/5
Everywhere you looked, old, outdated, deterioration and smelly. We thought we would spend time at the pool but it was closed too!! Shut down by Health Dept!!! There were not many good places within walking distance to eat either. Remote did not work. Thank goodness the beds weren't as bad as everything else. This was rated a 3 star, and clearly was not and the rates did not reflect the herendous state of the place. The door key sensors were duct taped and buttons were missing from the elevator. We had a shuttle to the airport. When the driver showed up, he pulled up amd just glared at us. When we came out, he electronically opened the back door and we had to load our luggage ourselves. We are elderly and it was not easy. So.I.told him which airline and terminal and he said, I only go to terminal C, we were going to A. He pulled up and opened the back door and we had to get our own luggage out and had to haul it all over the airport to our terminal. I have never experienced the filth and rudeness of this hotel, anytime in my.life.

There was no breakfast NoPool! No nothing !!! The bed was nice and the shower was nice that’s all. It was like they bought it from super 8 then upgraded it half way. It’s good for one night only!!! Jamie was good to me tho . Shot out to Jamie!!!

The stay at comfort inn and suites was horrible. First and foremost all the pictures on this site was false advertisement from the outside of the building to in, looks completely different. The pool, disgusting, our room had no couch in it just a random and thrown together chair and ottoman. The fridge in the room did not work, the tv in the front room didn’t work, there was a cigarette burn mark on the linen, furniture was ran down, smoke detector open and the other did not seem like it was on. The key scanner on the outside of the door was broke as well as many others, some were duck taped on. Bathroom dirty, towels looked dingy. There was only a thin sheet curtain liner on the window no larger one to shield the sun in the AM or to be used for security purposes. I was very very disappointed. WiFi was inconsistent stopped working numerous times.
- 1/5
Room had spiders and bugs plus mattress on the pull out sofa was dirty and had pee stains room smelt like pee
- 3/5
Convenient location. Property clean but outdated
- 2/5
Shuttle van never came to pick me up after calling and waiting for 1 hour. Was told by another shuttle driver that Comfort Inn shares a ride service with 10 other hotels. Driver claimed he was stuck in traffic. Front door was broken. Nobody on duty when I arrived at 10pm. Had to wait 15 minutes for the overworked front desk lady to help me. Not her fault. Property was tired and unkempt.
- 5/5
There are some spots in the hotel that need some TLC, but they probably wouldn't need that if others had been more gentle on the hotel, too. All in all I would 100% stay here again.
- 2/5
Advertised with breakfast and a pool. No breakfast (sink broken). Pool closed until further notice. During checkin I was informed that there was no breakfast and to "compensate" for that I was offered a $50 deposit vs the usual $100. Strange people. There were three of us checking in - the room had two towels and no bedding for the third person. I had to ask for it. Room was ok otherwise. I hope this is constructive feedback.
- 3/5
Although I booked and arrived to the hotel in order to check in, I was advised that the kitchen was inoperable due to an ongoing sink issue, thus, the advertised free breakfast offered by the company, won’t be provided. I don’t know about you when it comes to amenities, but if you book based on amenities, then learn something is unavailable, would you still pay to stay? Well, I didn’t because I had a family of 4 traveling and I really was not in a position to go & put out $60 plus dollars for breakfast for 2 days. And wouldn’t you know it, the hotel will not refund my payment. I feel that once they were unable to provide a service, then contact the incoming guest to give them a choice to proceed or not. Guess I’ll be going thru the CC chargeback process.
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel experience. The first room they put us in was filthy and under construction. They moved us to a “better” room. And it felt filthy. The front door of the building was broken, so you had to use the side door. And there was a sign on the door that said beware of two dogs.. I feel like I was in a series of unfortunate events movie

Hotel was very good staff and room. airport shuttle should not be listed because the service was terrible 2 hours late at the airport and no service in the morning when we needed to go we had to hire somebody else on the side.
- 2/5
Old
- 2/5
The TV and refrigerator were not working, the laundry area does not have laundry soap and it's dirty. It's difficult to connect to them to ask for shuttle service.
- 3/5
This property is an older property, but the customer service was nice. I’m not sure if it was effective or communicative, but it served its purpose just needed to be updated.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 4/5
It was ok
- 5/5
The property was clean and quiet, with several food sources near by
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing staff. Jeanne (GM) and her family members were absolutely top tier. They made me feel like I was at a home away from home. I am Canadian and it was my first time in Texas. I will most definitely come back and recommend this establishment to all my peers and associates. I have nothing but great things to say! The price was extremely affordable without compromising the luxurious hospitality.
- 3/5
Was happy to have decent room with air conditioning. Concerned when lobby was wide open without any air conditioning and people sleeping in lobby.
- 5/5
Great place with affordable price. Rooms are clean and spacious. I really recommend.
- 5/5
Didn’t like the $100 deposit but everything else was good
- 3/5
The hotel was great the problem is the shuttle service. I waited 2 hours for the shuttle and couldn't take all the gests so we have to wait an extra hour for it to arrive. The driver was not friendly or helpful at all.
- 2/5
There is no shuttle unless you notify 24 hrs before arrival and shuttle stops at 10pm
- 3/5
Don’t bother with the hotel shuttle, just take a ride share and call it a day. I arrived on an international flight at terminal e and was told to go to terminal b for the shuttle pickup. The front desk attendant gave me the wrong info and I proceeded to get horribly lost trying to save $20 on an uber. Wasn’t worth it. IAH is so big that getting around is tough, so don’t risk the inconsistency of the shuttle. Bright spot was the chicken place next door to the hotel though. Really good and open super late!
- 5/5
Berry good
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and fixed the problem quickly
- 1/5
Room dirty and smell of cigarettes.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
There were only two washcloths and three towels in our bathroom so we had to wait behind a family that was having a problem checking in and we stood in line for a long time. The housekeeping department should prepare for the number of guests coming. The shuttle started at 6 pm. I called at 5:45 for shuttle pick up and was told it would be there at 6:45. Not sure why a ten minute drive would take an hour if we were the first pick up. Everything ended up fine but we had to wait a lot.
