Stayed here because we missed our flight and we just needed something cheap. The front desk person belongs at TSA not at the front desk. She was short, didn't seem at all interested in helping us and was quick to go back to her phone.

We use this location for easy access to the Bush Airport. It's easily accessible to the major highways in Humble/Houston and there are many nearby restaurant options.

Shuttle service, close to Aiport, clean and comfortable bed Both evening and morning staff had a way about them, of not caring, morning staff was outside on a personal call for a long time, whilst I was waiting for help. And evening staff said she could not guarantee I could get a courtesy morning call to wake me up, because she was not doing the night shift (do they not have a diary or system to log this when guests want a,wake up call?) indeed, I did not get a call, fortunately my phone did it's job.

This is a tough one. You get what you paid for here. The same white dirt or powder stayed in the elevator for 2 days and collected more. The continental breakfast was all sugars and carbs. The only protein is sausage pattys. Egg would have been a grest second option for non pork eaters. There was milk so that's a drinkable protein option. I had set my alarm in advance but did set up a wake up call. That call never happened. When I asked about it, I was told the person should have told me. That he can do it but it's not guaranteed you will get it. Also the airport shuttle is out sourced to a 3rd party company. You have to reserve your time in advance. No problem.........yet. I get a call regarding my time saying the van is leaving in 5 min's. I reply by I'm 7 mins from being downstairs. Thanks goodness the airport is 2.8 miles away. Im downstairs in 4 mins. 0556, I'm downstairs and the van is gone. Remember it's a 0600 reservation. The shuttle picks up from 4 different hotels so they will leave before their given reservation time and before the courtesy call time. The fitness center was a nice bonus. The AC unit does not work in it and their are no towels nor cleaner to wipe the machines. My sheets when I checked in were clean but had black marks on them. Room was comfy. Thin walls, ice machine on the second floor could use a great cleaning of the black mold inside it. The desk workers and house keeping were friendly. DNR

Rooms are clean and wised the airport shuttle. Our room was a bit warm and humid. The staff was great!

We arrived at Hotel it smelt like Marijuana. I could not believe it. The lobby also had bad order and floors were sticky. The First Lady that greeted us was friendly but she did say she was signing out. The other two lady’s that arrived were not very helpful at all. Our reservation was not showing and Expedia was trying to call hotel but they were not answering the phone. They told us there was no more room and they were fully booked. Even though we had 2 days reserved we had to call an uber and get a hotel room elsewhere. It took over 1 hour it was 12:15 am we were exhausted and hotel staff did not even care to help in anyway. Horrible experience!!

Liked the location, its great for a stop over when flying. Breakfast was all gone by the time we came down, maybe we needed to get up really early. Room felt a little damp.

Easy check in; I booked for one night on Travelocity less than 10 minutes before arriving and as I entered, the clerk acknowledged me right away, and continued to assist the customer at the counter. I booked the shuttle to the airport and had a pleasant evening and a solid sleep before my early flight it was quiet and not fancy but had all that I needed. I'd stay again.

The lady that was checking us in was courteous, but her supervisor was loud and a bit rude. She threatened that the airport shuttle would leave us if we were even one minute late. We ordered a shuttle back to the airport at 7:30. They told us to be down at 7:15 which we were. We were going to quickly grab breakfast but the driver was also just as rude and said that was absolutely not going to happen and he would leave us at the hotel if we quickly grabbed a bite to go. After getting on with empty stomachs, the driver continued his whining and told me he would like me to explain to all the rest of the passengers why we were 1 minute late. It was very unprofessional and rude.

The building and the room smelled like mildew. Staff who checked us in had his airpods in the whole time and was very nonchalant. We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. The mildew smell was very potent.

The only thing to like is the conveniency of the airport. The room stinked so very bad like mildew the refrigerator was rusted all over the front and barely stayed cold. The covers are very hard and thin no comfort floors need to be mopped severely in the rooms I walked for 2 minutes on the floor in our room our socks was filthy afterwards. Not to mention the ants and cockroach we found in our room. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9am yet it ended at 7:30 I definitely will never stay again this was the worst hotel I stayed in in Texas and I absolutely would never recommend they should honestly be reimbursing for last night stay because it was indeed horrible. Let’s not mention how the guy didn’t know how often the shuttle ran or the fact they give you till 11:30am to check out but call multiple times by 10:40am.

I had one of the word experience in this hotel, the front desk attendant was extremely rude, aggressive, hostile and with a terrible attitude, the lobby was really disgusting and dirty

All of the food they had for breakfast was spoiled including the milk. This could have gotten my family sick and caused a law suit if so..very disappointing..room beds were very uncomfortable as well..pillows were horrible

What I didn’t like about the property is they use very smelling cleaning products and for people that have allergies. It’s really bad. I was having problems, sleeping. Cause they use cleaning products with a very high fragrance Also, the front desk wasn’t that useful. Oh friendly.

Other than a weird smell to the room, maybe the cleaning products used. It was clean and quite. Not a lot of hot breakfeast options. Biscuits & gravy, sausage and waffle maker. It was a great option for one night layover with Airport shuttle. Driver was earlier than then I was told and in a real hurry. Good thing I was there early when he showed up.

Check in and getting the shuttle to and from airport was good and staff friendly. Room was clean however had a horrible weird chemical and mold smell. The floor was so greasy my shoes were sliding when i walked. The bed was comfortable pillows were old and horrible as well as sheets felt like sleeping in plastic. Room was very humid even with air on. Provided coffee in the room however no coffee machine to make it. Because of this i wouldnt stay again. Stayed as needed a quick sleep on a layover.

Front desk staff member was very rude upon check-in. The elevator did not work. My room floor was extremely oily and slippery. The tables were clean in the room. The hallways smelled bad. Smelly water was falling on us as we walked out of the door to go to the parking lot. The key access to enter the side door did not work. I won’t be back.

We have stayed multiple times because of proximity to IAH, but it has gone down. Room, bathroom and breakfast.

Breakfast less than average

I couldn’t sleep all night due to a really strong smell in my room. I complained to the front end and she said there were no other rooms available so I just had to deal with it. Did not even try to offer any other solution and acted like me complaining was inconveniencing her.

The room was very damp and floor slick, no towels in the room so I could not take a shower before my early departure. Front staff were friendly

The one advantage was the opportunity to park my vehicle onsite while on vacation for a few days at a rate lower than the parking garages and they provide a 24hr shuttle to and from the airport.

When I walked in my room, there was crumbs on the desk that was very noticeable. Every lampshade had mildew on the rim and mildew was in the ceiling. The bathroom smelled like strong mildew when you take a shower. Air conditioner smelt musty. The TV wouldn’t connecting to the Internet in order to watch Netflix or Prime. It wouldn’t even go to any other apps. Only option was to watch whatever was on regular t.v. channels. Which wasn’t many at all. The refrigerator in the room was nasty and rusty in the inside of it. Didn’t get cold at all so I didn’t use it. Breakfast was horrible, Barely any options. The wooden container with bread in it had tape on it to hold it up. The floor felt greasy, I couldn’t get a refund because I booked with Hotels.com which is a third-party is what I was told. I was very tired from traveling. Never ever will I stay there again.

Had to wait for someone to free a parking spot. Not enough parking. Breakfast was seriously lacking.

Breakfast and coffee in the morning was terrible! Literally took 1 sip and 1 bite and decided to just eat some Cheerios and get coffee at the airport. Overall, if you need a quick cheap place to rest your head, ok. If you are light sleeper or need a better experience, look elsewhere. (Review given by someone who travels almost weekly around the world). I would not stay there again.

This was a rough one. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. We followed the directions and called the hotel over we picked up our luggage. The wait time advertised was 15-30 minutes. We waited over an hour for the shuttle, and that was after calling three times. I’m confident the front desk clerk never called the shuttle for us. Once arriving at the hotel, our room was so musty smelling and the refrigerator was covered in rust. The shower didn’t drain well at all. I called the front desk, she came up, decided it was draining “fine”, then told me to call back when it really didn’t drain. The following morning we needed a shuttle back to the airport. I asked for the shuttle two hours in advance, then was told there were no shuttles available. Overall, the front desk staff was horribly rude…someone was always on a personal call or not at the front desk at all. The breakfast was terrible. We have stayed at MANY Best Westerns, and this was significantly below their standards.

Bed and shower was clean. The furniture and appliances were very rundown.

Parking is almost non existent. The entrance is not handicap friendly as they have to walk up a steep incline. The staff cleaned the room but never left us replacement towels. The room was humid and the floors constantly felt wet. The entire place has a weird smell to it. The pillows are small squares the size of your head instead of actual pillows. The water pressure is awful. I will never stay here again.

I found the cleaning to be desired because the floor was sticky, the towels and sheets stained, the mattress and pillow were of good quality the service I found well below the best western network that I always stay, the front desk were unwilling and still asked for bank information and Expedia recommends not to pass any information, I did but I found it strange because the other times it had never happened.

AC vents with blowing fan were next to desk with chair, and vents could not be redirected, which was very annoying and very cold with needed AC because of 90 deg temps. Coffee machine at breakfast had reg coffee that was so dark, concentrated and bitter, that I had to add some hot water to the coffee cup to dilute the coffee to a standard cup of coffee, which would still be darker, bolder and more concentrated than any cup of Starbucks coffee. The coffee : hot water concentration ratio needs to be reset, or recalibrated to brew a normal cup of coffee.

The property was nice but the TV was turned off - No Signal and no one could help.

the airport shuttle was really good and the drivers were nice. saw a roach in the lobby right where the food is served in the morning. united assigned over 30 people to this hotel due to a cancelled flight and there was only 1 person working so it took almost 2 hours to check in….the rooms were slippery and the bed/bed sheets were stained and dirty.

The place itself was nice, the room was nice, but whatever they used to clean the floor had a really weird smell. The staff, however, wasn't very helpful, they didn't mention any amenities at all, and although they weren't necessarily "mean", they also didn't really feel polite at all.

Room was clean, but very musky. Morning breakfast was not good at all, no milk for cereal, juice machine broken. Vending machine broken, cereal and food all over counter, and this was at 8am, breakfast is until 9am.

Gave us wrong time of Airport shuttle and the shuttle left before the time given to us. We had to take uber to get to airport. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Ac wouldn't work. Squeaky floors

The staff were nice and accommodating. That’s the only good thing about this hotel. I booked as it was cheap and definitely got less than what I paid for. The room was musty, the floor was slimy (and very dirty), the pillows had hair on them, the sheets were ripped, the conditioner provided was 3/4 empty. Stains on literally everything. The loudest air conditioner I have ever heard and no curtains so the light was excessively bright all night.

Nice place for price and one night before flight

There was 4 peaces of bread, cerearl, and coffe for breakfast. No eggs, no sausage or bacon or anything like that. No waffles due to machine broken. I walked next door to get something to eat

Breakfast was not great. Food was stale. Shuttle was easy but felt like the drivers did not want to help or drive anyone. Only half my family got on so the others just paid the $10 for an uber to the hotel since it was late at night. Only stayed here one night. But it was clean and a safe place to sleep.

Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. Worked great for us on the night before a flight. The shuttle can take a little while so make sure to get it scheduled ahead of time and leave some wiggle room for delays.

As soon as we were notified of the cancellation, I contacted the hotel immediately to explain the situation and request a refund or credit for our stay, as we physically could not get to Houston. Instead of receiving professional service or any semblance of empathy, the staff was dismissive and entirely unsympathetic. They flat-out refused to offer a refund or any accommodation for a situation of force majeure. In an industry built on hospitality, this establishment fails miserably. They are clearly more interested in pocketing money for an empty room than in building guest loyalty or doing the right thing. If you are looking for a hotel that values its guests and understands the realities of modern travel, look elsewhere. This property has lost a customer for life.

Short shuttle ride from the airport.

Breakfast was limited and many items were put away way before ending time. Room was fine, but hairs in the shower and dirt stains on comforter. Shuttle took 40 minutes to pick us up from the airport but was timely on the way back.

Every thing was good EXCEPT for the shuttle. The hotel along with 4-5 others in the area use a 24 hour shuttle service. The service is very unreliable. We had issues from the airport to the hotel AND we had a scheduled pickup time at the hotel back to the airport. The shuttle was 45 minutes late and then we had to make 3 more stops before going to the airport. We did make it but the added stress was very inconvenient
