The room was clean but the air smell was not good. The AC didn't work very well. It was hot in the room most of the night. Wish there had been an ice machine but there wasn't. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. When we checked in the female at the desk wasn't very friendly. She basically never made any type of eye contact. The young gentleman in the evening was very nice!

The rooms are updated/clean. The staff was great. Amenities (gym, vending, washing) all open and working. Recommend bringing cash/coins. Bring extra towels/tissues for extended stay. Parking easy/safe. Convenient location. Would stay again!

When we entered our room, which included a cooktop and refrigerator, it smelled as if it hadn't been properly cleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There were also no cooking utensils provided, even though the room had a kitchenette. Most importantly, I didn't feel safe staying there with my young children, which made the experience even more concerning.

Wifi needs to improve.

Everything I mean it was beyond expectations It's nothing I didn't like but most of all no roaches and very clean. I stayed at extended stays before like extended stay america and it was like living in someone back trash can. So keep up the amazing work

I was there for 2 weeks and the housekeeper never arrived, I never received a cleaning in the room nor clean towels, the terrible internet

Wife was bite buy spider in room found 2 different spider nest in room. Closet was molded n made whole room smell like old cigarettes whoever the previous guest was covered the smoke alarm with some type of paper. Once told the front desk of all of this, she basically rolled her eyes and said that she would contact her manager and was never called back.

It was relatively clean but the room smelled so strongly of wet dog, it was hard to manage.

Additionally, the air conditioning took quite a while to cool the room down, and the beds were not very comfortable. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, which I appreciated. With some improvements to room maintenance and comfort, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Showers were not the cleanest and the hotel spelled like w**d. I’d recommend staying somewhere else, but if you need to be in this area for a night or two. It’s ok. But recommend somewhere else entirely

I actually rented the room for my son, who left two days early because of a bad odor that he attributed to the black mold he discovered in the room. He intends to send me pictures, but I have not received them.

The property on the outside and the lobby was kept clean. On my first night While unpacking I saw roaches. I immediately took my luggage back to the car where I kept them. I left the hotel early.

the bed was not a king size you only get 2 pillows that have no cushion in them and the liner of the bed is plastic which makes the bed so hot. and on the portal it said 5 per dog stay they charge you 50 deposit first false advertising

The room wasn’t up to my standards as far as cleanliness. The fridge was dirty and had stains on the outside and the shower needed to be deep cleaned. Also hallway had a strange smell.

When we were leaving in the morning there was a bad marijuana smell in the hallway. No one was available at the front desk when I tried to checkout at 840am. Definitely will not be going back, experience was horrible and overly priced.

My stay was far from what I expected it to be. Unfortunately it was dirty and furniture was peeling, shower door was broken, and did not come with any utensils or pans to cook with as advertised in pictures. I’ve stayed at the Medical Center location and I had a much better experience there including the accessibility of kitchenware. Worst part about it was the roaches. We’ve kept our area very clean and we still had a few small ones come in due to other guest’s uncleanliness. The hallways had a foul odor because of this as well. Customer service wasn’t at its best ability either. In all, this location was disappointing, and could have made my vacation even better if the hotel was in better shape.

All I can say the properties fine, but the receptionist sat on the phone from the time I was there didn’t even look at me cause she was on the phone with her friend on her iPhone luckily, I knew what I was doing so I laid out the proper things that I need ID credit card because she was very involved in this conversation. Then I needed something so I walked back down. She’s still on the phone and was exceptionally rude. I’m very laid-back so I didn’t say anything you know.

Expect roaches of various sizes and management will admit it’s a problem but they only require the minimum for pest control. There is also a lot of illegal activity late at night, as in prostitution and other things in the parking lot. Several broken down vehicles in the parking lot as well. Staff…. There is rarely anyone at the front desk.

Microwave didn’t work, tub was clogged, if you need clean towels you will get charged extra, in 6 nights they never asked to clean the room or dump the garbage, filthy carpets on halls, roaches, most of the time nobody at the reception, smoke and weed odors all over the place, very bad experience, our home ac was broken and needed a place to beat the heat while get it repaired but we were really uncomfortable that we ended up using it most of the time only at night to sleep, very bad experience 👎

Well the good thing was the hotel is clean:). On our level sometimes the hall was smelling musty . The room was clean no roaches thank goodness. But if u use the towels and need more u have to pay 3$ for another towel which is crazy.Along with no dishes provided and also they don’t do any service for you so ur bed won’t be made after a couple of days nor trash picked up for you. I felt safe though.

This was a great stay. Inexpensive and felt very comfortable. I think I just had a bad experience due to a neighboring room who had a tenant who smoked cigarettes in their restroom and the odor was going into my room. Also the tenant has music playing all night and I could hardly sleep. Other than that, I loved everything in it. It was spacious and clean! Even after this experience I would still have another stay!

Someone started shooting in the parking lot on my second night staying at this property, I had to call downstairs twice because the people above me were too noisy and they were still loud the rest of my stay, and I saw a roach in my room along with some strong odors coming from the halls along with my room

Very weird people stay here. People are very rude and won't say thank you when opening door for them or holding the elevator door for them. People fighting, fussing in their rooms. Just weird customers all around. Nice staff. Bed hurts my back. Shower pressure was awesome ! Customers had hard time controlling their loud anxious dogs. Heard a cat in on if the rooms meow all night.

Did not appreciate the fact we had to pay for rolls of toilet paper. House keeping never came by to see if anything was needed. Elevator went out they waited hours befire calling for service.

Terrible conditions , was an extended stay and did not offer the amenities, no linen , towel changes , rooms had crumbs on floor, roaches in bathroom , rooms smell like dog , bedspread smell like dog: there was dog urine in the elevators, and hallways dirty with food crumbs . I did get a full refund . Do not recommend this place for any lodging .

The first room did not have a deadbolt so I was switched to another room. The AC unit was loud and the bathroom was covered in small roaches crawling everywhere. I wish I was get refunded for my stay

The initial customer service personnel was off the charts PROFESSIONAL friendly and helpful . I had an okay experience with another team member on 04/27/2025 when I extended my stay for one more day. This team member proceeded with the vibe of I seemed to be bothering her for adding another day.

First, they change the sheets every 2 weeks! That alone made me not want to stay there. The place smelled of weed, there was a dog barking in the building, and people loitering in the hallways. The smell in the room was nauseating. This place is where the homeless would go to stay. It's not a vacation hotel!

The odors from the pets in this hotel was horrible 😫 and the smell of drugs 😫 wroke up meand my family in the middle of the night. I will never stay here again.
