I really liked this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, the shuttle was excellent and they had a great snack bar. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the breakfast.I would definitely stay here again.

A value stay with nice imenities. Shuttle was very efficient. I had an early ride back to the airport and hotel staff allowed me to grab a bowl of cereal and coffee...just what I needed to start the day. The front desk was also nice enough to mail me my reading glasses, which I left on the bed stand. I'd definetly stay at the property again.

Nothing. Checked into my room late at night and found roaches in the middle of the night. Blood stains on the covers. My first night on vacation was ruined. They offered me to change rooms as if they had rooms that were cleaner.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I had a nice peaceful evening where I could relax. The staff was very welcoming and breakfast was plentiful with eggs, cereal, toast, waffles, sausages, yogurt, etc. it was an excellent place to stay, highly recommended.

It was very quiet and the staff were for the most part polite. The lack of towels there seemed to be. I could never really get small washcloths to my room but they were polite and explained they were short on housekeeping.

I liked that there was a shuttle I didn’t like how rude front desk was. The room was in poor conditions. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close and was very dated. A lot of things felt like they were falling apart.

Was something in rm 101 that was in there when I checked in it wasn't mine so I knew the room itself wasnt the cleanest so I used cleaning products that made me feel better. There was a stain on the carpet by the door to room next door. More than one day in that room I couldn't do.

I did not like that the water was brown even though I allowed it to run for 20 minutes. needless to say, my family needed bottled water to brush our teeth, and we refused to take a shower in dirty water. When I reported the water to the front desk, I was told that there was no maintenance on duty and there was nothing he could do. I ask if I could get a discount for the huge inconvenience, I was told that I would have to check with the morning staff.

It is a good place to stay overnight, but the breakfast needs improvement. The shower in my room was inadequate and needed updating, as the water flow was like that of a hose. However, the staff was helpful.

It wasn't the closest hotel to the airport, but the quick free pick-up shuttle service, extremely helpful staff, like-new amenities, cheap snack bar, and free breakfast made up for the distance. We will be staying here again!

Hotel is out of the way in an industrial area. Room was relatively clean, but beaten up. Even though the hotel was empty, there were people make loud noises at 3 am, smoking marijuana. Breakfast was skimpy. You have to call the hotel to get the shuttle, which was about 30 minutes. No description on the website that you have to call the shuttle to arrange for a pickup. You have to know the hotel number since it's not given, and there are two Wyndham hotels in the area.

Everything was great! No complaints honestly for a quick stay, everything we needed was there. The costumer service was good, as well as the breakfast in the morning and the ride to the airport too.

The Heat didn’t work in the room. Then upon inquiring about the “work space” computer blocking a download the attendant hat no idea what I was talking about. He instead repeated what I said. Perhaps consider hiring more knowledgeable employees instead of family

The staff was very nice and the room where decent. The only problem i had was the tub. Its very out of dated compared to the room itself.

My room had ants everywhere; when I went to get a new room they “upgraded” me to a king suite… It was almost as gross as the one with ants, the bathroom was falling apart and still dirty. Unfortunate situation.

The hotel had reached out to us via text before our arrival and the staff actually monitor any text responses to that number. They were super quick to reply to questions texted to them. They let us know exactly how to access the shuttle on arrival. In addition, we were leaving early the next morning for the airport (6 am) It was before they had two people scheduled at the front desk which meant no one was available to leave the front t desk to drive the shuttle van So as part of their service, they called and paid for a Lyft for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms looked a bit tired, but the water in the shower had great pressure and were nice and hot. I would stay there again.

In the middle of my stay of 4 days recieved a call to come and get my belongings due to power outage. This hotel was the only building affected. The hotel staff will only refund days not used but will not give any incentive for inconvenience. This is wrong having to move off of 2nd floor in the dark. Will not advise this place to anyone

The female receptionist and shuttle driver were very nice and friendly. The condition of the hotel was terrible. The room was not deep cleaned and hallways were filthy.

Staff was AMAZING. The lighting in the room is not the best. Couldn’t really open my curtains because there were workers there working on the roof right in front of my window. Shuttle driver a ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. The young lady that checked me in AMAZING! Go ahead and book the room!

The pillow was uncomfortably thick, and the hotel was extremely noisy. We could hear every door opening and closing in the hallway, and around 3 AM the guest in the room above us was running and even jumping, which made it impossible to sleep. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. 100% Motel level hotel.

I would stay here again. This hotel was very convenient when flying into IAH airport. They have a shuttle from the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. Check in was efficient. Breakfast in the morning had scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausages.

Room was clean and well furnished; the hotel was very cold though and the room key was very finnicky.

The staff was courteous. It’s disappointing that I had to go back to the lobby area to get a bucket of ice instead of there being a machine on the 3rd floor. Just a small inconvenience, but overall a nice stay.

The fact that the area that used to be known as greens point is now know as guns point did not make me feel comfortable.

Stayed 1 night, had to wear crocs in the shower because of mildew. Curtains didn't close and had to clip close at night because of the outside lights. AC was fantastic though

Front desk was polite, and the airport shuttle was super convenient, the breakfast was delicious with a few options. The hotel’s elevator gave out on our last day so we had to carry are suitcases from the third floor down.

Everything was ok except the bathroom had mold inside the tub and it was very damp in the room.

It was an overall good stay just wish the amenities were working properly like the pool and hot tub. It was very hot out there.

The website of hotel is not what it looks like in person very trashy and when leaving the property I saw truck tail night stole on new vehicle. Not a great place to w/ family and kids.

We worked with her to get on a different flight the next morning and now she needed a place to spend the night. I called this hotel at 10 pm on a Monday night and explained the situation. They were PHENOMENAL! Once I booked the room, the airport shuttle left to pick up our daughter. She said when she got there, they were amazing and had everything ready for her as she had a very early flight the next morning. I appreciate the staff who helped make a tough situation better and seamless. Thank you so much!

I really had a lovely stay. I had an overnight and decided to go with Wingate and was not disappointed. I love that the hotel was very clean, smelled amazing, and the staff were all nice and friendly. The room was really nice — clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I had a fantastic rest too! The bed was comfy. I did order takeout because I was advised that it was best to avoid being in any unsafe danger by going out at night in the area, but I still felt safe and comfortable during my time there. Highly recommend if you just have an overnight stay and want somewhere comfortable to sleep.

A great hotel for a canceled flight. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind.

This hotel is located off of a highway with a dingy, pothole filled road to enter. The pool was small and filled with bugs and what they call a "spa" is a small dirty hot tub with green colored water. Our keys kept getting deactivated and I had to go down literally every single day of my stay to get them reactivated. Don't waste your money on this location.

Front desk staff very nice. The bed and sheets did have stains but not bad enough to complain. Room cleaning was not requested during stay so really can’t review that. Breakfast was good. They close the pool promptly at closing time the hot tub jets didn’t work but it was still warm enough to keep me warm while windy outside.

Pool, hot tub, and gym were unavailable for most of the stay. Parking is quite limited and not sure if most of those cars were even those staying at the hotel. The staff not once said good morning in the breakfast area even on Christmas morning. There were two friendly staff throughout the stay otherwise the rest were not. Music selection in the hotel shuttle shazamed as “me on top of you”. I personally will not choose to stay here for those reasons.

The check in process was easy. The only inconvenience was no restaurant onsite nor near the hotel.

Low condition

My stay was not the best, the elevator was scary and barely worked was moving without the door being closed! I get up to my room, the window was foggy as if I’m in a car hot boxing the room had an awful smell, I went to turn on the air to air it out thankfully that helped. The bathroom, the drain plug was completely loose, I attempted to close it and realized the whole thing comes off. My remote had no back to it, the phone inside the room did not work when I tried to call for more towels. Yeah it served it’s purpose as far as somewhere to lay my head but I will not be returning
