The hotel was convenient for an overnight stay before catching our flight the next day because it was close to the airport. However, based on the excellent reviews, we were expecting nicer facilities. While it served its purpose for a short stay, the overall experience did not quite meet our expectations.

The TV remote also did not work so when we turned on the TV, the power button worked but we could not change the channels or volume. It was a nice hotel, close to the airport. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the airport and that was nice. The beds were comfortable and things were clean in the room.

Toilet did not flush very well and it made a really loud noise when it flushed.

Check-in was very fast. Receptionist just confirmed ID and Credit card. A standard hold was placed and I got my keycard in less than 3 minutes. My room had oven and freezer along with hair dryer and iron. Room was extremely clean and room size was as advertised (very spacious) On the check-out day, 1 employee just came at 10:40 to confirm if I will extend my stay and/or If I need anything else. She took 30 seconds to confirm and left. I left my keycard and checked out in less than 1 minute. Highly recommended!

Clean room and friendly staff

The room was very dirty. The microwave and toilet were both broken. There was no coffee machine in the room, even though they said there was going to be one, as they don’t offer coffee in the lobby. Staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

There were no big towels at all ❗️, and the fridge was broken literally had to put our drinks in the freezer part and it was still not working properly

If you don’t have a vehicle is not the best place to stay everything is far and the only walking distance store is a valrero and it’s a very dangerous walk for there is no side walks cars are flying by and super expensive.

The room itself was very good. The only thing that bothered me about the room was that the built-in light in the bathroom didn't work, which was confusing. However, there was a built-in light so it wasn't a problem. As for the surrounding area, maybe it was because I stayed there on July 2, 3, and 4, but there were firecrackers going off all the time, and I felt unsafe.

Slippery stairs and pavement from being painted over !!

A dirty unshaved unwashed looking man at front desk checked me in room 203,,, cigarette burn holes in the comforter,, the pillows stink with a filthy dirty odor, and when I brought these things to the only foreigner with a bad attitude at the front desk HE THREATENED TO KICK ME OUT AND CHECK ME OUT OF MY ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. He did not offer me another room.

My only thing i could say bad was no shuttle to airport otherwise great. Super easy check in and out.

I thought it was a dead roach as soon as we walked in the door but my significant other actually had to step on and kill it as soon as opened door… the bathroom was not clean hair everywhere and pee all over the seat and floor like someone just went crazy and nobody bothered to clean it up .. spiderwebs all on the wall like visible not in the corners of walls but actually on the wall.. we were staying for stand up shower but they didn’t have that like last time will never stay here again.. it’s certain things nearby but if actually want to get out and do actual stuff /have fun it’s about 20-30 mins which isn’t bad

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, taking the time to write down her recommendations for places to visit, places to eat, and was patient when I was having issues with my card. Very pleasant stay. Great price. Definitely recommend.

A blessing to have a laundry room! The plants&bushes are lovely&cared for. I had a car so could drive to a mall w/shops&eateries. Room was clean but not dusted; bedspreads need to go if not laundered frequently to rid old smell of smoke. No hangers or ironing board to complement the iron!

Overall I love my stay. Everything was just excellent from cleaniess to staff. It would have made the experience more excellent had the provider a larger fridge.

My husband check in no heat in room. They which rooms about 6 times, still no heat. They did not compensate him. He came from Detroit , no time to find a suitable spot. So he stayed the whole 5 days, they didn’t care about the heat didn’t work. They didn’t care at all. The temp drops at night, they didn’t care.

The Hotel owners are very sweet. They are accommodating and care very much about your comfort and stay while at their hotel! The parking is right in front of the rooms which is nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Slept on an old mattress, springs were stabbing me. Bath towels are too small.

Not enough pillows, the air had two options freezing cold or none at all. The parking lot had people just sitting in their cars smoking I did not feel safe at all

This was a very clean Hotel. It has been recently renovated on the inside and looks modern with very competitive prices. They are very attentive and concerned if you are being taken care of. Excellent service! Has a washer and dryer by the office for long stays and they sell laundry soap at the office for $1. No complaints from me! Will be staying here again!

The building is a motel. Our room was on the second floor so needed to carry our suitcases up the exterior stairs. The room seemed to be very clean and that to me is a top priority however the bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets were coarse. The grout was missing from the tiles in the bathroom and the tiles were loose. Not very luxurious but did the job for one night.

The property staff was very helpful and kind. Only thing I didn’t like was, it was long strands of hair threw out the room. Everything else was good

I like that the staff was friendly and provided very good hospitality service which made my stay with Winchester Inn & Suites awesome a second time which I will be staying with them every year I am in the Humble/Houston area for my yearly medical checkup. Keep up the awesome job 👏 💞

Great place for the price

The AC didn't feel cold and you could hear the noise of the cars on the highway.

I stayed here for a solo one night stay. Considering the area I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was. The room was up to date, clean and spacious. Considering it was New Year’s Eve there was some loud guest in the early morning hours. The price was reasonable and I will probably stay here again. Close to the airport and close to the freeway. There was no noise from the freeway traffic. Check in and check out was fast and easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Clean everyone friendly stayed here for about a week.

It was so comfy I had stuff to do and didn’t wanna get up. I landed around 8 that morning and was able to check in for 25$ extra. I slept cause I was tired but baby that room was like no other. I loved it! This need 5 stars n I’m gone give them it. I checked out early cause my apt was ready and they refunded me that same day in cash!
