The Hotel location is centrally located therefore making it easy to get anywhere in Houston quickly. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was always there when I needed them.. The price was fantastic and the place is clean and quiet. (No Drama) Nothing comes to mind

Absolutely nothing Everything. The condition of the building is horrible, it smells horrible, the room was nasty and the windows were covered with paint. Truly ONLY stay here because you are desperate and the prices NEEDS to be $25 for how it looks and smells.
