This hotel had an awful smell, stains on the couch, and the inside needs repairing.

The bed is so old and soft. My back hurt the next day. And there is an unpleasant smell in the room. The staffs are friendly.

The beds at the Marriot are absolutely the best! I was very content with the beds in our suites and the breakfast buffet! However the pool’s floor had dirt/debris leaves on the pool and a very wobbly handle bar to get in the pool. The cleaning lady on cleans the rooms every other day. And when we asked to have our room clean or trash cans empty we were informed no one was available.

The studio was good and basic appliances Initially the toilet was not clean but later they changed our room immediately. The breakfast was below average, there were no continental options and no vegetarian options. Only orange juice was there, no fresh yogurt either. No fruits as well.

It's a bit nosy at night thanks to traffic and the rooms are a bit older BUT the rooms are very clean, the team is exceptional and they provide top-tier service. I've made this one of my favorite stays for most of my trips to Houston.

Pleasant

The hotel was more dated than other Marriott hotels I have stayed in. Our carpet in our room was patched, and the couch appeared to have been damaged by a cat causing a hole in the armrest. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a blinking light in our room, and the light bulb was promptly changed to solve the problem. The breakfast was fresh. The location was great for our needs. Hopefully, the hotel will be able to update the rooms in the future.

The staff were very helpful, breakfast was ok, room space was good but cleanliness overall was ok. The location of the hotel was good (not walking distance) but short drive to grocery and restaurants.

I was a little annoyed that the bathtub was hardly draining so we were standing in water to take a shower. Also the shower curtain had some dirty stains on it which wasn’t giving very good vibes on the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly so I will give them that.

The breakfast room was small but adequate, the room was clean, and the bathroom had tiles that were very loose. Shower was horrible from a controls standpoint. You either get a full water stream at a boiling-hot temperature, or reduced water output at a reasonable temperature.

Marginal neighborhood with people loitering around parking lot. Had to call out vocally to get front desk help 100% of the time during at least one shift.

Very clean the hotel both the lobby, the corridors and the room, the breakfast very rich and a lot of variety, very helpful employees and aware of the clients, we will certainly return to this hotel, it is very complete.

Just an okay

We booked the hotel because it was the best price at $98 a night and still had high reviews. We were very pleased. The bed was very comfortable, it was a good location from MD Anderson, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay there again.

No one was at the front desk after my long drive. I had to wait for 5 - 10 minutes.

Staff was very helpful I booked my first stay through expedia under the impression it was a handicap room, it was not. The lady at the front desk moved us right away.

The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff seems like they hate to be working there. The breakfast is free but i doubt its not part of the payment and its not about the options that was given to us but it seems like they control the food and will give a few bacons or sausage until they will refill a few again on the dining room. It is always empty and we feel like we should be grateful on the food being provided. Its a horrible experience, we went there for a vacation and not just a place where we stay for a night. Indont recommend this place for families

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Gym was tiny. Room space was nice but had a very odd smell, and the pillows were super flat. I expected a bit more from the Marriott affiliated hotel.

Everything was clean and it smells good I did have a problem with the door lock I had to go get the front desk twice the bed was hard so I slept on the sofa bed but they took off 1day from my bill

First room they gave us the couch was old and had rips in it. The carpet had patches of ripped carpet. We requested another room and that room had a distinct odor. I won't be staying at this location again ever.

overall it was ok. had a leak from the overhead in the bathroom. unsure if it was fixed or just stopped. They didn’t fix the light i reported. several towels were wet from the leak. They didn’t get replaced for almost 2 days. shouldn’t have needed to ask.

The staff especially the lady on front desk most of the time rude and disrespectful. Room was just ok with nothing we usually get in towneplace other locations. Room sink was broken, kitchen sink was stucking .

Room a little small | noisy around nighttime due to factors such as unruly kids running around and screaming and people in the back of the lot playing music loud and smoking | breakfast was good the dining area was a little small but had a variety of choices to eat

This hotel is perfect for me. I love the little kitchen, the rooms are clean and modern, bed and pillows are super comfortable. It’s a pretty busy hotel but my room was very quiet.

Towneplace Suites Houston Westchase is a solid choice for families. This was our second stay here, and all in all, it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly, which always makes a difference. However, I found the beds in my room this time to be a bit too firm for my liking. Despite that, the overall value for the price is excellent. We will more than likely stay again the next time we are in the area!

We booked a 2 rooms suite but were informed at the last minute that they don't have a 2 rooms suite. They gave us 2 king rooms next to each other. It is a little inconvenience but it is not a big deal. The property is very close to Bellaire area with a lot of food. There are a lot of parking spaces. The pillows are kind of too soft.

Old place. Kitchen is not fully stocked even with basics: one spoon in “sleeps 6” room. Unkept carpets.

Staff are GREAT! We like staying in this clean, simply laid out room. Has all we need with a microwave, small fridge and a 2 burner stove. Cheddars is across the road ( careful! crossing on foot); people staying there are friendly, breakfast good.

The only complaint was that the shower/bath did not get hot at all. Only got to about lukewarm water.
