Very clean! Staff was really nice! The lighting in the room. Didn’t have access to YouTube on the television.

The kitchen amenities in the room. Hotel was well maintained and clean, perfect for our overnight stay. Airport shuttle was free and breakfast included are important for us. We had an early morning flight and would have loved to have breakfast at 6:00am or even 6:30am like other places. Breakfast not served until 7:30am. Although I really liked the hotel, I would not book again because I could not access the breakfast included in my stay which is important for us. I like to ensure the kids are fed before starting a journey. We weren't sure where to get the airport shuttle. I don't know if we missed the info in our booking confirmation but it would've been nice if thatbwas clear.

The staff went above and beyond when my husband and I found our flight had been canceled and needed to stay a few hours more. The staff was obliging and helped us out in every way possible. Can't say enough good things about this place!

AC was working fine, but I had to turn it off to sleep, because the fan goes directly to bed Breakfast started at 6 am, and I had to leave before that, so maybe have like a breakfast snacks for those cases would have been greatly appreciated

After missing our connecting flight and unexpectedly needing a place to stay for the night, this hotel was a great find. We especially appreciated the convenient airport shuttle, which made an already stressful situation much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a good night's rest.

24 hour check in and easy shuttle bus to and from airport. The people in the other rooms were blaring the tv all night so I couldn’t sleep. The walls are very thin.

It's close to the airport and includes a hot breakfast. There's an airport shuttle too. If you're staying longer, there's a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave so you can make your own food. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Breakfast was ok. Would have liked to see more bananas and fruit options. Orange Juice was sometimes watered down coming out of the machine. Overall, the hospitality, customer service outweighed everything else. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean, comfortable, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, practically a small one bed room apartment, very close to the airport and the shuttle was very punctual in comparison to other experiences in the past, and they also have a washer and dryer on the first floor, I would definitely recommend it, if you are looking for something budget friendly and not too far from the airport

Absolutely wonderful! Room was comfortable but the staff made it the best! Shuttle was at the front ready to take me when I walked outside. Even dropped me off at the restaurant bc the weather was so bad! Driver was amazing! The front desk (I think Mr. Alan, I hope that’s right) was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I will stay again just bc of the staff alone!

Quiet and relaxing.

Everything was good. The only disappointments were that the pool is an outdoor pool, so we couldn't use it because of the cold. Also, the breakfast buffet starts later on weekends than on weekends so we couldn't partake of that because of our early morning flight. Also, the receptionist handed me 2 bottles of water and I thought they were free but the charge showed up on my credit card later.

The shuttle got to us in good time and took us to the hotel. The breakfast provided enough options for most people to enjoy. I was able to sleep well after a long teavel day.

The room was clean & convenient. There’s not much near for food so plan accordingly when you have no ca. the shuttle & airport are confusing so make sure to get to the right terminal and RIGHT Marriott shuttle. The planes are loud, but the acts what happens when you want to be close to the airport. Breakfast is not great but did the job.

We always stay here before a flight out of Houston. And sometimes after a flight into Houston. We enjoy a clean room and an early breakfast.

Everything was great, except that the hotel is located right in the flight path, and the room is very loud. I parked up front by the office and found my very own guard dog in front of my car both mornings.

This property was great. I really love the room. Had a full size refrigerator. It was super clean. The staff was great. My only comment would be that there's 's a dog that roams the property. So if you're afraid of dogs, be aware

Close to George Bush Airport

Had a horrible stay due to ongoing construction at the hotel. Woke up at 7am to sound of loud construction going on and we had to deal with that all morning till we checked out

Even the GM was walking the ground and making sure everything was clean and organized, and even stopped to talk for about few minutes. Very friendly. Easy access to the airport The rooms were special, good was fresh, and the shuttle service was fast and friendly Will definitely return there when I'm back to the area!

Very pleasant experience overall, eg the room, the pool, the staff, and breakfast. We particularly appreciated the option of leaving the luggage at the hotel after the check out and catching the shuttle bus to the airport in the evening.

Personal preference issues: the TV would randomly go back to the hotel screen and the volume would jump up causing a scare. Could not get the air conditioner to stay on. As a hot sleeper i was waking up a few times in the night. Ants in the bathroom. We had a few special guests in our bathroom during our stay. The sink and around the mirror had a few ants that were unsightly

Nice hotel close to airport with a great shuttle service. Good size room, shower is good though in a bathtub. Bed is comfortable. Free breakfast is okay. Nice place to stay overnight for us.

We booked a room for 3 people, they gave us a room for two people so one of us had to sleep on the floor. We were only given one tiny blanket for the third person on the floor, Marriott couldn't even provide a rollaway bed. Horrible experience.

Was great. Very clean. Daily room service. Great breakfast and good staff.

One main lowlight was the room A/C. First, the thermostat was not working properly. In a 30-minute timeframe we experienced big temperature changes ( /- 5 degrees). It ranged from too hot to too cold. Actually this impacted the quality of our sleep. Also the A/C was too noisy, it’s an older unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay except for the AC issues.

We will be staying here again in the future everything was perfect
