I absolutely loved my stay at The Post Oak Hotel. From the moment you arrive, it feels like a true luxury hotel. The entrance, lobby, décor, lighting, and overall atmosphere all feel extremely high-end. Even the smallest details are well thought out, and nothing feels cheap or overlooked. The room had that same luxurious feeling while still being comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, and the service matched the quality of the hotel. The views were amazing as well. It’s easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, and I would definitely come back.

The staff were mostly very accommodating. The bathroom was nice. The speaker didn’t work. The walls were dirty (looked like something splashed on the wall. The furniture in the cabana was very dirty.

The customer service at The Post Oak is outstanding! The pool from the bellhops to the pool area staff they are absolutely top notch. We have stayed there before and will be back again. Thank you guys for holding up the standard.

Unequivocally the best hotel in Houston. From the elegance of the property to the accommodating staff there is simply none better.

excellent all around - food, room, service. these rooms need a permanent micro and fridge. these high-end hotels tend to frown on these "low-end" utilities.

They told me valet parking came with my room and that they had to park me in the garage since I was staying there when really you can self park and save yourself $65

My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between.

Loved the pool and the corner suite. Very clean and peaceful. Security guard by the bar was very aggressive with patrons.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the spa and the overall atmosphere of the property. Everything was well maintained, and the service made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

This hotel is awesome! I will never stay anywhere else while in Houston. The staff was very polite and went out their way to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the bells and whistles that came with the room. Like the surround sound and tv in the tub. The service is top of the line. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants top of the line service!

This hotel is top tier. Extremely fantastic. If you’re not shook by the ticket price, a must stay. Go meet the bartender Felice at the Craft bar. She’s wonderful! The hotel experience overall was also wonderful. Every aspect of my stay was more than pleasant. I also met Gary Owen at the craft bar. My stay was wonderful and I plan to stay here again.

Amazing experience was there to celebrate my birthday and they pulled out all the stops!! They were so pleasant and overall provided me with a great birthday experience.

Watch out for overcharging. Carefully review bills especially the final checkout bill. There were $400 in fraudulent charges I had to remove before checking out.

The room was spotless. The service was exceptional throughout the hotel, its restaurants and bars. Without a doubt, this hotel lives up to its lofty reputation.

Took my wife for our wedding anniversary. Hotel, room was clean and beautiful. The staff provided excellent service in every department. The only complaint is the hotel scheduled plumbing repairs the morning of my stay which I wasn’t aware of until I already paid for everything and made it to my hotel room. I found out not by staff, but with a letter on the desk in my room. It stated there will be no hot water after 8am and would last for up to six hours. Which cut our stay short. I had planned on ordering breakfast in bed and relaxing there until check out time. Unfortunately without hot water after 8am we had to set an alarm to wake up early to get a hot shower and we checked out of the hotel by 8am and had breakfast in town with no need to go back. I don’t know if it was our floor only “17th”. It would have been appreciated to be informed ahead of time or be put on a different floor so my wife and I could have enjoyed a full stay. Especially taking into consideration it’s the most expensive hotel in the city of Houston.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the check in experience to the valets, all top notch. I can’t even explain how great it was. Everything was perfect. Anything you can think off that you may need is in your room. All the little things made it perfect. We reserved a king with a downtown view and it was perfect. The staff is amazing. That is what made it for us, the staff. It was my wife’s birthday so when we went to eat bruch they had a card and champagne delivered to our room. Definitely going back as soon as we can.
