Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink was cracked but did not leak. The handle on the shower was very loose, almost coming off. Breakfast was OK. A bit pricey, and no better than the free breakfast one gets at less expensive places. For the price, I expected better

The room was very clean and the lobby overall. We were unable to enjoy a lot of the amenities due to only visiting a short while. I would stay here again. The parking garage can be tricky, but we were fortunate to find a parking space near the entrance of the bridge that takes you directly to the lobby. There are plenty of eateries and entertainment sources in the area. I recommend this location.

Experience was great, we would love to stay again. The only thing was that we didn’t know before arriving or told when when we checked it was that the hotel was running off of a generator. Which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing but unfortunately the the generator went out while we were on the elevator and we were stuck for about 10 minutes before everything reset and the doors opened up. Unfortunately we were with no power for about an hour. Non the less they were able to restore power and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

My stay was okay. I stayed for the weekend. I was just annoyed at the hotel wanting to nickel and dime residents for amenities, e.g., using a microwave onsite was not permitted but they could send a microwave to my room for a deposit. I've never been charged a microwave deposit in my life. But yeah, the rest was fine.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. I always enjoy my stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the food and drinks were excellent. We especially enjoyed the fun World Cup atmosphere throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also very convenient to park in the complimentary garage, and having EV chargers available was a great bonus. The pool was a great place to relax as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you, The Moran!

The Moran was the perfect hotel for my staycation. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The check in was quick and easy and the complimentary wine was a nice bonus. If you’re looking for a great place to stay that’s within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, this is the place for you! I will definitely be returning! Also, free parking!!

Beautiful hotel - difficult to find my way around. The signage from the garage to the hotel is terrible. Signage near all elevators is terrible. I did a lot of unnecessary walking around hauling all my luggage which is a poor way to start a hotel stay. Maid service not great, but the rooms and public spaces were clean. Service at the bar really slow.

They charged me twice for the room after I had already paid with Expedia.

The place was top notch and very comfortable Only got to stay one night. Would have loved to stay longer.

A few things are starting to age and need a little maintenance, but still a very nice place. Only disappointment this time we stayed here was that none of the staff seemed like they wanted to be there. No one was particularly rude, but no one had a smile and every interaction was right on the verge of a bit sharp in the way they spoke to us. We also ordered food from the bar for happy hour and it never showed up after about 50 minutes and we were heading to dinner anyway, so I just cancelled it. Again, bartender wasn’t necessarily rude, but her words could have been a little kinder, and maybe an apology or something would have been nice? Her response was “as you wish”. Again, not rude, but in the context of the situation, it was close to a bit rude. Will give them another chance in the future because we like the place and the location, but wasn’t nearly as impressed as we used to be with it.

Just a great staycation for one night… we enjoyed the city center area the small pool, the bar area, and all the restaurants around

Everything was very nice clean staff was excellent. The only complaint was the bed and pillows way too soft.

They need to answer the phone and the staff need to stop acting like they don’t speak English when they are around it all day because I had so many questions and couldn’t get nothing answered in person. Beautiful hotel!! Lots of activities , restaurants shopping for days!!! Just need more staff people

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable. While the hotel has been recently renovated, some of the common areas could still use a little attention. We also noticed some highway noise at night, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel amazing, however food is absolutely terrible. Please don’t waste your money on the food. You will be disappointed but please do request a refund. They refunded immediately with no problems. I think they know their food is terrible

The deluxe junior suites are the way to go. it only has 1 bed option, thats the only drawback if traveling with friends or children. It does have a pull out couch option or you can ask for a roll away bed. Or you can opt for the 2 bed deluxe classic room (im not a fan of that room, however it works. The room is not where you would want to spend all of your time anyway. The property is amazing and the surrounding park, restaurants, and shops is what makes this Hotel top notch. Lastly, the hotel restaurant sucks. the food is awful. i suggest going to the surrounding restaurants right outside hotel.

The hotel is in the center of shops, restaurants, a turf grass play area for children. A great bar/restaurant in the lobby and a restaurant for breakfast. The pool is okay (not fabulous but good enough). We had a fantastic stay!

The location of the property in relation to my needs was perfect. I liked being able to walk at night to different eateries. There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Clean, location, area The staff did not speak spanish or try to resolve the language issue by bringing someone who knew. Also the most important is that they didn't tell me about the $20 dlls of daily credit to use in drinks or whatever. Very disappointing. It seems they didn't want me to use them or were used for them. Dont know. I learned about them after I left in the booking message area.

I've been staying here for a while. The property, the staff, and the morale seem to be in decline. According to the people working the front desk, they are under new management. You can see this in their faces; it's not going well. $75 dollars for 1 hour of late check-out feels like a good strategy to lose customers. I'm one of the ones who will be looking at other options. This hotel is trying to be a four-star hotel, but they are located in a fancy strip mall. Sadly, this may be a slow decline, eventually leading to a takeover. Mark my words.

Everything was nice and wonderful time.

Didn't like the loud knocking noise every minute and a half in our room near the window. Sounded like a structural issue. Found hair in my food I ordered from room service, the shower pressure was so strong it hurt to shower and the front desk staff would have cared less that any of that happened.

No answer on the phone calls to the front desk, no answer for room service. I called multiple times. Then I went down to the desk, and there were 3 people there, one was on her cell phone. My steak and fries were cold and terrible. When I ordered my dessert at the front desk, it took over 30 minutes, and I waited until I finally asked one of the people there. She said, "Oh, I have to go get that," and by then my ice cream was melted. Very poor service.

rooms were not ready until exact checkin time which created a cluster and wait in the lobby for everyone. I did not receive my VIP bottle of wine as promised and the rooms don't feel as plush as they did before the remodel.

This hotel does not be served a luxury classification, we supposed to get a complementary bottle of something which was not handed to us, in addition the front desk reception was below average in explaining anything related to the hotel. This hotel classifies for me as 3 stars

We always love booking here for a staycation. It was great as always just the coffee machine wasn’t functioning in our room 420. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast so maybe next time

Beautiful, modern hotel in the heart of CityCentre. The lobby and bar have a great atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax, watch a game, or meet someone before heading upstairs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly, valet was convenient, and being within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment was a huge plus. Self-parking is in the nearby garage rather than attached to the hotel, and the lobby/bar area can get quite busy on Friday evenings. If you’re looking for a very quiet or private atmosphere, expect a lively crowd

Amazing property! Close to everything. Heads up the incidental hold is $100 per night not $25 like listed on expedia. But the hotel was perfect. Cant wait to stay again

It was an amazing experience. It was absolutely a perfect location . so clean and I loved how it was very organized and hands down a beautiful hotel.

Front desk staff were very accommodating with arranging a late check in for an accompanying guest. Made it much less stressful to the late arriver.

Very satisfied with the location. The hotel seemed new and the room was very spacious and clean. There are stores and restaurants nearby where you can walk around too.

Staff was alright no one really went above and beyond. The area is nice lots to do in the area and easy access to highways to get around town. The room was nice and modern, sheets did smell like they hadn't been changed from the stay before smelled of stale sweat. Bathroom nice good lighting, shower head is strong a little to strong no way to lower the pressure and water would splash out the doors to the floor the handle for the water was all loose so took a second to get temp right. Free parking in the section of the garage but it is a pain when all the spots appear to be taken up mostly by people visiting the city centre area so it takes a while to find a spot maybe if there was a way to section it off. But regardless it was an enjoyable weekend.

Since I’m not from the area, I also asked if there was a nearby convenience store where I could purchase basic items. She replied that she didn’t know, which was surprising and unhelpful for a front desk position. This interaction fell well below the standard of basic customer service and left a negative impression.

The real was very clean. There was a problem with the AC in my room but the staff made accommodations and rectified the issue quickly. I will definitely be back. Such a nice area and well kept.

I stayed with 3 girlfriends overnight in two separate rooms and we all loved our time at The Moran! From the valet attendant to the staff during check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. During the check-in process, we asked if they could put us all on the same floor and they immediately accommodated our request. The bed linens were divine! We had drinks in the bar and again, the staff were wonderful!! Indulge yourself with a chocolate martini! You’ll thank me for the suggestion! Great fun for us four 75 year olds spending a night on the town in Citycentre!

We enjoyed our stay at The Moran. Location was excellent and convenient. Bed was comfy and clean. AC worked perfectly. We have zero complaints. We had breakfast and dinner there - both were tasty. We will definitely stay again.

The service wasnt that good with the room service. we didnt get our room cleaned one day. and when we ask for water at night they said the big bottles are already locked up. the glasses that we use in the room , was only taken away, but never put new once.

The only issue I had was when I checked in the staff member was not overly friendly. He took my ID and gave me my room key. He didn’t tell me about the credit I had or any other amenities. Nice stayed here several times and have never had this type of experience.

Everything was perfect! Location, rooms, amenities and price!

The location was great and the room was amazing. Staff can do better in being attentive. I had an issue with arrival time and the lady looked annoyed helping me. Also, checking out took forever since there was nobody at the front desk.

The Boardroom was great The 2nd floor bar was very expensive and did not have our Dewars white label scotch. Must have been too lazy to walk down to the boardroom that had Dewars white label. Beds were a bit firm too

Overcharged me upon arrival and refuse to refund money. Very dificult to get assistance in billing matters.

I had to wait over 5 minutes to check in, the front desk person was nowhere to be found and everyone else just looked at me and never offered to find anyone to help. She finally came around the corner with a man and got me checked in but the keys she made didn’t work. It was a very frustrating way to start my stay.

Very relaxing place.

You cannot get the front desk on the phone during certain periods- at all. They charge your credit card hundreds in pending charges and only fix it when you call them to inquire. The rooms were clean and the beds and views were nice.

The hotel is centrally located in a shopping district and steps from many restaurants and theater. It definitely suited for a family with young children with a small playground to release some energy. Another great part of this hotel since its next to parking structure for all the amenities, there are ample parkings on the second and third floor, extra savings for the goodies. The only lesser part taken of this hotel was its age has definitely showed throughout. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property was very accessible to everything around it and it was very beautiful on the inside. Only problem I had was hot water isnt as consistent like the bottom 7 levels. I was on 8 and it was sparatic on how long it lasted

The bathroom smells a bit off, and my room’s air conditioning isn’t quite cutting it for a comfy temperature. I’ve tried calling the front desk a few times, but it seems like I’m getting through to no one.

I enjoyed myself.

The restaurant staff and bar staff were both friendly, courteous and efficient. Moe at the valet stand offered to drive us to our destination and waited for our return to the hotel. He was fantastic. And we were courteous to him by getting in and out of the store quickly.

Rooms are always clean, staff friendly, my only complaint is the hot water didn’t get hot until it runs after 5 minutes or so. I called downstairs but I couldn’t get anyone. I let it run until I felt a slight temperature change. The water was only lukewarm. That was my only issue.
