Hi the room was great, but 2 doors down from my room had dogs, and they kept leaving them in the room, and they'd bark and cry repeatedly. I called front desk, no answer the 1st time, called again and took a lomg time to answer. The dogs finally got quiet about 1050pm, then it happened again the next day, id recommended to habe dog friendly floors, and not put people without dogs on the same floor. I didnt sleep well. Last day I couldn't get shower to get warm, had to take a cold shower at 430am before my flight home.

This hotel was so close to the shopping areas we were able to walk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. After checking in the elevators were not working. One of the housekeepers showed us to the service elevators, yea because I have a bomb right knee and climbing 9 flights with luggage is a reason to check out. Wake up the next morning and one of two elevators is now working. The rooms were nice, suite. There is a small fridge. The couch in the sitting room, needs new pillows. Those pillows were as saggy as something that has lost all its elasticity!! Would definitely stay here again. Valet was quick with bringing the vehicle around.

The hotel itself is nice. The room was plenty big with a living and sleeping area but out of 3 elevators only 1 was working. The pool was also out of service. The worse part for me was the staff at the front desk. The tone in which she spoke to me along with her rolling her eyes and just being rude over all really bothered me. WILL NOT visit here again.

Service was excellent from the front desk to the valet to the restaurant. The rooms were large and well kept.

I loved the staff, the pool, the food, the room, etc. My only complaint is the lack of a smart TV. Had I been able to log into my Netflix, I'd have no complaints.

Room was clean very cozy very spacious staff was very nice pool area was nice and clean food was good no microwave in rooms but we were able to get one brought up to our room overall stay was a 10/10 will definitely be back breakfast was not included cost about 28 dollars a person also self parking is a fee

My room was also poorly cleaned — dusty headboard and door frames, dirty mirrors and shower glass. When I reported it, the staff simply said they’d “make note of it” with no solution. Because of these issues, I won’t be staying again.

Hotel was kept. But whoever did the remodel (tile, plumbing, painting) needs some training. Rooms definitely aren’t as nice as they are pictured. Though there weren’t bed bugs and everything was clean. But still felt dingy. Felt thrown together. So it was okay.

Nice accommodations, great bar/restaurant, and easy check in/out. Room had a little wear and tear but was perfect for the night and close to the Galleria area.

This hotel was beautiful and in a safe location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not have the best experience checking in as the front desk member showed frustration for me being early to my reservation. We cannot always control flight arrivals… she scorned me after I jokingly mentioned I’m a little early saying “A little early? We’re still handling check outs.” After a long morning of travel, I was turned off by her unwelcoming attitude. The manager onsite was able to assist and get me into my room quickly & as planned.

The property was nice and clean, however the staff was not great. The valet was not helpful whatsoever. He stood there and I had to get out of my vehicle to get instructions on parking and where to go. Then when we went into the hotel lobby to check in, the gentleman at the desk was on the phone. We stood there for over 10 minutes while he was on the phone, never being acknowledged. Was very rude and unprofessional.

This is a really nice hotel. I expected more of a small boutique property but it is very new, spotless, and fantastic. The rooms are huge with a separate sitting area.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant offered a convenient solution for a quick meal and the food was good. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to the Galleria. I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. Will definitely stay here again. If it’s not in the room, just call and ask for it. Got a microwave and iron delivered to the room within minutes.

On arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful doormen crew. Check in was easy. Simone was super friendly and gave some excellent dining and other recommendations to help us throughout our stay. The hotel has a nice restaurant with menu selections to accommodate most diets. The hotel bar is a great place to watch sports and Jennifer and Josh are both top notch bartenders. Ask about the peanuts! It's conveniently located next to shopping, dining, comedy club. Spacious and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

This hotel was very nice and close to a lot of things such as shopping and dining. The hotel itself was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly. The rooms could use a little remodeling however they were very nice and spacious. The pool of course was the highlight of the trip because my daughter stayed there. This whole hotel was comfy/classy and I would stay again.

Good folks but details are lacking. For example, lighting across hotel had different bulb types. LED lights in the room make for a unique ambiance.

They don't really have a coffee shop much to my dismay. Getting a cup of decaf was a chore and I didn't even want to see what would've happened if I asked for a latte. The service was good and the people were very nice, but you need a coffee shop or stand.

This is a very nice option while staying in the galleria area of Houston. Pet friendly, and a fine place to conduct business. Plenty of quiet areas where discussions can flow without much interruption. Too cold to enjoy the pool area, but it looked very nice.

We loved how the valet was on top of everything. We had a quiet night with no issues. Had a "staycation" during spring break. We will be back!

The staff were great and there are no real negatives. The location is good and they have on site parking for about $30 a night. The room had a few small issues that were quickly corrected by the staff. The bathroom had sliding barn type doors so not a lot of privacy if you have people in the room. Nice pool area and I would consider staying here again

Wonderful location. There were a few items in my room that didn’t work. The ice machine on my floor was broken. The sockets in my room only worked in one area and it made it difficult to do paperwork. The shower head was also malfunctioning.

I checked in they gave me the wrong room. Then offered complementary breakfast then charged me $75 for a breakfast buffet and I asked the lady at the front desk and she had a attitude about it and i mentioned to her about her saying it was complementary and she said she can give me $15 off and she should have honored what she told me when I checked in

Room was nice and clean. Floor was quiet. No iron or ironing board. Only a hand held steamer. Only issue was with Valet. Was charged 49.00 after overnight stay but also had a 17.00 parking garage charge from Valet retrieving my car the next morning. Overall it was a good trip.

The hotel is eclectic and has a great vibe. The hotel team members were really nice.

The shower water temperature fluctuated A LOT and would become scalding hot for a couple seconds every minute or so. The worst part was that there was a terrible foul sewage-y smell from the sink for the first few seconds when the tap was turned on. Overall, not worth the cost and definitely not a 4 start hotel.
