Bed and linen were comfortable. It was quite throughout the night. Price is good for the area.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and in a good central location.

Nothing was good about this motel. I cancelled my booking and looked for another motel in the middle of the night. The area smelled with marajuana. The refrigerator had beer bottles from the previous guests before us.. the room didn’t lock properly. So, we left right away. We never stayed at this place even though we booked it. I was there with my two kids and it was really bad. I would never visit this place again.

This places was horrible. I don’t know how they have a 8 review on Expedia. They had roaches TV didn’t work. Couch dirty mirrors dirty. Bed frame dirty. Guy move us to another room and the same thing more roaches in that room. Worst experience I had. Tried to cancel he said I couldn’t. I had to cancel through Expedia. I let him know all this before I left. Even showed him the roaches. Remote had no back on it. This should have been a 1 on this app

We did not stay after seeing the room & management would not respond to refund requests from Expedia.

This is not the best place to stay but it was clean. It needs repairs and upgrades but doable, at best a 3 on a scale between 1 and 5, Five being great!

Parking was easy to find. But this hotel was 8.2 and it is definitely not a 8.2.

Disgusting I never stayed I checked out and left immediately after seeing the condition of the hotel room . It’s not sanitary at all and you could hear every foot step and people talking from the other side . I would highly recommend not booking definitely run !

At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available and was told I could leave if that didn’t work for me, which left me with no choice but to accept a smoking room. Overall, this was an uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning.

The maid service is excellent. It's easy to see your vehicle and belongings and plenty of stores close by.

Room smelled like weed. Blanket, sheets, and bed all had stains. There was no toilet seat. The door wouldnt stay closed unless it was locked.

Sketchy area

For a budget hotel, this was a solid option. The room was clean and has clearly been refreshed with some modern updates, though you can still tell it’s an older property. No shampoo or conditioner provided, and there’s still a faint “old hotel” smell. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the sheets showed some wear (a small hole, possibly from a cigarette). Check-in was quick and easy, and parking right in front of the room was super convenient. There was some early-morning noise around 5:30 a.m. — maybe someone refilling a soda machine or doing maintenance — but overall, it was a decent spot for a simple, no-frills overnight stay.

Room as described on app. Quiet location and friendly staff at check in and check out. I requested handicap accessible room through a brief message and they kindly gave me one on the first floor. My parking spot was literally at my door. We will definitely look to stay again if in the area.

Loved this room! It was beautifully updated and had lots of space! Especially important to me was the amount of surfaces in the room, plenty of tables and countertops to put our belongings. The fridge, microwave, TV, and shower were all very nice and clean. Super comfy bed, I slept well. I would gladly stay here again

We literally walked in walked out gin shot through the window on ahead board of bed and the ac wasn’t cooling so we booked at another spot couldn’t get refunded we drove 4 and a half hours

Water pressure was so low…. No remote to watch TV. It was relatively clean and over all the room was fine for a overnight stay

This is not by a long shot 8.2* on customers review scale , after checking-in I could immediately tell I was conned, bed was comfortable…. All shower tubs were really ugly and rusted any room I checked, everything was super basic not enough soap for customers, cheap quality shampoo conditioner etc , no bed side lamps no USB wall plates for charging at all, bed was comfy and clean.

This place is a dump. When the guy in the lobby is in a cage it’s a bad place. A non smoking room still smelled like smoke. It’s in an alley way. Do not book a room. I left and went to another place. Felt very unsafe.

Had to leave the lights on all the time to reduce the roaches in the room. Was there for two nights and the room was not cleaned.

I travel to Houston alone for medical appointments. Because it is not vacation I don't like spending a lot of money. This place was older but the staff was helpful, the room was clean and I felt safe. It took me 27 minutes to get to MDA. Will definitely book again.

Management allowed a screaming kid for 3-4 hours. Bathtub is rusted through on the side. Ac works but can’t turn low enough

Its a great place if you get the rooms where the heater ,hot water or T.V actually works !!! Other than that ,i always have a great time here .

I liked the decor most of all and how you could get coffee at 5 in the morning across the street at starbucks.
