Super friendly staff, very clean property, I’d recommend to anyone traveling through.

Greeted by a cockroach upon entering the bathroom. That made me not want to stay there and I wouldn't even use the shower, though my family did. Air conditioning not working well. Pillows were small squares instead of normal pillows and felt like rolled up sheets instead of pillows. And there were only 3 to a bed.

Great bed

First impression when I walked into the room was excellent. Room was large and appeared very clean. I noticed the issue when I was getting dressed in the morning and was greeted by 3 roaches - one large and 2 small. When I told this to the front desk clerk, he apologized and said they will treat the room. I don’t think roaches are contained in one room. I think they need to close the entire hotel for treatment. I was so grossed out, I quickly packed up and got out of there.

Roaches Roaches and more roaches.. the bathroom was full of them in room 206. The AC unit was humming all night and barely cooled the room at 60degrees blowing on high. Should have known better at check in and the young lady had to restart the computer twice just so I could sign to check in!

This was my second time staying here and it will be my last. The room was nice, but we had to go get clean towels every time we wanted to shower. They never cleaned to room or asked if we need anything.

Clean property within walking distance to the venue. Every thing was good except the bedside table light and plug in didn’t work. I’m sure it was just a one off thing. I’ve stayed multiple times and will stay there again

The room was a good size and the bed wasn’t too hard room was clean It does NOT look like the picture! The breakfast was called a light breakfast and it was less that that !! Pre packaged pigs in a blanket that you microwave, fruit cups you would get from the grocery store and a Juice machine . We had to go to IHOP across the street. That was LAME and a few cockroaches in the room .

The property wasn’t that big which is great. We are use to country living! It was clean didnt have to walk far to my room. Doors are in the outside of the building which made me happier!! Needs more breakfast options. There was some pigs in a blanket thing, you can make pancakes, they had yogurt and mixed fruit.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was safe and convenient.

Great location to where I needed to be. Clean rooms. The shower water pressure could have been better

The room was very clean except for some very noticeable rust stains on the bottom right side of the toilet and the tub. The bed was very comfortable and it was very relaxing to lay there and watch the big TV. The big bath towel was super soft and that was so nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast ended at 9:00 am and that was too early by the time we got ready for the day and were able to get out of the room. If it could be served until 10 am I think that would be more accommodating to more people because it is a wonderful perk to be able to get something to eat before you hit the road. The only thing that was bad was seeing those very bright rust stains on the toilet that made you feel it might not be as clean as it should be even though it probably was.

It was clean and quiet and the staff was very nice When you open the door first thing you notice is the air conditioner is not on It was musty smelling and that to me is due to the air conditioner not running and being down in Houston with the humidity levels they are wouldn't surprise me if there's not mowed or black mold growing within the walls since they don't run their air conditioners all the time that's the biggest complaint I had One other thing I didn't really care for was they assume since you just stayed one night you don't need your room cleaned you have never experienced that before. There was also one bedside light that was broken non-functional so you had to unscrew the bulb to turn the light off and then screw it back on if you wanted the light to be back on which is very inconvenient and to me dangerous and I'm sure it's been addressed many many times but they just don't go in and it to me appeared that the switch itself needed be replaced maybe a 30 minute repair job $2 switch cost. Again the biggest problem is they don't have their air conditioners on and it smelled very very musty.

Shower was broken and had to call twice to get it fixed. Front door leaked when it rained and Janine at the front desk was unhelpful stating it's an exterior door that's to be expected. When checking out she got confrontational and refused to print a receipt. Just over all not a good stay.

Rooms were big and beds were comfortable

We stay here every time we come to town for a cruise, it's very affordable, many restaurants and things to do close. It's clean, comfortable and safe

The room was clean. Nothing special. A place to stay if you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep. What they call an included free breakfast was lacking. A cup of yougurt or a muffin is not really my idea of breakfast.

Excellent value and large rooms. There is a convenience store next door in case you find breakfast lacking or need anything.

I loved the fact that the room was clean and completely ready for my stay yet it had a homey feel. The only problem was the TV it never worked so I had to use my tablet to watch movies

Great stay and the check in clerk was awesome. Very respectful and kind. Room was a hotel room lol. But clean and good to go. Only draw back on the room is the pillows. Seems you get half the pillow size now! But you get 3 so... still will work. The other draw back is the comp breakfast.... i dont think you can call it that with 2 yougurts and some granola. Was bummed there but they also have room service (like door dash but only a 1.50 charge for delivery) and its basically a Dennys. Would for sure stay again.

This is an older hotel wth outdoor entry rooms. The rooms were nice and arranged very well. The associate at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to NASA. There was plenty of parking there,

I had a check-in time of 3 pm and I reached after 4 pm and even then they made us to wait for 45 minutes which felt strange. I can understand if it was 15-30 mins but this was not a good experience at all. For complimentary breakfast they did not have bread, milk or eggs either and it was just coffee and some snack.

Bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. ** charge error I was charged $74.24 by Expedia, then I was charged a total of $70 at Super 8. ** How do I get a refund?

No elevators so if you have luggage you need to lug it all upstairs. Iy took them 2+ hours to get our wifi working.Their free "breakfast" consisted of Quaker oat packs, yogurt, tea, coffee, kids fruit cups, and granola.

The room was beyond our expectation for a Super 8. By far the nicest we have ever stayed. Room was clean and the bathroom was updated with a nice walk in shower. Front staff was friendly upon arrival and checkout.

I did the whole online check in in advance just to have to redo everything in person upon arrival at the hotel. The guy was friendly and did his job well but it is so silly to have to waste time doing everything twice. They also have a sign on the wall that has changed the check in time from 3 to 4 but that is not what the contract you sign says.

Note: Close access to freeway; however, rush hour can make it difficult to turn on the frontage road. The complimentary breakfast is very minimal (but still nice to have). If you are seeking a bit more to fill up on, plan on making arrangements for breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was great, however they told us we would need to get a staff member anytime we wanted to get into our room because they were out of keys! No joke we would need to go to the front desk and get them to open the door! We did not stay.

They ran out of room keys. So I was told I couldn’t have a key. If I wanted to leave I’d have to have someone at the desk let me back in with a master key. I didn’t feel comfortable there

I was travelling with my Parents. The property is conveniently located near Houston Space Center, other tourist Spot, lot of eatery options nearby. I liked the location, rooms are good for a short stay.

Requires a deposit - that i guess is negotiable? At any rate i dont like having to give an up to $100 deposit

No hair dryer or iron in the room and shower drain was clogged. At night we smelled the cigar smoke from the other smokers and it got through the A/C

Well my room key didn't work the first time I went to the room so I went back and got another one it didn't work either so management had to use an actual metal key to let me in the room and told me that I couldn't leave or anything or I'd have to leave my room open because the battery was dead in the door and I couldn't use my card to go in and out so I was stuck there

My stay was exactly what i needed it to be the only small issue i had was the internet was really spotty at times but i was mostly in and out so it wasn't a bother

Key did not work for my room. Staff couldn't get it to work. Asked if i needed to leave amd come back to go to office so they could let me back in

Pillows were super comfy. We had issues with our key working but the gentlemen at the front desk got us in and taken care of. Very clean room.
