Room was great. Very clean, and staff was awesome.

Found some old hairs, and a dead roach n clip nails in Restroom plus tows are pretty old should be replaced but cleaning lady for the day was good and got it resolved also a lot of people smoking weed in their rooms

Toilet plugged and tub would not plug the water. Had to listen to toilet bubble all night.

For the price, the hotel was decent. The staff was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.. However, the advertised breakfast didn't exist, and the door to my room kept getting stuck.

Towels were very worn, grubby and old. I had to ask for a refresh and these were mildly better but extremely disappointing.

When I checked in at 7 PM, the sink was not working. Maintenance came to fix it but were still working on it at 9 PM. I requested to be moved to another room as my wife and I were tired and wanted to sleep, but I was told the fix would only take a few more minutes. It was almost 10 PM when they finally finished. This was not good customer service. Additionally, there were small roaches in the bathroom area.

It was OK for an old Holiday Inn.

The place was ok no complaints about it ,except the guess on the second floor didnt let us sleep the first nite ,they were arguing most of the nite

Place is run-down nasty and bed Bugs left immediately after seeking on bed.They require a $40 cash deposit.lol for what you can see money isn’t put in to keep up with the business.

Not where i thought it was

It is a very nice hotel. The office is small and simple but well tended to and the young men are courteousand friendly. The rooms are ample enough and well distributed. It is very well kept. Very, very clean. I did not have any cochroach troubles!!! No type of infestation or bugs of any sort. NONE at all. It is very clean. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. They give you enough towels of various sizes. You get daily change of towels. And I had my sheets changed every third day. You have 2 trash cans with extra bags to keep your room clean. I mention this because this helped me keep my room free of trash and bugs. There are 2 large trashcans next to the stairs to throw away your trash and keep your room clean. The cleaning lady, Martha, was super nice. Cleaned my room every day and vacuumed it daily. The exterior looks a little aged but very clean. 22 days is enough time to see things and I never saw any dirt or trash in the halls or parking lot. Loved the fact that it is really quiet and I never felt unsafe. On the contrary, that is the reason I ended up staying here longer. I hope this helps anyone decide. As a senior citizen these are important issues for me.

It was in an area close to the places i needed to go to.

Roaches on the bed, the shower, the toilet seat, they are everywhere. This is sicken and disgusting, do something about it.

The towels were dirty

The people here are very kind. They worked with me when my flight got delayed and I missed the checkin period. This is a great option for people who are looking for a cheap place to stay.

The sheets smelled like that hadnt been cleaned. Pillows and sheets had blood stains and dark stains. There was white powder all over the place, and around the bed. I just laid the top blanket over it all and asked for another blanket that did smell clean. We were so tired coming back from an event super late. What little sleep we got wasnt very good. The remote didnt work with the tv, but luckily there was buttons on the tv. The bathroom had blood splatters up the wall. There wasnt a cup for the coffee maker in the room. And the coffe in the lobby tasted like water. There was only simple tea and original creamer. I was told when i was there that there would be no breakfast, which is why i chose this place. We would not have paid more money if i knew that. We would have gone with the cheaper option that didnt include breakfast. When we come back through i will not be using this place again

It’s a nice hotel, clean. The bathroom was clean. The pillows had a weird smell to them but overall it was a good clean hotel.

No like the photo that is shown, place is a lot older and run down. When my family and I were coming to our room. Someone asked if we told them at the desk their were 3 staying in the room. Mind you they did not have on a uniform and this being after 10pm was unsettling. Not the best surroundings and they were trying to unlock one room next to us with a hanger. At least I think it was staff they didn’t have any kind of uniform or shift with the logo.

It was Super 8. No bug bites, no roaches so that’s a plus.

There was no soap. Only one pillow. Nasty..bathtub would not hold water..it was awful

It met my needs without any problems.

I had to go to the office to get cups in order to get a drink of water. The iron had been removed or stolen from the room and had not been replaced. There was paint on the curtain, physical damage and wear to the curtain, physical damage to the air conditioning unit, signs of obvious wear to the couch in the room. There was a fountain that no longer works on the property. People were carrying on and making noise upstairs. There are NO vending machines present even though there is a sign that says there are. How do you expect people to treat your property with respect if you don't properly maintain it?

There is NO shuttle service to the airport (I may have missed that), there is unrepaired physical damage to the fixtures, curtains, carpet, and walls in room 206.

Decent hotel for the price.

Room was clean and plenty of pillows. Better than expected cleanliness. Small complaint was no cups for coffee maker or for water near sink. But totally understand this is likely a Pandemic related issue! Would book again, easy access to interstate but none of the noise!

They got to you fast and let me book another night on the spot

The Rings are so cozy all the appliances are updated the water pressure with the changing water head is amazing the room is always spotless and immaculate in the staff including the manager mr. Harry are always more than welcoming. I have been in here for 5 weeks I pay by the week and I cannot get enough of this place.

This hotel has been one of mine and my wife's favorites for a while now they have always been clean and absolutely no drama they are very strict on no visitors and we like that cause it's keeps trouble off this property. The front office is very helpful and they definitely try to keep their customers satisfied with their stay. The only down fall I have to say is with the deposit issue it depends on who is working but sometimes they want a $50 deposit and some days they don't even ask for one but if they do ask for one and you don't have$50 to spare they hold onto your license which I much rather prefer but the only downfalls are without your ID you can't do alot of things lol. But in all I give them a 5 out of 5 for sure, one of our top favorites.

Was denied at door even though i prepaid for the room.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, used toothpicks in the toilet paper holder. Mold in the shower and paperwork in the hotel room. The non smoking room was right next to smoking room so all i could is smell cigarette smoke. The walk paths where covered in trash and food. We stayed for 30 mins before we just got up and left. The staff at the window really could not care less.

The room was very clean and I loved how BIG the beds were. Also very comfortable pillows.

The people in the room next door were outside drunk, loud and smoking at midnight, woke me up and couldn't sleep

It was a convienenT location how ever the room above me while I used the bathroom all of a sudden down drops water on my head I called office he comes in and brings a ladder does whatever and runs by and says ok I went there the bathroom and noticed he didn’t even wipe the mess or say sorry for the inconvenience not even a como or dinner very unprofessional

It was the worst place ever stayed at thru expedia, Staff could care less about anything. Make sure you look at room before you sign in. Just because Expedia makes money on the deal does not mean its some place you would like to stay.

This was a great deal. I just needed a clean place to sleep while I was in town for a conference and that exactly what I got! ok My room and bathroom were very clean!

This hotel looked and felt like an hourly motel and my non smoking room was full of smoke.

The property was landscaped nicely. The night clerk quickly handled any complaint we had.

The sign that says vending and ice is for the ice machine only. The broken vending machine is in the lobby. We lost a dollar in the vending machine and then a women walked and hit the machine and she got 3 free sodas. If the staff was easier to talk to we might tried to tell them about the machine.

This motel had the cleanest bathroom out of the 7 other motels that we stayed at. The rest of the room was clean too. Only problem was the sink cold faucet only put out hot water instead of cold. It was reported to the staff.

People are nice and helpful

Hotel is in excellent shape, modern amenities, very clean and seamless check in at 2am with 4 separate reservations! Added bonus is the Waffle House literally next door.

Very bad experience, this hotel does not have continental breakfast as listed, no egg, not even boiled eggs, only waffle n bread butter, juice was also not actual juice , it was fruit flavored water. There are only 2 small tables in breakfast area. Overall pathetic

I just returned from a week at this hotel. It's in a great location if going to NASA and Galveston but a fair drive from the airport. Room has a good working fridge and microwave and bathroom is spotless! No bugs like I've read on reviews of other hotels. Coffee was very weak at the beginning but perfect by the time I left. I had read that breakfast had no protein so brought my own eggs and peanut butter. Otherwise very helpful managers/owners. Needed a blanket and alarm clock and got both in no time. Would definitely stay again if heading to the South end of Houston.

Great staff that tried to help as much as they can

It was clean overall! I had not planned to get up as early as I did but they were doing some remodeling or something at 7am. I had to get up because it was right next to the room that I was in. Other than that—I guess it was ok.
