Exterior clean Disappointed, was told they clean the rooms on second day. Well, they put in fresh towels, but did not change sheets or clean the room. When I advised them, got the look like I was being a bother. The bedspread and blanket had burn holes .

The room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Hotel staff was rude. It was in a crappy part of town. There was a homeless lady with trash strewn about her less than a 100 ft away. The grass was unkempt. I would never stay there again.

The room was infested with roaches. Woke up to one in bed with me, went down to the office and the man at the desk didn’t understand me. I slept in my car the remainder of the night and then when someone else was at the front desk they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it.

Staff not very helpful. The TV had a welcome pop up screen I wasn't able to get rid of, so I called anf they hung up on me. So I walked there and the solution they gave did not workef either, the next day I went there and finslly they gave a new remote and iit workef.

Staff was really helpful. We needed another key, they helped us no problem. They made change for us so we could use the laundry facility. Sheets had some stains, tho. Holes in the curtains. My room could have been cleaner.

The internet was pretty slow and the complementary breakfast was a few granola bars and when I put the half and half in my coffee it curdled making me think it was pretty old

Room was as to be expected, but the floor was dirty. There was hair on the floors and looked like someone just forgot to finish cleaning. Bed was comfortable and clean. In the bathroom there was a big dirty hand print on the back of the door. Just small details that were missed by the cleaning staff. Overall the stay was quiet and staff was kind.

Was in a 2nd floor room and there was little cockroaches. The fridge and the sink had some stains. Bed sheets also had stains.

The first room had roaches in there, the second room the lights didn’t work. The sink was falling apart. The remote didn’t work for the tv either. Pillows was dirty with stains on there.

Could've been better. Front desk mixed up my reservation and it took a long time to resolve it but it got taken care of.

The bathroom had roach after discovering this I checked early. Coffee pot was disgusting filthy with dead roach in side filter where you put the coffee grinds very sickness. I won't be back soon.

Clean room. Good staff. They also allow service dogs with no question ( but if you have a service animal make sure to bring right paper work and rember to clean up after) the staff is nice about it so be nice about it back 🙂

I’m paralyzed booked accessible back in may2025. No room available so I settled for regular room and my wheelchair didn’t work in bathroom that’s not accessible for shower ing. Our reservation was double booked and nobody called us. Only coffee and energy bar for breakfast, sad sad

There was no breakfast next morning....hard water spots in shower and dirty bathroom.. no desk lamps.

There were black females being so loud outside at all hours of the night. I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk to make a complaint several times but they never answered.

This place has gotten some bad reviews but I feel I got exactly what I paid for iykwim!! The room was roomy, clean and AC worked. The free breakfast was coffee and a granola bar but I knew that already from reading the reviews. No biggie. Denny’s is right next door. Ask for Miranda, she was great!! Never got in the pool but it looked great. Housekeeper was super nice. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room but the front desk had both… minor inconvenience but you get what you pay for. No biggie! I was in town for a concert and whatever else I could find so I wasn’t really hanging out in a hotel room. I never felt unsafe and it served its purpose!

Day one basically just threw my key at me. I've never been treated so unfriendly at a hotel or motel. Day two, got there for breakfast at 8:55 a.m. and she said, it's closed. All it is is a granola bar and coffee anyway. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 9:00. How hard would it have been to bring me a couple of granola bars??? Later that day I go to tell her they didn't clean my room. She says, it's not daily service. All I needed was another bar of soap (they only put one small bar in the room) and clean towels. She meets me on the side and hands me a small bar of soap. Yes, I would stay there again, but they do need to improve breakfast by fixing the juice machine, adding at least some pastries, cereal and milk. Or don't advertise that breakfast is included. I saw many reviews saying the same thing from months ago and the manager replying they would work on it. Clearly they haven't yet. Most of all, it doesn't cost anything to be nice. A smile goes a long way. Train the front desk to be nice. Act like we're guests, not an inconvenience.

Breakfast: coffee and granola bars only? I contracted influenza A while I was there. Big stain on the loveseat. Floor hadn't been swept, and the room smelled like an underground military bunker...I know what that smells like...I'm former military. Because I got the flu, I never did get a chance to do any sightseeing.

Checked in at 3 for a 3 day weekend. Checkout at 6 same day. Pool, Tv, Fridge all out of order not working? Maintenance man literally knocked on my door to fix a broken curtain. I have never had someone knock on my door to fix anything before. This room was not ready. I asked for a different room. They said NO EXTRA room you want a refund! Gladly took refund and went some where else.

The room was dirty when I checked in and in need of many repairs as well as updated furniture. I spoke to 4 different staff members about these issues. They offered another room (which I declined because it was not a smoking room like I preferred) instead of ATLEAST asking housekeeping to do their job, so eventually I asked for a refund and clocked out on only day 2 of what was going to be a 5 day stay.

Only thing that’s is not to my liking is that the app says free breakfast it’s only coffe and granola bars Otherwise it’s perfect

This super 8 is quiet a few small bugs in room but honestly you get what you pay for I’m from the hood so roaches are nothing anything else was great no late check outs btw

We left within 30 seconds of arriving. Upon getting out of the car we were greeted by individuals on the sidewalk who were clearly on drugs and arguing with the woman at check in. We got to the room and immediately noticed HUGE cockroaches crawling around the room as well as unbearable smells. The bed sheets had stains and the floor didn’t look clean at all. We didn’t even set our belongings down before running out 30 seconds later.

The thing that disappoints me is that they market the hotel with breakfast included. This is something risible because they only put a basket of granola bars and coffee as breakfast.

Good afternoon. I don't know how it is doing the daytime because I don't be in my room. But at night I've heard knocking on my door. I never went out this would be 2:00 3:00 in the morning. I do not go out of my Not at that time of the morning anywy.

It's a basic place, but clean. Haven't seen any roaches. Hard to beat for the price. Little Rock Motel 6 is still the standard-bearer.
