Brand new hotel here. There was something unavailable when I came there, perhaps a gym, a laundry room, or an ice machine, but IMO none of this is an issue to complain about. This hotel is at the stage where for example if a new coffee maker is ordered and it doesn't work then it'll have to go back because the manufacturer or vendor dropped the ball and it is being actively addressed the same day or the next day until everything is right. If you see something that needs to be addressed just mention it to the staff and they'll be on it immediately if it hasn't already been addressed. Staff is kind.

The roaches in the room. Bed sheets and towels only get changed once a week. Some of the towels have stains and do not look sanitary to be used.

I will say that the young man in the was so very sweet. But the room, not so much. Got the key cards, went to the room, opened the door, & the most wretched stench of mildew & mold hit me in the face like it was Mike Tyson!!! I bring a big can of Lysol with me on my trips..... I used the entire can! I mean I spray every single surface in there, even the bed. But the smell never went away, no matter how often I tried to just mask it. I needed a shower after the 5 hour drive. As soon as I turned the shower on, the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The bottom of the tub was "bouncy" because apparently there was a gap between the tub itself & the floor. When I got out of the tub, there were tiny roaches running across the floor!!! Sadly there were no other vacancies in the entirety of the property, so I was stuck. My BF met me there so we could go to dinner....came back to the tiny roaches on the floor & one on the daggone table!!! There were holes in the baseboards that looked like rot. It just was NOT a good room. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PROPERTY!!!

It’s not what it looks like on the pictures. It’s a run down hotel. It looked like we were in the hood with all the people walking around and there’s no pool the kitchen didn’t look like it does on the pictures I was very disappointed I will never go back there..I don’t recommend it to anybody

The room had clean sheets but the blankets had holes in them and there was roaches everywhere the ac unit on the wall was also leaking water the bathroom was stocked but besides that it was very poorly maintained wouldn’t book here again

Location wasn’t terrible It was absolutely disgusting and had roaches. We did not stay. We walked in and immediately saw multiple roaches so we walked out.

The roaches and I’m pretty positive it was dead bed bugs on the towels. When I got back to the room the same towels I placed on the back of the toilet were hanging back up! I have my own towels though

I felt safe, nothing happened to my car, the staff may not have been chipper but no attitudes and they always helped. The AC in my room was on point can’t lie, one of the best parts of the room. WiFi was decent once I got on the main WiFi. The only issue honestly was the roaches. I bought my own products to kill them off and it took a while but they were a constant problem. Then the price went up and I felt it wasn’t worth it.

It was cleaner than expected and more relaxing No shampoo just a small soap bar

No pots, pan or silverware and plates. No extra blankets, roaches and the night staff is useless.

Nice room TV was good size have a full size refrigerator, stovetop and daily room service.the only thing some of them try to open your door before you can, like what you trying to see lol. But it's a nice cheap place to stay.

Room was full of cockroaches! Terribly dirty. Not worth the money paid at all.

Room was very smelly. It had a cigarette and dirty odor, infested with roaches and fleas to the point where we decided to get up and leave. Even if we didn’t get a refund, I was not gonna stay there.

The room was very clean and nice I didn't like that they sent a email after I was booked about a $50 damage deposit due at check in!

Beds nice No breakfast

I guess there was a part of me when I bought the reservation for studio 6 that actually thought it would "nicer" then I expected. All of that hope was blown out the water when the first thing I see is a roach crawling around on my bed. Some fat Hispanic lady, rude as hell in the office with no care for how the patrons felt, accompanied by a nicer Hispanic dude with at least a nice tone. We stayed one night, for we just finished driving 5 hrs to get there, then left once my fiancee got out of work the next day to finish our stay in the Houston elsewhere. Thing was, since we went to check out an hr after the required check out, they decided to go ahead and charge me the whole day even when I explained all the roaches that greeted us and that we were leaving. Idk if there's any kind of refund I can dispute with these guys, so I'm just leaving this review through hotels with hopes that some poor fool, as I was, avoids the thought of it being relatively liveable.

The kitchen sink is only 6 feet away, so use it instead. Sunday morning someone was slamming the door every few minutes starting at 5 AM until almost 7 AM. It sounded like I was next to a gun range.

gross motel, found bugs right away and the room smelled bad. didnt even feel comfortable sleeping under the blankets, slept on top of a “made” bed instead.

It was very rememberable experience. The light staff and great room service. Shops and restaurants all over east to west north to south within a half mile radius.

Clerk was friendly, provided the toaster and extra pillows we asked for. Room was clean and towels were of decent quality. Good value.

It is a wonderful property to stay at long term. I have had interactions with 3 of the motel staff and the 2 gentlemen are great, one of them I refer to as "Happy" because he is always smiling and so full of energy and reminds me of "Happy" from the 7 dwarfs. Although the woman I met was kind of squirrelly, and seemed like she was caught in the middle of something when I entered the office. I didn't get the room I originally registered for, a smoking room, but that is ok, since I'm allergic to cigarette smoke....

No coffee maker in room. Bathroom door wouldn't close without picking up on it.

Our room had a few issues, the drawers. The doors fell off hard to open and shut. The tub leaks onto the floor. The vents don’t work in the bathroom TV. Logged you out every day could use an update.

Staff was great. Room was good but smelt musty. Laundry machines were a 50/50 for what was working and what wasn't.

Room was clean but had a oder, seen a few roaches in the room. Olive garden within walking distance. Staff was good, probably would not stay there again!

Its cheap you know what it is. Sheets and towels looked clean but the room is old, smells like weed and dog pretty strong. If you're fancy or a girl by yourself maybe spend a little more on something else. Came in clutch at a rough time tho.

Rooms dirty , roaches everywhere and when I say everywhere I mean even in the refrigerator we even got switched rooms and it wasn’t no better it was worse the bed had multiple holes in the sheets they do not take care of anything

There were roaches so bad that you could smell them walking into the room and when the ac came on the smell got worse. Staff was great room was affordable and there were lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Also, they think they know about refrigerators.lol. they know nothing about freezers! They changed a full size refrigerator twice! Their stove top was broken. One part worked ( has a big crack) and the other part has a broken knob. Manager said ' Deal with it'. Never moved us as we were there 2 weeks. Oh how I could show you the pictures and videos of everything that was taken. BTW, if you ask for extra toilet paper, forget it! One roll a day! No exceptions! Once in a while, you'll get hot water! It was mostly tepid to cold. I will be going on their website and Google and everywhere I Will post all videos and pictures!! Beware!!!! Don't go here!!!

The room was ok but it had a terrible smell I had to keep spraying air freshener.

The motel room was supposed to be no smoking and it had a horrible stench of tobacco and pot. Undesirable people outside all night talking loud and dogs barking in rooms. Avoid this place and spend more to be safe

The tv constantly switched to screen and had to call their help severely times because it kept popped up. But im handicapped in power chair room was excellent for getting around in the room and and shower and toilet was easy transferring to thing in room, just front door to office needs to open wider because it arm for closer is restricting door from opening all the way so you have to go at angle to entrance in front door other wise staff was great experience with them very friendly and helpful to handicapped people AAAA

Room was digesting not up-kept- stains on bed sheets. Not enough air flow for anything and stuff in the restroom was breaking.

The room itself was ok. The advertised picture when I booked the room showed a shower tub combo and we got just a shower though. The ac however smelled like urine. Maybe they need to put a new filter in it. We wound up turning it off as it was pretty chilly that night.

The pictures online looked way better than in person. The ac did not get cold at all. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Property was well lit and plenty of free parking. Cleaning of room was good and hotel provided additional soap and tissue paper. Bed was comfortable and hot was quiet. Kitchens furniture had a few broken drawers. AC was excellent. Stsff was helpful and friendly. I would stsy at this hotel again.

Parking lot is fine. Rooms are aged and smell bad. Mattresses are worn out. Many guests are full time residents. Its okay for the price but i wouldnt stay again.
