We love this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and staff is very helpful. Beds are so comfortable, rooms are clean.

Stayed here before. Always great for games at Reliant stadium.

Hotel was a nice stay BUT the picture of the room is very misleading. The 2nd picture of the room shows two beds right next to each other but the room is not set up this way. It’s just one queen bed and the second bed (pull out sofa couch) is in another part of the room. The pull out bed has a very thin mattress so the bars go into your back. Very uncomfortable, so don’t depend on sleeping on it. The 2nd picture of the beds right next to eachother needs to be removed as this is very misleading.

We chose this stay due to wife being a patient at MD Anderson and it was close which helps. The staff on hand at the time did a great job cleaning. The heat in the hallway in the evening got really warm on the fifth floor and my wife having lung problems could hardly breathe getting back and forth to the elevator. Next stay I will be asking for ground floor room if possible. After surgery it was very difficult to maneuver the situation. It would be nice to offer discounts for area hospitals patients as well. We will return due to the location. Thank you

Went for a quick weekend getaway. They had a room to accommodate my family of 8. We had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Staff was very helpful in accommodating our request for extra towels and blankets. Great location with easy access to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was great. Everyone was able to find something to eat. We didn't bring our pet but it is good to know this hotel is very pet friendly. We saw many guests with dogs. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for future visits to Houston.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked and paid a premium rate for a standard room during the World Cup, but was placed in an accessible room without being informed. We also needed extra bedding, and when I requested two additional pillows, I was told I could only have one because they couldn’t provide any more. To make matters worse, the water pressure in the room was extremely poor, barely any water came out of the shower. Overall, this was a frustrating stay and certainly not what I expected for the price I paid. I would not recommend staying here.

Family of 5 and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- very spacious and really enjoyed our stay.

We had anything we needed, staff were very friendly. Everything in the room was comfortable, clean and tidy. For the event we went in Houston this is the perfect location!!

It was located within walking distance of a few good places to eat. We enjoyed some BBQ… Overall, enjoyed our quick stay.

The location is excellent for visiting Hermann Park, the Medical Center, and Rice University. The property, room, and pool were very clean. We appreciated the fact the suite had Direct TV and did not require streaming service subscriptions. There were several restaurants within walking distance, some chain and some not. Breakfast was plentiful except they were out of cranberry juice both days. The staff was accommodating, but the front desk was out of Tylenol and had no extra blanket for our son who was running a fever. There was not dishwashing soap or a dishwasher pod in our kitchen, but we managed. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again, but five stars means all of the aforementioned details would have been attended to without inquiry.

The stay with Staybridge was great. The only thing that was of concern was the minimum 7 day stay required to have your room cleaned and serviced. Other than that everything was on point!

We went for a medical visit for my parents and stayed here. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and quiet rooms. They were even great at accommodating for service animals and you could not tell any animals had ever been there.

The rooms weren’t ready at 3 ,we had to wait around for a room to be ready,we were going to the Houston Livestock Show and it took time away from that waiting for a room to be available,the staff were trying to do the best they could but the rooms still should have been ready by 3 atleast,we got there at 2:30 and the this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that we weren’t able to check in early

The hotel was in a great location. Had a happy hour with food and drinks on certain days and then a good breakfast too. Jordan on staff was amazing! So sweet. Rooms were big! And walkable to NRG stadium.

The car noise was load.

Sofa bed fits only 1 adult.

The day here was excellent! Close to NRG stadium and all the festivities for cookoff and rodeo.

Staff was fantastic and professional. Room is outdated. Electricity kept tripping and the couch had a spring popping through the cushion. Dishwasher didn’t work. Room had a slight dingy scent. Great location if you are seeing a Texans game as it’s writhing easy walking distance to the stadium.

The room was small. There weren't enough towels and no bed linen for the sleeper sofa.

We enjoyed our visit although the air conditioning didn’t cool our room very well. There was a sign posted that 72 was the lowest temperature you could set your thermostat, but our room never cooled off.

The accommodations were pleasant and well-maintained. The door had a slight gap, allowing some light from the hallway to enter; however, overall, the room exceeded my expectations. A downside was that the cleaning staff did not initially attend to the disposal of the trash, which required three requests over the course of two days before it was addressed. During our four-day stay, the accumulation of refuse became a concern. Breakfast was great each day, and staff exceeded my expectations.

Room was clean, distance to NRG, excellent. Being the reason for the trip. However, no room keys available. Had to wait to be let in by staff, a/c stop working 2nd night in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re staying for NRG , and don’t mind the inconveniences

Fresh, clean room. One of the two elevators was out of order. The free shuttle to MD Anderson was on a limited schedule that did not benefit us. The breakfast was great. Waffles in the shape of Texas. I noticed a security guard walking around the parking lot. Overall, very nice hotel.

Room was not handicap accesible, toilet too low with no grab bars and no roll in shower as reserved a full size hed not a queen or king. Nicely decorated, clean but crowded for wheelchair and my rollator. Loved cook in kitchen. Sofa was too low for me to enjoy. Breakfast adequate. Would stay again if they can get reservation correct.

The suite was too small for four people. Housekeeping never showed up after we called for cleaning. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and even the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pet friendly but didn't stink, clean, safe, and very friendly with affordable prices. I was not there for a fun reason but at least staying there felt more like being home.

The room was very nice. We will stay there again. The thing that was most upsetting was that shuttles air conditioners was not working so the shuttle was unavailable. We were depending on that to get us back and forth to the hospital. Hopefully it will be fixed when we return in month. We were there for 10 days.

Mr Jordan provided the fastest, easiest checkin ever. All the staff were kind and helpful. The Continental breakfast was excellent, great food great choices. The room and hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend staying here .

We stayed for two nights here to see a concert at nearby NRG stadium. The room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent with their service. The stadium is approximately a 20 minute walk (about a mile) which was great because we didn’t have to deal with all the vehicle traffic. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Houston.
