Room was clean and It was a big one with cooking place. Shuttle for airport and breakfast were really cool and helpfull.

I don’t have any complaints at all. I just know that the next time that I visit Houston I will definitely be staying here again.

Going into the hotel it has a really bad odor like something was dead. Got into the room and the couch in the sitting area was dirty and stained. The small chair in the room was stained and dirty, it had only two wash cloths and two big towel’s, TVs are very outdated!!! I will NEVER book this hotel again and think someone should really investigate on that smell on why the rooms aren’t updated and the furniture and floors aren’t cleaned properly. Rooms are big and could have the potential to be great and make more money, if these things get taken care of. $85 a night for staybridge should’ve told me something was wrong right then and there, but going against my better judgement and booked anyway. Never stayed at a staybridge hotel that was this bad.

Nice area quiet property.

The property was fine if you had no transportation you had problems no lunch or dinner at the property so there were no places to eat in walking distance.

I wish I could leave a decent review, but for the sake of just bringing awareness to corporate and guests I wanted to point out a few things. The lawn coming in is full of really tall grass. The halls have an odd smell and the elevators caught whiffs of weed. We had to flush the toilets multiple times for it to flush. On Wednesday they came to do the full service cleaning and didn’t come back till at least 3 hours with fresh sheets. Housekeeping wasn’t in the halls and it almost seemed like they forgot to finish cleaning. They took the sheets and pillowcases so I couldn’t take a nap after having to wake up at 4am for work. On some days they didn’t take out the trash. We are not messy people and kept things in suitcases contained. A different evening I told staff that my coworker would be arriving late at night and if they could give her a key as to not wake me up. The front desk asked if the name on the sheet (that I filled out upon arrival) was “Kim”. I said yes. He said he would make her one when she got in. Unfortunately, my coworker received pushback and attitude of which the front desk failed to look at paperwork as well. My friend ended up having to call me and still waking me up even after I tried to confirm that this was alright. My coworker felt this was due to lack of training. The most concerning was the door not shutting all the way. I had to pull it with force. Obviously housekeeping came and didn’t pull the door…who knows how long it was open for.

Staff was polite and helpful, breakfast was good and we liked that it was different each morning. The hotel was clean but the rooms are very worn. Tears/wear in carpets, curtains. Lamp shades stained and crooked. Bad spot painting on bathroom door in attempt to cover kid drawings. The beds were very comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature. We loved the free laundry machines too. The airport was very close by and very convenient. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Booked a room for one night in July 2026, but only stayed for less than 8 hours. I found roaches in the bathroom. We didn’t feel comfortable staying in the hotel room. My family decided it was cleaner to sleep at the airport.

The second room was cleaner, but it was still just okay. The air conditioning didn't cool the room very well, so it stayed uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. Overall, the property could definitely use some updates. Our biggest disappointment came at checkout. We had to leave a bit early and was running behind, so I called the front desk to check out since we were already on the road. The agent I spoke with (different from the one who checked us in) was not very professional. Instead of simply assisting me, her initial response made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Once I explained that we had already left and just needed to check out over the phone, she processed it without issue, but the interaction left a bad impression. Overall, the only real positive was the first front desk associate who helped us switch rooms. Between the cleanliness issues, the warm room, and the unprofessional checkout experience, this stay did not meet my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.

Can’t go wrong with Staybridge especially if your traveling with your family. Hotel & service was excellent. The only complaint was the AC in the King bedroom… front desk was notified.

Some staff were helpful and hardworking, some were not. The furniture and fixtures were worn and dingy.

Very clean place my bed was very comfy I enjoy my free breakfast they have exactly what I needed personal very kind and helpful. Nice place I will return .

Good place to stay for our family of 4 before our flight. Breakfast was pretty good and plentiful. Room was spacious with full sized refrigerator, microwave, and a kitchen. I liked our room but it was a little dated and warm. We would, however, stay here again.

Shuttle service not available for unshared reasons. Would not refund money spent getting to the hotel because I booked through Expedia not through the hotel directly. Which makes not sense as the shuttle was for anyone staying at the property no matter how they booked their stay. Shuttle hours posted the next day at the front desk. Which doesn’t reflect their online or what front desk manager shared the hours were. Hotel was clearly going through renovations and should have closed until renovations were complete. Wet paint on the walls no wet paint signs electrical repairs left open. Room with roaches dead and alive. Wet carpet in the room with some gross color. Would not recommend, at least not until they are done remodeling. However, staff weren’t the best so I wont be returning.

The property is tired and in need of renovation. Which is exactly what they are doing now. It served our purposes well. We needed a place to spend a night near the airport, and it worked. The room was clean enough, the breakfast adequate (hot and cold items), shuttle service was okay both directions)

Breakfast was Always great with variety. The staff was friendly and efficient except for the front desk manager. I have yet to get a callback from the actual hotel manager when a complaint was issued. The rest of the stay was great

Not much to write my flight came into Houston at 11.45pm but the shuttle to the hotel wasn’t available after midnight. I spent only Saturday morning at the hotel. Didn’t really spent Saturday and Sunday night at the hotel .

Everything was great the staff everything i was there because of the airport non staffing i had a missed flight for a day and half and they made my extra day1/2 in Houston better

While the rooms are clean, there are roaches. The front desk manager Anakaren is patronizing and rude. However, the maintenance staff (Mike specifically) was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is actually impressive for continental breakfast. The gym is just okay and not as pictured on the website.

The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was also nice. The downside was their hot water was not hot. They tried telling us that was as hot as it was going to get. There is no way it was over 78 degrees. It was cold. They moved us after night one due to the water issue. Had a luke warm shower. Last morning had another luke warm shower. The elevator was also out of order the majority of our second day. I get that things happen, but it was a bit ridiculous. The carpet was worn and had a hole in our room. The tiles in the shower were coming apart. Housekeeping staff was great. The shower issue is what made it a bad stay.

Room was clean and had many amenities. Staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. The airport shuttle was easy to navigate all you do is call from the airport and to leave the hotel you can sign up for a certain time at the front desk.

No plugs at all at the bed side.

Airport shuttle driver, Dean was wonderful and so kind. 4am staff wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t offer a receipt for my stay. My room was clean and bug free. Shower was a bit dated, but it was only one night.

I woke up with bed bug bites on my neck. My husband doctor confirmed that it’s not an allergic reaction. They should pay attention to the room and bedding cleanliness.

The room was run down. Carpet in terrible condition, definitely needs to be replaced. Staff was walking around spraying fabuloso to cover the funny smell in hallways. Staff at the front desk were not welcoming.

Just a very average location. We only stayed out towards the airport due to the high cost of RODEO downtown. This isn't a bad place, but others are better for the money.

Clean room with lots of space, comfortable bed, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. My flight was canceled on a layover and they didn't hesitate to help me change my reservation, as I wouldn't be arriving until the following day. Not far from the IAH airport and quiet. Would recommend

Pull out beds are very uncomfortable. Sinks through the bars and you feel the springs.

Shuttle restarted before arrival but did use it upon leaving.

This property was clean-ish, but very dated. There was old grout around the floor and toilets, stained walls, and torn, missing and stained curtains. It did look like it was cleaned well, and that what looked like dirt was age that couldn’t be erased. The pool was down the whole long weekends which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for our cheer comp stay since we were traveling with a team of kids.

My room 305 had roaches.

The front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived. Even found me some ketchup for my fries! Room was large, clean and comfortable and the free airport shuttle makes it super convenient for a quick overnight stay while on a layover. Would stay here again.

The other disappointment was the water and the pressure, after a long day of traveling, thw water was not very hot and barely came out. We didn’t let staff know. Would stay again, and this time if I had any issues I would let staff know.

Worst customer service ever! No hot water in the showers and the hotel was booked. They provided another room for me to JUST shower as they say and got upset when my toiletries where in the room when I came from church! This was my birthday weekend! Worst manager and front desk ever! Don’t ever stay here rooms are terrible! How would you get mad at a paying guest when you inconvenience me and my kids without having hot water in the room! I would never stay here again and I recommend you don’t either

The room was great, the staff was great. My only complaint is the hot water. I took a cold shower, the water started warming up some, after my shower was complete. So when you pay over $100, you dont expect to have to let the water run for 30mins before you can take a comfortable shower

The room was great and the bed was fantastic. The breakfast was limited and you’re pretty close to the freeway so you can hear the cars go by. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Disappointed that breakfast wasn't available until 7:30am. We had to leave for the airport at 7am so we weren't able to eat breakfast.

There was no hot water coming from shower, and the water pressure was pretty low. I did feel a little unsafe in the area, because people were outside smoking weed, hanging out. And the place is so far from the streets. But it was well lit.. The staff are very nice
