We stayed here due to the proximity of the hospital across the street. My husband had to have a procedure done there. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Check-in was very fast upon entering the room. The room was clean. The only issues we had with this room was the coffee pot was dirty so I did not use it. There was also a drawer that was blocking the walkway because it would not stay shut. If it weren’t for those two things I would have given this five stars. I would definitely stay here at this property again.

Phenomenal staff and great value for the stay. It’s located in a safe and not so busy area of Houston and you’re able to get to downtown and other high volume areas relatively easy. As for the hotel, it’s clean, well maintained, and it’s got great people working there. They will ensure your stay is the best. The free breakfast is nice, I just wish there were waffles! Other than that, it’s a 10/10 stay. Much love yall!

All the good things the beds are incredibly comfortable and the pillows are top notch actually I told my husband I slept better here than at the Ritz-Carlton as far as bed and pillow quality crazy I know the water is hot or warm or cold whatever you need water pressure not the greatest but no lack of water or water temperature variance also the room was extremely clean I really appreciated how well maintained the bathroom was no cracks in the tile no mold toilet seat was clean and stable also plenty of towels the refrigerator was wobbly but it kept everything cold the only real complaint I have is the lack of chargers for your phone Okay I put this above but lack of chargers for the phone ice machines were out on two and three the gym had ice the first day I was there but then that ice machine seemed to run out so I had to go to the 4th floor to get ice I think it'd be better just to forgo all the ice machines and just put a sign saying if you want ice go to the fourth floor

The hotel is beautiful; looks new. Convenient location to Chinatown. The room is spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I decided to check it out of my room at 10:52 p.m. instead of the next day because when I laid my head on a pillow a bug decided to crawl past my head and then when I pulled the sheet back I saw a few more

Staff was accommodating and helpful. Adequate breakfasts. Clean rooms but AC were extremely noisy. Neighborhood is okay, close to Chinatown and Little Saigon.

The hotel building has the fence which make problems to get into the hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were so friendly. But the breakfast area was really crowded and some buffet items were missing and not refilled instantly.

Since my husband had surgery at Townsen Memorial, we couldn’t have picked a better location. It was the perfect location because it is just across the street from the hospital. I loved the room. It was a big room & very clean. My only complaint is that something was wrong with the water pressure. When taking a shower, I lost water pressure & then when it gained back the water pressure, the water would be scalding hot. The free breakfast was delicious. Overall, I would stay there again!

Traveling with my daughter & grandson. The Staff (Cristian) was very accommodating! We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early with no problems at all. Room was nice and bed were comfy. A few little things could be improved like the drawers kept opening on their own and the privacy window for the work desk shaked and was noisy every time you walked by it. But we were sooo exhausted & jetlagged it didn't really matter to mention & try to get a different room. The pool was nice and clean with towels provided as well. Breakfast was good. Dining area was clean & spacious. It was nice they had a bar/lounge area but we didn't take advantage due to time only staying for one night. Very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki.

We had a great time during our stay. The room was roomy, super clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and breakfast was amazing.

Walls very thin - was kept up in middle of night for 2 hours with loud talkers next room and could hear another room clearly through vent in bathroom. Shower had little pressure and random bursts of scalding hot water. Conditioner empty and hair dryer had only cold air (I am sure they would have switched, but cleaning crew could easily check status of these things) Pull out bed was not comfortable. Breakfast hours 6:30-9:30 - at 9:15 I was scraping the bottom of the oatmeal and 2nd day eggs were gone - they were powdered eggs and not great. Also no milk (there was some oat milk) for cereal. Cleanliness fine, gym was small, but clean and nice - all equipment worked, staff was very nice.

Everything was great. The room, the staff, the property. My kids loved the indoor pool a lot. Loved there were so many spaces to just relax.

The area was horrid, i felt that i needed to sleep in my vehicle to make sure it didnt get broke into.

2. I had to immediately leave, but I asked the clerk to check the room and make sure it had been cleaned. 3. When I got in late that evening and went to the room it had not been clean and I found trash, dirty towels, and food partially eaten. 4. I then had to go downstairs sand in line when I was tired that evening to get another room 5. I was upgraded to another room, but I just assume had my first room and not had to go through the hassle. 6. I then went down the hall to get ice only to find that the icemaker wasn’t working. There was a note to go up to the next floor. I went up to the next floor to find that icemaker also not working so then I went to another floor and found the same problem. I then went down to the clerk who opened the kitchen and got some ice the next morning as I was leaving I decided to get some ice from the area where breakfast was served. There was no ice there either.

Pool was a joke and freezing cold. I specifically searched for properties with indoor pool so my kids would have something to do in this cooler weather. I think the pool is 12x12 the entire depth of pool was 3 feet. Breakfast was limited And they keep running out of food. I stayed two day and both days they had same breakfast.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the nrarby parks.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We did have an accident happen. My daughter flushed the toilet and it overflowed. We had toilet water all over the bathroom floor. We did call the front desk to let them know and when we came back later that day it was cleaned up. The pool is not heated and I wish I knew that before booking. It was cold and they over did it with the chlorine. My eyes were burning and the fumes were very strong. It was a little disappointing since that was the only reason why I booked at this hotel for my kids to enjoy the pool. It did feel safe. We had no issues with safety. It’s very close to China town so that was nice.

Coffee pot broke early in morning (5am). Informed front desk on the way to hospital. Got back to room at 3pm and still wasn’t fixed nor had the room been refreshed. Pool was not heated . For a Marriott the standard has really gone down hill.

Really nice but house keeping is every other day unless you let them know. The ac in our room was not working although they came to fix it the next day as we noticed this late in the night when we got home at 1am and we were too tired to move rooms. Other than that it was a nice stay.
