Need to Check the AC and Other Amenity once Checked In. Some are not Working.

Great place to stay business or pleasure. Close to the hospitals but not in the center of them. Great staff.
- 4/5
Be advised, parking is $15 per day.
- 3/5
Good place to stay but it’s a little old, It's an old building. It's good to stay one night if you don't have any other option. I saw some ants in my room. The room had an old smell or it may be the carpet that has that smell.

Disappointing
- 5/5
Check in was very quick and easy!! I have no complaints
- 0.5/5
Staff was nice and location was nice but room was not upgraded at all. A series of problems occurred during my stay including staples on the ground, pubic hair in the shower, shower drain clogged, leaks and wet floor outside of bathroom next to bed, musty smell in room, and drinks inside refrigerator overall not decently cleaned. Pool was closed from health department and ac was broken on main floor. Definitely not worth the price.
- 3/5
The shuttle to and from the medical facilities was extremely helpful. The breakfast had the usual options and took into consideration some guests might need a grab and go breakfast sandwich.
- 3/5
They did not clean the room or bring clean linens after our first night.
- 2/5
Not much except for the staff at the front desk was very accommodating We had to switch rooms because the first room had a very bad stale odor and musky smell plus the bathroom shower faucet was dripping constantly
- 4/5
The room was a little warm. The front room needs an extra a/c so that it can cool down faster. Otherwise, it was a great hotel. Good breakfast. Clean.
- 1/5
The only shining light was the on evening the bar was open the Gigi the bar tender was amazing. No offer of any kind of reimbursement was made and the other staff were all very apathetic and could not have cared less.
- 1/5
Roaches in the room.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, smelled clean! Our A/C was working very well. Bathroom was clean, shower body soap smelled so good! Staff was very warm & friendly. He answered all our questions with kindness & patience. Told us about the free breakfast that was offered until 9am. Came down to take up that offer and was shocked at what ya’ll offered! Never seen such a variety. The staff keep it super clean and keep everything filled. I am so impressed! I will be looking for this chain from now on! Thank you for the special why we were treated.

Affordable, good location, good breakfast, friendly staff Be sure housekeeping is cleaning under the sofa beds because I found old houseshoes. More room lights would be good, especially in the bedroom
- 3/5
AC in hallways were not working, Ice machine on my floor was broken and charged $20 for “secured” parking and exit arm remained open allowing anyone easy access to parked vehicles.
- 4.5/5
Very good! Surprise to paid for parking and the dripping in the bathtub.

Outdated for the cost

Overall the hotel is outdated. The lobby is promising. Rooms are simply okay. Small shower, slow flushing toilet, falling headboards, dull paint on the walls. Not like the other Springhill Suites I’ve been to. I felt somewhat tricked. Just okay to be there for a night. Air off in the hallways making your walk to the room, elevator ride a bit unpleasant. Staff was great though. Just too many issues going on.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. The issue was there was a leak in the main pathway coming from the bathroom . They responded immediately and sucked the water up and put a blower fan on it. It never stopped leaking so the next morning we changed rooms. Everything was fine. The next morning when the room attendent was cleaning; she discovered a leak from the ac unit. They came immediately; turned the unit off and vacumined and put blower on it. After a few hours it was hot so they came and replaced unit which didn't cool nearly as well. rooms should be checked ahead See above

Staff working the front desk were delighted to help. Their friendliness was genuine and showed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends if they are looking to stay close to NRG Stadium. Thank you for the great stay!

The room was cleaned. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

If it walking distance to the NRG Stadium. The metro to Downtown Houston is a few blocks away. Uber to sites that you want to visit like Meow Wolf, Space Center tours pickup point is also an option. We did not use the shuttle offered by the hotel, we will try that next time. Great breakfast and we were on the second floor and had the best night sleep. The staff is wonderful and caring.
- 3/5
Perfectly located for a walk to NRG Stadium. The room was fine but the bathroom was very dated. The sofa bed could use a newer mattress.
- 5/5
Bathroom was clean but dated. Overall we had a great stay--nice staff, good breakfast, and clean.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. It was clean and well maintained. Staff eas nice.
- 4/5
Great location for going to the NGR stadium. The staff is friendly. The rooms are a little dated, but fine otherwise. Lots of room.
- 5/5
Short stay. Overall the room was nice, clean and spacious. No offerings or acknowledgment of being a Bonvoy member.
- 1/5
The bed sheets were dirty, and the mattress was disgusting and very uncomfortable. The bathroom shower had leaks, and there was constant noise that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep The air conditioning did not work properly, leaving the room hot, humid, and uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and far below acceptable standards. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for attending the World Cup at NRG Stadium. The staff was very engaging and friendly especially Tabitha. She was very happy to point out several places to visit while in Houston. She deserves a gold star!
- 4/5
The room was clean and met our needs. The water pressure in the shower was poor and it was kind of hot. They were having AC problems. The staff was nice.

Awesome staff.
- 3/5
Great Staff. Breakfast area and breakfast options were great. Liked the layout of the room with the sitting area right as one entered the room. However, The desk in the room was not wiped down properly there was slight coffee cup stain that I wiped off myself with a wet paper towel. The bathtub didn’t drain properly when using the shower. And the key card twice did not properly unlock the door even though it lit up green. The door handle would not open and we needed someone from inside the room to let us in. This was inconvenient since we were coming in late and had to wake up family member to let us in. But for a one night stay it was fine.
- 4/5
Clean quiet
- 4/5
We came to watch an Astros came and online it was hard to tell how close this was as it used to be close to the field. Now the field is downtown. We took the train, and even though cops were often present, it didn’t feel safe. We wound ubering back to the hotel to avoid the train. Hotel was dated, but they are working on it. Would probably still stay again, but not for going downtown.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and could help direct me through any of my questions regarding hospitals and shuttles.
- 5/5
La locacion buena, pero solo un elevador estaba funcionando.
- 3/5
Good location if you’re going to the NRG and there’s a free shuttle. Very large room with separate areas. Perfect for people with kids. The biggest complaint is it advertises a restaurant and they don’t even serve food outside of the free breakfast and the walls are very thin so you get distributed a lot at night.
- 5/5
I think it was a good spot. Close to NRG, shuttle service, a bar with entertainment
- 5/5
Convenient and quiet
- 1/5
First room they gave me the toilet seat was dirty with brown stains. Only one elevator working and the hotel was full. Carpet old and bad condition. AC not working properly, bad smell, hallway in poor condition and under construction. Paint in the rooms and hallway it was just patch up nobody working. Nobody cleaning the rooms no fresh towels. Breakfast trashcans full of trash with flies. Charge me 12 dollars to park and took me 15 minutes to get out because nobody would open the gate. It is really and old hotel pictures do not match the hotel. Could not even move to another hotel because it is to late to cancel
- 5/5
Close to shopping, restaurants, NRG center, and Toyota Center.
- 4/5
The breakfast was good. One elevator was broken down.
- 5/5
Awesome stay!! Bed extremely comfortable. Staff was top tier professional!!
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Had a free shuttle to the rodeo which was amazing. Hot tub wasn't working and place is a bit dated.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. We went for the Rodeo so shuttle service to and from was great too! Will stay there again.
- 5/5
It was great location for what we went for
- 5/5
I was traveling alone and i felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was Great! Room was very spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!!!
- 5/5
Shuttle buses nicely built and convenient
- 5/5
Quick overnight stay but very nice
- 3/5
Staff was helpful and nice.! Room was run down. Sheet rock pealing off in bathroom. Ac had exposed wires with wing nuts and electrical tape sticking out. Tub faucet had a broken piece that was just not nice. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor.
- 3/5
Disappointed in this property! Unaware of daily parking fees when booking our room. Very run down hotel with sloppy, half done renovations in an attempt to make it look better than it is. Paint on the furniture and couch, outdated bathroom with a broken leaky shower faucet, broken ice machine on our floor. The carpet in our room hadn’t been vacuumed from previous guests… There were wood shavings and dog food kibble remnants. I was on edge sleeping in this room. Felt like I was duped into staying here by the photos.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of some renovations (wood chipped, paint stripping, metal elements rusted, in certain areas of the room).
- 5/5
Everything was great, clean, safe and a shuttle provided to the Rodeo. It was a perfect weekend getaway!
- 5/5
Large room clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and professional. There is an available shuttle for local drops. The complimentary breakfast has many options and was very good.
- 4/5
Remodeled rooms are nice, hotel and staff are great. The biggest negative is the loud air conditioner that kicks on and off all night. There is no way to just leave the fan run either.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and so was the room. Regina, the bar manager was the highlight of our trip! Happy Hour was a blast.
- 5/5
Fast and very easy.
- 5/5
Yes the room was excellent

Nice staff, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel close to the Medical Center. I have stayed multiple times.
- 5/5
Staff was great and helpful and room was very clean.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shiwer was very good. The front desk young man was very helpful. The young lady, not so much. The breakfast was not very well. Then they also charge you $12 a day to park. So consider thatbif you choose to stay
- 5/5
Everything was great, super friendly staff. Even enjoyed a few drinks after the bowl game lastnight. Only hiccup was the fire alarm that went off about 9 this morning that scared us half to death. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
- 5/5
Great stay!!! Will come again!!
- 2/5
Dirty hotel, bath tub was dirty and requested couple of time for cleaning and staff was not friendly.
- 5/5
Very quick, smooth, check-in, courteous staff the property presented itself very well. The room was spotless at very nice. The only thing that was negative was paid parking.
- 4/5
Breakfast menu was good and had a good variety. Rooms needed some updating and noise levels from street, blowers and garbage trucks wasn't good.

We were in town for a week long visit at MD Anderson. Got into town earlier than expected and was able to get checked in early. Front desk was friendly, breakfast is good. Rooms are a good size in that they have a small living room with a tv. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to MD.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only down side was you could clearly hear the guests in adjoining rooms having conversations and tell what channel they were watching on the TV!
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free shuttle that took guests within a 2 mile radius of the hotel.
- 4/5
The staff were very nice and courteous
- 5/5
This hotel is super nice. We stayed for Texans vs Broncos, parking is secure, area is overall very quiet, hotel clean, all staff was super friendly and welcoming. It’s an easy walk to the stadium. We will be back!
- 5/5
Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was nice and the bar area was always fun and welcoming.
- 5/5
Staff were really nice and the room was excellent! It felt really clean. The bathroom shower was a little questionable (hair and stains left on the floor) but overall a really nice experience! The breakfast was great!

We were first woken by a telephone call shortly before midnight. By the time I figured the phone out it had stopped. Then someone came pounding on our door. Apparently someone
- 5/5
The parking was secure you could only access the gate with your room key which was awesome for safe. The breakfast was good and it had many selections to choose from. The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel was ideal for me.

There some weird smell in the room.

Exposed wires on air conditioner dirty bathroom.

Great place to spend a few nights in Houston. Both walk and Lyft friendly, clean rooms, very friendly staff and nice amenities. Breakfast left a little to be desired but overall well worth the money spent.
- 5/5
The staff was nice and very helpful. The shuttle was a great way to get to nearby attractions.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay
- 1/5
The room I stayed in was extremely dirty. I have pictures/videos the sofa bed was full of stains and crumbs . The floor full of stains the shower full of dirt. The center table that was the same color as the couch was also full of crumbs and stains. Anything we touched was dirty. We had to wipe everything down with wipes not only that I was promised 15,000 points for the inconvenience and NOTHING. Breakfast was horrible. Only scrambled eggs drained in water and sausage and some waffles and plain bagels. Would not recommend to stay here. The halls are dirty, the elevator is dirty. The dining area is dirty. Pics on here of hotel are most definitely old photos.
- 5/5
Location was perfect. Ability to walk to NRG but easy access to get to Midtown and Dowtown.
- 1/5
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt unwelcome. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, which created an unpleasant first impression. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the lights were not functioning properly, the sofa and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom was both unclean and in need of renovation. The bathroom door, walls, and shower all appeared old and poorly maintained. Considering the hotel’s high reviews, I was very disappointed to find the conditions of the hotel to be so unkempt and in outdated condition.
- 5/5
All good for price
- 5/5
Drive in and parked, came in had to go back to car to put orange parking pass in window....sign upon entry should say check in at Desk and get parking pass then you will charged $12 a day....not a big deal for able bodied people but the last thing I wanted to do at 9pm walking with two canes and a backpack
