I purchased my hotel online and they charged me an extra $50 when I arrived saying it was for a deposit. Whole time it wasn't and the guy didn't know what he was doing and had to refund me my money back

The hotel was very quiet , clean , and comfortable. It was a holiday weekend. We were celebrating our anniversaries ( ours and our Best friends). The facility was lightly staffed because they had let them off for the holiday. The bar never opened the entire weekend. The worst part was we were on the fourth floor. The lights went off briefly. Upon checkout 12pm, the elevators still weren’t working . Do the four of us had to carry our luggage and other items we had purchased down four flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and painful. I’ve had both knees replaced and my husband’s had one. It’s difficult enough going down stairs, but carrying extra weight was painful and difficult.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great, rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Good accessible location off the highway. Only downfall is it is noisy off the highway and right under a flight path.

My stay was excellent! The air conditioning was superb and the room was very clean, spacious and updated with all the necessities needed such as fridge, microwave, computer desk, couch and many more! The environment was quiet and I felt very safe. They have great food choices all around the hotel for convenience, Pappasittos is great in that area! They serve breakfast which is a bonus! I was able to relax and enjoy my stay and will definitely be back!

Room was clean, and it was a short drive to IAH. The only minor complaint was that the room was on the warm side, but it is Houston temps in August. It was a good stay for the price.

I love this place, i have stayed at this particular one at least 4 times. There was some renovation going on but i still had a nice time here. Easy to get to and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I plan on staying here again next year, and i do recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself and the people that worked there are excellent. However, the wall is either too thin that we could hear conversations from across the hall. We had to run the fan on high to drown out the noise of the other guest. The guest were also smoking pot and it reeked
