We had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton in Houston this weekend. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received from Fahim. He greeted us warmly, was very helpful, and made sure we felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. He also happens to be super nice and charming, which certainly didn’t hurt! Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We look forward to staying here again. N/A

The location was pretty clean due to the newness of the building and the gates worked. However, I did a specific search for Hiltons with providing breakfast as I am traveling for work and that’s an added advantage. But, rotten boiled eggs, bagels, and packets of Quaker instant oatmeal should not constitute as an actual breakfast, I’m sorry!!

the ckeaning staff cleaned it seemed continuously. rooms clean and budget friendly. the staff were all kind. nice assortment with the continental breakfast. gated parking in rear of building.

Very clean and quiet location my bed was so comfy I slept so good. The continental breakfast was ok.I wish they bad bacon and eggs but they did have decent bagels and toast. I will be coming back to Houston soon and will definitely book here again. The continental breakfast could have been alitte better.

I did not think much about breakfast. Simply, breakfast did not meet my expectations. I had to ask manager for sofa bed covers and pillows and had to prepare sofa bed myself for sleep. When I realized that the bathroom had no shower mat , I went to manager again to ask about it and he said the staff had left for the day and could not oblige. How is this description of our stay at your hotel? We traveled from Dallas to your Houston hotel and were disappointed overall. Please don't ask me to leave a review. Please see answer above. To answer your question I will list; 1. No sofa be bed sheets and pillows 2. Small selection of breakfast offering 3. No shower mat available

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean and I had no issues with the water or ac. I didn't visit the pool so I can't comment on it. The breakfast is very limited: mainly bread and cereal. But it's free parking as well. I would stay here again.

Good stay. Hot tub was broken and not hot. Room was good but out of conditioner. Pillows not great. Bed left me sore in the morning. Staff was friendly. Property was very clean and staff was helpful at breakfast.

excelent room, furniture simple but well planned to provide comfort. and versatility. Check in was early and 2 rooms were available. My room was registered under a different last name, so it was quite complex to log in on wi-fi, Instera of Del Rio it read Del Pozo

Je connaissais l’hôtel avant ça change tout pour les chambres et les salles de bain. Le petit déjeuner me paraissait plus copieux avant avec notamment les gaufres en forme de l’état du Texas ;) Je trouve qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de tables dans la salle de petit-déj’ ça mériterait d’en ajouter Cdt

The building alarm was pulled at 4:00am, was told by kids who were trying to steal candy. The gas station next door had gun shots so people were running into the hotel at the same time with the fire alarm. It was a little chaotic. I don’t know if it was location but there was a lot of smoking and people hanging out that didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was nice and the fresh water the food area was very clean The mattress was very worn, showed Housekeeping took video it was so sunk in the night guy said he could not change us to another room, poor service I slept in chair, roaches in the hotel room, the family next our room 218 had kids that were up at late late hours of the night crying I did record, as a Cps worker I would call that in due to late hours, The night shift said there been complaints from the family came to Houston for work the wifi was down for hours, had to go to Best Western to use their wifi been up all night from the kids , then there was construction the whole two days was horrible we had to change hotel from the remaining of my work. I picked the location it was close to where my work was at, and the airport, I going to write a letter to Corp. for my refund was not giving a receipt It was a poor place to stay.
