I am very disappointed in my reservation through Expedia I myself and multiple people have booked a room here for a special graduation and everyone else except for myself to receive free breakfast the next day after our check-in when I confronted the staff at the front desk, they told me I was not eligible because of the rate that I paid for my room. This is very unfair and embarrassing on my trip.

hot tub did not work pool did not work way too much money for no nice amenities. Breakfast was not all that great. My tv kept going in and out no service. Housekeeping won’t clean unless you ask them too. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and especially the bathroom.

Got stuck in Houston so booked from the airport. Picked this place for free shuttle and the image of the pool/hot tub. Hot tub out of service, so was the waterfall. The whole place seemed very empty and like it’s going to close down next week. It was clean though and the breakfast was good so that’s why I didn’t rate it worse. Our biggest complaint happened as we were leaving. FD had said to order shuttle 15 minutes before we need it but new FD said it come once an house on the hour. Then the driver just stopped answering the calls and came half an hour late. FD didn’t seem to care much about everyone being worried about getting to the airport on time. If it wasn’t for that I would book again for next month when I need to be in Houston.

Be careful, the property try to get more money all time, example, if you early at 3pm for check in tray to charge you $30 more, the breakfast is not included and the cost is $21 for basic. Etc. No body wash in the hotel, only soap. Etc. I do not recommend for the price.

Property needs an update ASAP

Nice looking place. Shuttle bus nrarly 1 hr waiting Called hotel first desk just put me on hold without giving me a chance to say anything. Too busy dealing with a guest. Gave up and took taxi. Arrived at hotel 7pm internet out and no backup syste7m Had wait again spoke to so called superviser. No offer of a free cup of coffee while you wait again. Just you can go to the bar or resturant. Sam's resturant service abismal. Not a fine dinning experiemce more like pup grub. Not what I would expect in the type of hotel. Although the Barman came o er to appoloqise foe taking so long he had no idea how to make a simple shandy. Plastic bottled ketchep etc was not clean and greasy Calamare like rubber Room was freezing. Aircondition did not work. Had to wear clothes to bed. To tied to fight with reception. Shower did not work.

Old property, furniture is falling apart, from reviewing past comments, management or AI have a standard statement. The price being charged is not appropriate for the condition of the property.

The hotel lobby atrium gives the wow factor with some of the interior rooms looking over it. Breakfast buffet was $22 which I did not opt for since most hotels of this caliber include it with your booking. Nice hotel bar. Needs some updating, but you can’t beat the value for the size, cleanliness and service which was excellent. Microwave in the room would be nice.

There was no soap or body wash for the shower - only a small bar of hand soap. WiFi was not good at all.

AC didn’t work, shower curtain so short it didn’t get to the tub so the floor got soaked, incomplete cleaning, hotel was a ghost town. No water provided.

When we arrived there was a long line to check in. There was only a stressed trainee on the desk. There was another person walking around who was eventually told by a manager to help.

They do their best with upkeep, you can really tell that. However, it’s very outdated and many different aspects didn’t work for me. Very close to the airport.

Everrhing no running water ... no shower or toilets when i checked in .. coffee pot filthy someone elses water in it.. dust and dirt where water goes in .. ac not working 62 ran all night humidity in room ever cooled off .. ice bucket had water in bottom no bag and rhe rim was roting and wood sprinter through so gross i took back down rhey did not anser phones .. they sent me another one in the same conditions. Health risks .. yellow water when it came back on coukd not shower that night no pens no paper ... no tissue it had 2 then empty .. fridge not turned on . I had to pull it from wall to get to back of unit to figure out hiw to turn it on .. rhey never sent someone to look at my ac issue never offered me another room tables in restaurant were sticky .. they wiped them off again but still sticky like the finsh had melted

Hotel is outdated and needs to be renovated

Security was an issue as I got followed to my room told front desk they seemed unconcerned I had to call the police myself …. Was told a manager would call me and that didn’t happen ….

Staff wasn’t as inviting. The restaurant didn’t have champagne glasses which was insane.

The room was dirty, it had soda splattered on the walls. The shower was not very clean. The hotel always seemed hot and humid. Definitely not worth the money!

Perfect location to our event. I wish the bar would stay open later hours. Especially if it’s a Friday or a Saturday. I was forced to drive out to find a local bar for cocktails. I would have rather stayed in. It was super cold and wet that weekend.

Stuck in Houston over night because of flight delay/cancellations. Was a lovely looking hotel and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was clean as well.

Bathrooms are simply nasty to the point of not taking a shower. No wonder why bathrooms are not shown in the pictures

Hotel rooms are outdated, AC didn’t work room was hot. Bathroom is outdated, the toilet wasn’t running off and on. The only good thing about this hotel is the bar area the bartender was very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the only change that has been made is the Name of the Hotel and the hotel sign on the building.

I been in line for over 30 minutes to check in. Got here about 1130pm and there were 30 people checking in with one employee working the check in. By the looks of it, it will take over and hour to check in

The room was very hot! Air wasn’t working very well. The website states buffet is complementary, but it really is not. They were charging us 21 dollars for the buffet. Also, they were undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed to us prior.

The staff neglected to make our stay even somewhat pleasant. From check in until departure. Poor front desk staff. The room key failed many times. The air conditioner did not work in my room , the room didnt have complimentary soap or shampoo and the shaving kit was old as dirty. Bad experience. When we booked online it stated complimentary breakfast, once we got there the staff said it was 21.00 dollars. Plus the hotel was going under renovation. None of the complaints we listed were noted online when booking. We should be completely refunded or heavily credited for such a bad experience. Travelers beware.

Very unsafe; dirty, mold in the bathrooms, water from the shower was brown. Very nasty. Decided to check out after a few hours at the hotel.

So first impressions was great but then you get in there and nobody is there. It's like a ghost town. I only seen a hand few of workers and some construction crew. But then the next morning we came down for breakfast and was told that it doesn't come with our room. But that was the whole point of going there. Was to have a shuttle bus to and from the airport. That man was so rude to us. He said he was going to leave us and everything. We told him that we not from here and that we didn't know where to go. That was a problem. Nobody spoke English so we could never know what they was talking about. Their wasn't nobody in the hotel at all. We thought something could happen to us. So we left that hotel and went were we could get what we wanted. We had trouble getting our money back. We still haven't gotten a clear answer to why they kept so much of our money. For us to stay there one night we paid 434.00. 150 of it was a deposit for all three nights and 283.00 was for the room.

Very clean room

The place was nothing close to advertised. Breakfast was disgusting. Got switched rooms 3 times because the TV, coffee machine, and blinds did not work (eventually I just said forget it on the last night, wasn’t it worth the trouble of moving again). Staff was not helpful and maintenance was always “coming” to fix the issue. I would stay at a motel6 with bedbugs before I stayed here again.

The staff spoke 99% Spanish. How do an English speaking person understand Spanish? Staff lie and don’t want to work. They used my card and made transactions I never approved. I had to call the police.

No wifi code was provided at check in, one restaurant on the premises, everything else you had to walk/uber to, hotel needs updating, can hear anything and everything in the hallway.

This is an older property, but the staff were so incredibly accommodating.

I called for the airport shuttle and my calls were ring no answer. It is $30 by taxi ride (including tip) should you need to know. Breakfast was not worth the $21. Staff at the front desk was not very hospitable. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice as well as the buffet staff which gives it 2 stars otherwise it would be 1. I will not be staying here again if I should I need a hotel close to the IAH.

This place could use an upgrade. The curtains had small holes so light came in walking us up in the morning. The tv was old and has no streaming options. We bought a Roku thinking we could use that but there was no way to change the input. We didn’t spend much time in the room, so it was okay. It was cheap and we slept well.

This place was the pits of absolute hell! NO AIR-CONDITION- drug smell throughout the facility.. the pool is nothing like the photos and nothing worked. 1 singular person working July 4th weekend. No management, no fans, had to call security over a domestic dispute in the adjacent room. Security did absolutely nothing because he said he didn’t see the male hit the female.. so he made the recommendation to them to “lower their voice” if I could give the the opposite of 5⭐️ it would be negative infinity . This is a place of misdeeds and zero accountability.. absolute filth!

The experience staying here was good I don’t have any complaints. I would just like to thank the hotel for the good hospitality

The rooms were nice. Pool was clear and clean. Gym works fine. Lobby and entry really nice. My one and only complaint is the breakfast. Management should be embarrassed that they are charging people $21 for a breakfast that you get at a budget hotel for free. Not even worth half the price. Would be 5 stars except that issue.

The property was great. Only issue is I got charged twice for the deposit and I’m still waiting for my deposit. It’s $50 a day. I stood there for two days and I got charged 200 which is double otherwise I have no other issues great place.

It was relatively clean but quite dated and there wasn’t another single soul there. It was pretty eerie.

We stayed here last weekend and the hotel is very nice. On the picture on the website it shows that there are lounge chairs and tables with umbrella, which is truly not accurate. The water feature on the pool was not on which took away from the ambience. The pool is very nice. It just needs to have someone out there to turn on the equipment and ensure it is running and working properly. Aside from all that I would definitely stay here again. I just hope they fix these items to make my stay a little more pleasant and comfortable, especially with the lounge chairs.

The room was extremely comfortable. My only dislike was in the pictures of the hotel. The swimming pool had a waterfall and Jacuzzi the waterfall did not work nor did the Jacuzzi other than that. It was a beautiful property. The staff was great thank you Maria.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness for the room was decent. However, the overall condition of the property and surrounding area left a lot to be desired. The facilities seemed outdated, and the area felt a bit unsafe and inconvenient. I also noticed limited dining options and noisy surroundings due to construction in the area. With a few upgrades and better maintenance, this hotel could be much more enjoyable.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Only recommendation is to not charge a fee for early arrival. If rooms are available, then there shouldn’t be a charge of $30 to check in. I think that’s ridiculous!!!!!

Very clean and staff its always attentive

Upon arriving there was a mix up with my reservation, they had a new girl training a new girl who accidentally booked someone else under my reservation. Took about 15 min to fix but all was well. As we got settled in we found a tick in our room and the more we looked the worse it got. The room was infested with bugs. We were switched rooms but the room we received was a little outdated compared to the one we were in. The pool is super small and dirty. There were all kinds of bugs and even roaches everywhere! It was super uncomfortable to swim in. On top of all of that, the hot tub was broken and the there was no towels. The pictures online lie! The hotel isn’t as nice as it seems. I have had better experiences at motels 6’s. Smh.

Amazing place to stay the best stay

Great hotel for the price point compared to others in the area. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for a late checkout at noon. There was a security officer stationed in the parking area that checked incoming visitors and watched over the vehicles, which provided some peace of mind as well.

Restroom was not working

My day was amazing. I most definitely recommended to someone else.

Staff is super nice and the building looks very well tended to. Will come back for another visit!
