Location was great! Needed some improvements.

Great location. Good cleaning service. Great option of kitchen utensils in a hotel room. The hotel room has a bad mold smell and sofa was really old. Also, we noticed as we assume a dead cockroach and some other live insects.

It was kinda dirty and the first room they gave me the shower didn’t work and the door wouldn’t even fully close. The staff was nice and changed my room.

This is ur third time staying here. We have to come to Houston for my child to go to the doctor. The staff has always been great EXCEPT the man that was working last night. He was rude to everyone. The UPS man even asked him something and he was rude to him. I’m in the city because my child is sick. He acted as if he was having a horrible day. He has no people skills. He wears a pink tie and pink belt. I’m not sure of his name. He needs to learn how to treat people

The only negative thing i can say is the vibe of the receptionist that greeted us seems to sound and feel like he just doesnt want to be there. But everything else is great. The location is perfect, the room is clean, the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast and the rooms

Pool was great, loved the apartment style setup as well. Very close to the main mall which was a bonus, easy to get around via Uber as well. Would stay here again Nothing, it's not a 5 star hotel but still great location and facilities

During my last stay the staff was great I needed a late check out in order to visit a sick relative who was just requested. Alexandrian I believe that is correct was most understanding and gracious in giving my leeway to make the visit. Thanks!!!

It has a little bit of an old-world feel, thus homey. Only 100 yards from Galleria. Opposite is a new Indian-run sports bar with excellent Indian food. Great place, great price. The air conditioning was a little hard to figure out and many rooms have huge machines in a closet so it sounds a little like being in an airport. They need to upgrade those to the new systems with the motors outside and that would greatly improve the quality of the experience in these reasonably priced suites.

The rooms are all large and come with a kitchen. Some of the decor is tired and the air con noisy. Breakfast is good and the property has parking.

It smelled a bit musty when i arrived but it was fairly humid so i cant complain. Everything else went smooth.

They give you a parking pass to display on your dashboard so your car won't get towed. The staff was helpful. The walls were scratched in the room but that was probably from the furniture. My room had a bathtub in it instead of just a shower.

The hotel is well located and very comfortable

Cons: Room furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Noticeable wear in different areas of the space and flooring. Was hard to relax or unwind in the living area. Room felt humid and smelled musty. Television didn't have apps only cable amd internet was spotty so hard to work of off. Overall: We would stay again for convenience, and affordability.

Excellent property near galleria

We stayed one night for a world cup game and location was perfect. Close drive to stadium. Breakfast was great, your essentials for one night. Room was clean, a little noisy at night since our room had the AC unit in the main room. Overall great!

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was okay; however, as I entered the room, I was greeted by strong odors of moisture and mold. I noticed water stains on the ceiling, which had been covered with plaster. When I checked the sofa bed, I found stains inside and dust accumulating on the windows. After staying for just a couple of hours, I had to check out immediately due to the room's condition and respiratory issues with my kids. I paid $160 for this unpleasant experience, which felt like a complete waste of money.

I've stayed at this cheap, outdated hotel because it's about the only property near the Galleria that doesn't charge for parking. I can also overlook the outdated, scratched furniture & walls, along with nicks, stains, and weird air freshener scents in the lobby, plus cigarette burn holes in the sheets, but I have to draw the line on what I saw this morning while getting ready to leave: a German cockroach comfortable enough to be crawling out of the bathroom sink while I was brushing my teeth! Nope, can not and will not stay at a "three-star" hotel that has roaches! I don't know who owns this property, but do they not realize professional exterminatos can fix this issue? It's appalling and disgusting!

Great location: 3 minute walk to the Norstrom Store of the Galleria, and walking distances to restaurants, bars and stores. The property is well maintained, plenty of parking. Hot breakfast and good quality coffee (so you don't have to go look for Starbucks). Staff are friendly and very attentive. Facility is well maintained. The laundry room (The Soap) is very clean, better than some of the homes. Plus the reasonable price, this is a great hotel to stay for a short shopping trip.

Never good to greet your guests with furniture in the hallways from a room being remodeled.

The room was spacious with kitchen and dining area. Free hot breakfast was provided with plenty of food. The road of the covered parking lot was broken during my stay.

Great location, you can literally walk from the hotel to Nordstrom to go into the Houston Galleria Mall, however the room had many drawbacks. The restroom door would not fully close, the heater did not work so the A/C kept blowing cold air despite being in the 30s/40s outside so we spent a terribly cold night, and the whole building stinks like cheap air fresheners trying to mask a funky smell. Would not recommend, the location is the only good part unfortunately.

The hotel was newly renovated. Lova how clean and comfortable everything is! Even the breakfast was simple but a lot of choices for american breakfast and would definitely stay there again! Oh and also walkable to the Galleria which is very convenient!

The desk person was dismissive with a monotone voice. He was willing to change the room to accommodate a disability. The room smelled of stale smoke and was musty. The room was very outdated, and the beds were NOT queen size but full size. I hope there were larger rooms in the hotel, however, our room was NOT. We canceled the days we could and checked into another hotel. Such a loss of money. The ad did not match the reality!

The hotel was good overall and served its purpose for the trip. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location was convenient. Check-in was smooth and the amenities were decent, although nothing really stood out as exceptional. There were a few small issues, like little chipped off pieces of the tub and slower service at times, but nothing that ruined the stay. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and I’d consider staying again if I needed a simple, reliable place to stay.

Clean room, recently refurbished, efficient front desk .. unexpectedly offered to store luggage after checkout, so we could explore the area on foot, but leave car in parking lot for an hour or so .. breakfast .. a good variety of offerings, plentiful, well cooked, and refreshed regularly.

Rooms are worn out, tired and dirty. Hallways smell of old food and marijuana. And the hotel manager was loud, verbally abusive and threatening to me for no reason.

There is nothing positive to say about this property outside the friendly staff. It is a really run-down property, and the first impression when you walk in is oh, why did I book this stay here.

The property is in need of renovations - there was a musty smell in the room.

Ray at the front desk was great - very helpful and nice at check in and checkout. Room was clean and well considered in design, but we were surprised that what the website advertised as a "suite" with a kitchen/living area separate from the sleeping area was actually one common room. Ray fixed that by moving us to another room that indeed had a separate bedroom with its own door. The furniture was clean but a bit worn - some pieces should be budgeted for touch up or re-upholstering soon. Overall an easy and pleasant experience.

The room was spacious. Bathroom was too small for two people. No paper cups around to take your coffee out. Night staff person was very efficient and helpful. We were only there a short time to sleep. Think it’s a good value for the money. Conveniently located with free parking, which in that area is certainly a perk!!!

Hotel is a little outdate but clean and with good amenities. Location is convenient and short walk to the Galleria. One of the few hotels in this area includes free parking. Standard hot breakfast in the morning.

The breakfast was also disappointing. It was similar to the standard hotel breakfast offered everywhere else, but something about it just did not seem right and we did not enjoy it.

Great location for shopping centre. Room was nice and big, very clean. Having breakfast included was good - I’d have preferred crockery & cutlery vs polystyrene and plastic.

I like the convenience of the hotel’s location. I was visiting Houston to attend a friend’s wedding and it was close to the venue. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the fact that I had to place a parking pass in my window to avoid being towed.

Place was somewhat clean, a few minor dents in our room, AC unit was super loud. May keep this in mind for convenience only.

Hotel looked nothing like the photos. Walked into my room and there was a massive spider on the wall above my headboard and stains in the carpet. Had to be moved to another room.
