It may be an isolated experience, but my room had a significant chemical smell to it. I thought maybe if I turned the AC on, it would go away. Unfortunately it didn’t, and the AC was circulating such humid cold air around that overnight my scrubs I had laid out were damp by morning. I didn’t stay for my full three nights because it was simply not sleepable. And when I initially spoke to the person about the smell nothing was done about it. I’m quite disappointed, but again, I could have just had back luck.

room cleaning should be performed every day as you stay. however , they never told that is on request only . so I talked to staff room cleaning on my rest of my stay . as a result , 16th ( Wednesday) , no one clean up the room . I talked this to receptionist staff , she said it is not fault , i cannot do anything . she is very nasty woman , besides that , no air conditioner at breakfast room as customers are eating , can u imagine no AC at such hot summer . I must say this hotel to be changed thoroughly , otherwise , more customers will complain it .

Car was broken into right in front of the building. Asked to see camera footage they kept deflecting. Overnight Front desk agent was very unprofessional the morning of the robbery as well.

The only thing they could do better is turn on the AC before the guests arrive… the AC was perfect after we turned the unit on but as we walked in to the room for the first time it was unbelievably hot. Beds were cozy, room was clean, breakfast was decent. Breakfast bar was cereal, pastries, and juice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Checked in, but found the bedsheets are not clean and found some spot, they offered another room, but no difference, hence we had to checkout the hotel and looked for another one nearby.

The room was clean, and comfortable. The only observation I have is that the public areas were a bit too warm.

We were told there was going to be hot breakfast and the only hot food they had was waffles there was two apples sitting out and some cereal. The staff was very rude. The room we were staying in wasn’t sanitary red and yellow stains on the sheets and the lamp shades were beat. Will not be staying at a sleep in ever again

The staff was great! The room met my needs/expectations. The air conditioning performed well. It was a very pleasant stay.

My room is covered in carpet stains, mold, and rust. The mold is all over the bath ceilings & walls. The rust is covering the inside and outside of the bathroom door and also on the metal lamps in tbe room. There is rust inside the microwave and inside of the refrigerator freezer.My tub faucet spins backwards theres no drain plug for a bath. The pool has been down for what looks like months. The elevators are down. The offer to exchange to a smaller room with a couch and a bed upstairs.

The room was clean enough for us. The biggest issues were amenities. I counted 5 items that were broken: elevator, ice dispenser on 2nd floor, coffee machine (although it still poured hot water) and 2 treadmills. I suggest the management fixes the items, it will make the stay much more pleasant.

Hotel was not very clean. Staff was making excuses , blaming management for the poor upkeep. Website says pool open, but when we arrived the pool was closed by the health authority. Overall experience was terrible. Checked in and had to request a different room for our daughters because of smell and something old that was dry on the wall above the bed. The pool was green and filthy during the spring time. I had no coffee machine in my room although there was coffee packets and sugar. Ask front desk for a coffee machine and got no response. There was no extra sheets for the pullout bed. The room smelled stale. The property was extremely dirty, trash everywhere broken bottles, lack of maintenance.

Overall, it was alright. It was peaceful and the room was clean and the staff was nice. Only thing I wish was better was the breakfast. There wasn’t any fruit or protein options available, so I mainly just ate waffles and toast.

The woman working graveyard checked us in at six o'clock in the morning was very rude.

It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Just wish the water pressure was a bit harder but besides that fantastic stay. Will stay here again

Hotel was room in general

Clean room. Kind staff. Close to a variety of restaurants. Also Target and a movie theator is very close to the hotel. This hotel is kept very tidy.

The room was clean and quiet. The front desk that work morning anf evening shift personnel are helpfully. Location is next to everything you need to purchase. You can walk to these stores and restaurants. Tinseltown is across the parking lot.

Room was clean. The furniture was in good condition. Room was very homely all items in good condition and spacious. Breakfast was very simple , had to prepare my won and no eggs or sauces.

Room felt muggy and had bugs in the room that bit my family

The hotel itself could use some improvements: there was a noticeable smell in the hallway, the bathroom ventilation didn’t seem to work, and the pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic.

Mold on the bed linens and bathroom ceiling, wall next to the bathtub was plastic with a huge open crack. (Wouldn't dare use the bathtub or shower)oom smelled like mildew, carpet smelled horrible and stained my children's socks. Breakfast was nothing major. If you're alone and need somewhere quick to spend a night it will do. Nowhere to bring your family; pool was closed.

Property was good. Stayed for one night after a night out. Room was great but some area dirty. The curtains had stains all over them, looking like blood or some type of red/brown stain. The door to our room had a broken safety latch which was a bit concerning but luckily the deadbolt was just fine i guess. The biggest disappointment overall was the breakfast. Only waffles, no type of protein, etc. I’d give it a 7/10 overall for our one night stay. Great front desk gentleman.

The property was in a sketchy side of town. The room was clean, just with a few stains on the carpet and curtains. A dog had chewed on the furniture at some point.

We have stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. However on our last stay our vehicle was broken into not once but twice…twice in the same stay. First time they stole all our tools, tool box and a ladder and the second time they stole our handgun that was locked in our vehicle. The staff are super sweet and accommodating. They did get us the camera footage of the first incident and apologized a million times. But we will not be stay here again.

Over all needs update especially bathroom, quite decrepit, and staff training for hospitality establishment.

The staff here are awesome! They made sure everything was great even when we had to extend our stay two times due to work. They cleaned the room when asked and were always professional. Breakfast is great, parking was roomy and we felt safe staying there. My wife and two daughter felt safe walking alone and staying in the room alone. 10 out of 10 would recommend! We have booked with them multiple times now.

Phones do not work in any of the rooms, nor the WiFi. I was changed to 3 different rooms and the same issues!! Horrible place and the receptionists don’t know what they’re doing. Do NOT go here.

The only complaint that I have is our check in. The lady who checked us in was just plain rude. We must have woke her up from her nap because she looked upset. It was late at night so I’m sure she was asleep. She was very rude, she acted like she didn’t want to check us in and like she was mad. I didn’t get her name but I wish I did so I can put her out on blast! Other than that, the stay was great!

We had to check out on the same day for an illness. We were able to get a refund for the other 3 nights even tho we had not bought the insurance.

The bed was hard with little square throw pillows that made sleep impossible. The duvet was filthy, and the towels were also soiled. The carpet has several huge stains. But the shower floor was grimy. The shower wall is separating from the sheetrock, with a lot of bad water damage exposing structure of the ceiling. I understand the humidity problems, but paint was curled up and peeling from the bathroom trim around the door. All the metal lamps and fire suppression nozzles were rusted. I'm not sure if breakfast was even offered, because I didn't trust the cleaning standards of the room... We will not stay here again, even though we have started at Sleep Inns elsewhere. I prepaid for two rooms and was charged for two rooms through a third party. When I arrived Hotel said I only had paid for one room. I showed them the receipt that I had paid for two rooms. Regardless I still had to pay for the second room again.

I was helped by the evening staff person who helped me after I got settled in my room and the cleaning lady brought me a replacement chair the next day.

Almost everything is broken. Beds, doors, vents, coffee machine, headboards, chairs, lamp shades, fridge, etc. Duvet covers are stained. Walls between rooms are thick and insulated, blocking noise, but the same can't be said for the ceilings or the exterior walls, making it very loud. I'm very itchy and sore after sleeping in these rock hard beds so there might be something to the reviews claiming there are bed bugs. No vending machines in the vending area. Staff doesn't seem to really want to be here. No protein available for breakfast. Cannot recommend. I will never stay here again.

Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained… Tub drain clogged, furniture falling apart, dirty carpets, tiny pillows, ripped comforter paint peeling. The breakfast was essentially just bread, not even fruit or yogurt. The 8 rating is extremely misleading.

Wifi support was not there before.. i need to spend time to call and get that resolved. Housekeeping need to be given pruor notice bwfoee 12 PM dailh of they need to clean up the room. This was not informed. We were thinking they will come but came to know this caveat later.

Was not a good experience. They had issues with the WiFi for three days straight. Key cards would have to be reset constantly. Had to wait in the lobby to have my key card reset for 30 minutes cause no one was at the desk. During my checkout the same thing no one at the desk and another 20-30 minute wait. The ice machines not working on any of the floors just the first floor. You feel the ac doesn’t cool all areas of the hotel. My lamp shade was broken in my room.

The breakfast was terrible, consisting only of cereal and toast. There was no room service, and the room environment was very poor.

Check-in was nice. Booked for the pool and breakfast, pool was closed, breakfast was a broken waffle maker w a line, mini Choco chip muffins and cereal, not even yogurt or bagels. The bed was super uncomfortable like the floor would have been better. The bathroom door handle fell off when my husband grabbed it ? Shower was weird. It was all clean though. Probably wouldn't come again because of the comfort level but the location is great. We walked to the restaurant Cali in front of the hotel and that was nice. Bunch of restaurants near and a movie theater. Overall 3.5/10

Very clean. Good AC. Good shower water pressure. Only shortfall is they need better bathroom towels

I think it’s a great place for short Family trips, neice was sad because the outdoor pool was closed due to rain weather for the weekend we sent. The staff are nice and I wouldn’t mind staying here again. It’s also not far from many food places or shopping places.

I don’t like the doors on the outside

The staff ran my debit card for the incidental fee, and he told me the machine was messing up that day. I have plenty on my debit card, and after 45 minutes of being dismissed, other customers taken in from of me while they were supposed to be working on my issue, I had to find another hotel. They said they cancelled my booking, but they told Expedia the next day that they will not refund THEIR MISTAKE. I will be taking further action.

It’s bare bones basic. It’s safe, staff is friendly. Breakfast needs improvement. Even some yogurt would be nice! It’s all carbs. Hotel property is in need of some TLC- it’s a bit old. The alarm clock in my room didn’t work. Parking is free and easy which is nice. If you’re looking for a safe, very very basic place to crash that is clean, this is your place.

Comfortable spacious room. Very clean but several maintenance items needing attention, eg toilet slow filling, missing AC filter. Adequate breakfast, receptionist was also required to restock food items.
