One bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Other bed was very squeaky with every little move.

My room was very clean. The staff at check info was super helpful for anything I needed. The breakfast was small but still enough to get full. Parking was free.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff was plesant. It was in a great location. Close to everything and easy to get to. I only had issues wirh breakfast but even the lady that was there was pleasant. Even though it was a hot breakfast the only thing enjoyable eas the waffle.The breakfast was bland and they only made a very limited amount and we were in there with only two other guest shortly after they opened. Because it was very limiter the sausage ran out. The first morning I had to find someone to ask if they were going to make more. The second morning the breakfast was hard and almost appeared to have some breakfast maybe left over from the day before. It was again also a limited amount. This time I just checked out and went to have breakfast at a restaurant.

I killed a bug crawling on the ceiling while I was in the bathroom then saw a smaller one on the ceiling. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Front desk staff is so accommodating. Room was nice, beds were nice.

There needs to be a better focus on cleaning the carpets in the rooms. In addition, the buffet breakfast ran out of food (before the end of the breakfast hours) on two days I stayed there.

Great hotel; recently updated. Stayed with family. Buffet breakfast was awesome in comparison to those offered by similarly priced hotels.

Breakfast was something we were looking forward to, 1st day apple juice was empty orange was watered down and the hash browns were HARD, no bread or to go options available. Another guest had asked for more eggs was told breakfast was done with 20 minutes left. Later was told eggs would be cooked it takes 12 minutes. Eggs came out FROZEN in the middle still. Second day we went down at 8, breakfast was already empty. Came down a second time 15 later and nothing had been restocked we came down a THIRD time eggs were stalked no sausage and hash brown looked cold in the middle still very disappointed . 2 out of the 3 nights we had to go back down because the cards werent opening the door to the room. Clerck had issues with even being able to reprogram different cards because they weren’t working. Was given multiple excuses but not a single sorry. Asked about manager was told would be in at 10am. Next morning at 10:48am I was told they don’t have set schedules and not available . The girl that was in front who refused to give her name with a horrible attitude told me she was a supervisor. Explained the situation was given different excuses yet not a single sorry for the inconvenience. I expressed to her as a supervisor she should be able to speak to guest in a more empathetic way and be more customer friendly she laughed and said “ you have a good day honey”. Just be prepared not a great experience. Rooms are clean tho

The hotel and rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only downside was that there was a notice damp carpet smell throug the hotel room. Because of that we didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Other than the odor, the cleanliness and excellent customer service were appreciated.

The property was hot. The AC in the room was working when we got there but at night it was blowing hot air. The breakfast could have been better. The tv didn’t work. When we tried to check out the guy at the front desk was gone. Another worker called him and put him on speaker phone. I was telling him we wanted to check out , he said he wouldn’t be back at the hotel for another 30 to 45 minutes but we had to get on the road and to just leave our room number and email address and he would email the receipt. When I got home that evening to check my credit card account I had been charged twice for one night. I called Lewis said the first charge was for no call no show. I said we were there 2 hours before check in and was told to come back at 3 that doesn’t make sense. He said one of the charges should drop the following day. I woke up to check my credit card account again and I had been charged a third time. I called again and was told I had to wait till Monday after 9 for the manager to help. I will never stay at this property again.

We stay here often when we have an overnight Houston trip (we do a lot of concerts there). It is cost effective, the property is always clean and the rooms have always been spotless!

We checked into our room and everything was okay until we tried turning on the tv and I went to use the restroom. The tv remote didn’t work but that was the least of our problems. When I got up from the toilet I stepped in pee that was in front of the toilet. It wasn’t a little bit either as there was an entire puddle. I immediately hopped in the shower and when to the front desk to get our room changed. The attendant apologized and asked if I took a picture but I didn’t because I was too pissed to even think of that. We ended up getting our room changed at no charge but a refund or at least partial refund would’ve been greatly appreciated. This was my first time at a sleep inn and will definitely be my last. Going forward I’ll pay the extra $50 for a holiday inn.

The hotel and rooms themselves were nice and clean. The room was large. I just didn't feel like the neighborhood was safe. Just 10 minutes from downtown, and the price was right.

The hotel was nice and clean and close to downtown. It was good for the weekend and just around the corner from our new favorite Mexican restaurant!

Reasonable accommodation, rather pricey for what it was. Not as clean as it could have been (chairs in room stained/ soiled; multiple items from prior guests left in room: used chapstick, scraps of paper, etc.), bag of trash left in stairwell for the entirety of our 5-night stay. But rooms were spacious, staff were nice, and convenient location.

When we arrived at the property, we were two hours early after an early morning flight. However, the young lady at the desk checked room availability and graciously allowed us to check in. She also gave us suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. The evening/night managers were okay as well, allowing us to share our experiences at the ballpark (World Baseball Classic games). The breakfast was so-so as there was only one tea selection and there was no yogurt or other healthier options. The a/c worked okay during the day (when we weren’t there too often), but fluctuated during the night (temps rose, then dropped each time it turned on), making it a little uncomfortable at times. The room was clean, though.

Room was clean. Towels changed out in a timely manner. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Staff was very friendly and did their best to resolve issues. Rooms aren’t very clean. We had to change rooms because of a smelly mattress. Breakfast was never ready when breakfast hours started. This can be a problem if you’re trying to eat before catching an early flight.

Stayed one night for a concert. The room was very clean, the staff at check-in was wonderful and told me everything I needed to know. No complaints.

Our room wasn't cleaned daily. The breakfast was not fresh. And the night crew we dealt with after working all day offered us no remedy to the issues we were finding in our room.

I like staying at this hotel because of the location, amenities, breakfast, & comfortability of the beds. The location makes it super easy to get anywhere around town & even though it's right off the highway the traffic sounds are very minimal. The beds are really comfortable & I enjoy that a mini fridge, microwave, & coffee machine are in every room. The free breakfast is simple, but really good & the parking lot is secure so I feel safe being parked there.

The room was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient and located near some restaurants for a quick meal.

Room had blood stain on a chair and probably on carpet. On sofa there was a puncher hole that was so obvious. Carpet needed steam cleaning, but overall I did have a good night sleep.

Stayed overnight for a concert, it did the job. Room clean, staff onsite and courteous, hotel clean, no issues. Parking good.

We did not feel safe at this location. There was a person breaking in the hotel at 1am stealing items and food. The hotel staff was very nice and understanding but we ended up checking out at 1am due to feeling unsafe.

Front desk took a long time to check us in.

Second, there was a major safety breach. Another guest was given a working key to my room and entered while I was inside. This happened because the same employee assigned her my room by mistake. This was extremely upsetting, especially because I was traveling with children. If I had not been in the room, my belongings could have been taken or someone could have been put in danger. Third, the room itself had condition issues. It had a strong odor, the bathroom had visible mold, and there was no exhaust fan which made the smell and humidity worse.

My state did not start out good. I called to the hotel the day that I was supposed to check in due to I was charged for the day and the person that answered the phone. I guess she was the manager and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me and was rude. Also, when it came to the breakfast, the breakfast tater tots were hard and cold and there was no options for low-calorie. The bananas were too ripe. You need to get a new manager also she’s very unprofessional.

The bed had a bad order. I asked the staff to change the comforter and sheets. It improved the smell a bit, but not enough. I think several people urinated in the bed.

Breakfast was great, however it would be better if there were a 2nd or 3rd meat option. Room, staff and service were great.

Cold, shower was hot. Front desk was also very super nice appreciate of the breakfast. Waffles, toast eggs, sausage, the whole deal. Would stay here again.

Smooth check in, clean room, and close to downtown!

I was booked on a double bed and after the first night, the bathtub was dripping water and they move me to a suite. The suite had one king bed and two sofas. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and one sofa bed had ugly stains. I woke up with a back pain due to mattress not having cushion. This hotel is a 1 star. I would not recommend stay, I would rather spend a little more and stay in a nicer hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was nice and cool when we walked in and stayed that way. Friendly staff!! The only “issue” we had was there were no sheets, blankets or extra pillows for the two pull out beds. When we went to ask for some they only gave us sheets and a mattress protector as a blanket.

Bed bugs in my room. Woke up extremely itchy with large red bumps all up and down my arm. Looked on the bed and found 2 bedbugs. 1 crawling on the pillow and the other on the sheet. I advised the front desk stayed. She said to send an email to management and they would reach out. Breakfast was VERY limited. Toast, waffles, eggs, sausages and juice. Cereal as well. Fairly quiet area for the most part. No issues with noise. Area isn’t the best but it’s doable for a night or two. Wouldn’t stay here again personally. The bedbugs did it for me.

Stayed 2 nights. Basic room served the purpose we needed for.

The first night that we stayed there, my truck got broken into and the person parked next to me got broken into as well later on that week five cars were broken into. Apparently the front office knew about it and they didn’t warn anybody about the break-ins. this feels like it was an inside job And I also have proven videos of all the break-ins. I will never stay here. I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything is well organized. The beds are not very comfortable. Some sheets already have yellow stains. The bathtub was dirty. The location is good for the event we went to the city for one night. I think everything is ok.

I wasn't expecting much except a comfortable clean room. But the first room we were sent to was clearly not clean, bed unmade, trash overflowing... then it took the young man 5 tries to find a clean room. Clearly there is a management or communication problem here. Our Check-in process took at least 45 minutes, and we were TIRED to begin with. When we finally got a suitable room, it was fine - except for a smell from the AC. Most of these things are expected for the price... but not from my experience with other CHOICE Hotels.

Upon arrival the night shift employee was under the influence and was unable to find our reservation. He ask us the same question 3 times “did you do a lot of driving today?” We answered the same each time. The manager arrived, got us checked in and we had no issues. The property was inconvenient for our needs and not within walking distance. The room was clean and cold. The day worker was very nice and helpful!

It was an easy quick stay. the breakfast was pretty good. It was a nice and clean room, out deposit was misplaced at first but it was sorted out eventually.

Good clean place to stay, loved the fact it is non smoking and stayed true to it. Only downside is not many options to grab a bite close by but would recommend it for a return stay.
