Location to the airport is great. I've stayed here numerous times. Always book a king room, way in advance. When we checked in we were told no king rooms were available, so we got 2 queen beds. Room was very small, had an odor to it, AC would not cool the room off.

Didn't have breakfast, everything was convenient Didn't have any dislikes

I booked 2 rooms on my way to the hotel. Didn't realize till I got there I booked the wrong date. The front desk said no problem we will just book you 2 rooms for tonight and cancel your other booking. They said I had to pay for the rooms that day and then my credit card would be refunded for the 2 rooms they cancelled. I never got the refund and after multiple attempts and speaking to management they have denied my refund.

Convenient location, some of the staff members uphold to high standards of service The building is old and it shows. Smell of mold in the room, aging interior, worn out carpet. Buffet is okay, but seeing mold on some of the bread buns was not pleasant. About 50% of the staff I interacted with were great, the other 50%... not so much.

The airport female shuttle driver was so rude and yelled at tw guest. We waited for the second one. I would not return to this hotel.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner was the only positive experience I had at this hotel.. The beds was like sleeping on wood. The pillows were to soft. The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job of cleaning the rooms. And my room was not ready when I arrived. I have to wait over 5 hour for my room before I was allowed to check in.. They when I asked for a little more time for late check out, they refused to grant my request..! Not a good experience at all.!

Our room was spacious & clean. The morning coffee in the foyer was excellent!

Breakfast buffet was subpar. Fruit was flavorless.

Seem like the restaurant area close to soon didn't give a chance to people who were coming in later to eat.

The restaurant closed too early to come date people coming in later. Also we were charged for our service dog I didn't think that was right.

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable.. The pillow are to soft and very uncomfortable.. the cleaning crew was very nice.. The food was decent. The waitress was nice and friendly..

It was clean, I won guest of the day, and I enjoyed my stay.

Overall average, expensive for a quick night and very dated. Place needs an overhaul as pool area and general areas dingy. Stuff we good, but that about it.

I booked the hotel and cancelled immediately because i had issues with my flight and since then i have been try to get a refund. I called the hotel and they said hotel.com should process the refund but Hotel.com has refused to do so. Please i need my refund

The greeting at the reception was far from welcoming us. I’m physically disable no one to help us with our luggage. No bell hop to bring it to our room. We had to do ourselves. Eve in the restaurant greeted us with a smile, she made us feel comfortable. Eve is a dedicated employee with her side kick they made us smile.

Under staffed, no hot water, no heat in hotel. Interior was dirty and dated

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

Parking was efficient and the staff were professional. The room was dated and musty smelling. Shower excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Lounge was okay with excellent food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and attentive, the room was spotless, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, and every detail—from comfort to service—made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Overall a good choice if staying near the airport. Property is definitely older and rooms need an update.

When we walked into the room, it was certainly not clean, a thick layer of dust everywhere (allergies), there were hairs in the bathroom, shower, and sink, and dirty glasses were set with the ice bucket. We went and spoke to front desk manager who was very helpful and gave us a new room, which actually was clean.

We arrived early because of our flight, the hotel was able to accommodate us with an early check-in for a fee. We were able t sleep off our red eye flight in a comfy, quiet, dark room for a few hours. We had a nice lunch in the bar and plan to get some more sleep before our early flight tomorrow. Definitely appreciate the shuttle service to and from the airport!

Food was excellent and conveniently located on the property, the room was clean and comfortable with airport shuttle service. Served the purpose well.

No microwave in room, fridge barely work, pull out fridge smelled like pee and wallpaper was peeling. They also didn’t miss a chance to loudly remind me that I booked through a third party when asking for assistance

It waa just fine. The front desk was courteous enough to extend my check-out three hours later than the usual.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our 2 night stay. The only "issue" was a missing gift card in the thank you card we received from Isabel. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived at the airport Starbucks only to open the envelope and find no card. Overall though, it was a very pleasnt stay.

The restaurant wings. If you get them with the sauce on the side they are crispy delicious! The room was clean and quiet. I did have to ask twice for conditioner as the girls be provided in the shower was empty, but they did bring it! I love that the provide the large bottles for use. It smells nice as well. We used their parking for the week we were gone and my car was just the way I left it safe and sound. Paid about 28 dollars for that service. There was cheaper parking around but this was so convenient. Also the shuttle to and from the airport were top notch and easy.

Great location to the airport. Shuttle was prompt and driver was very polite. Hotel itself is a little tired and in need of some refreshing. Overall, the experience was good and would stay here again.

We were there for The BullShooter Dart Tournament. Reservation was for a King with a couch. Checked in and had a queen with no couch. Called the front desk and room was changed with an upgrade to a suite. Staff was wonderful.

Checkin attendant was spectacular. Room is clean and nice but somewhat retro. Could use updating. Unfortunately we didn’t have AC. It was too late and we were too tired to pack up and change rooms. Wish it came with included breakfast even if it was a prepackaged pastry and coffee. Like the 12 pm check out time as our flight got delayed and we had a place to stay for a bit.

Stay was fine. Wish there had been more options for breakfast. Refill the complimentary toiletries as we were there for one night and didn’t bring those things for our stay.

We had an early flight from IAH and the Sheraton was convenient and in close proximity to the airport.

Food in the restruant was really prett good as far as hotel food goes but the decor, design and feel in the restaurant could use an improvement. If i had the energy i would have gone somewhere else to dine. Make it more high end and would get more people.to stay cuz the food and sevice was good

It was close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle, rooms are out dated, carpet in the halls was dirty.

Transportation and dinning options are very good.

Old hotel that has a lot of miles on it. Needs an update for the price they are charging. Rooms smell, bathrooms are outdated and gross.

The staff was extremely accommodating and efficient. I checked in pretty late and received excellent service from the night crew.

We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant, the food was excellent for dinner; the shuttle service to and from the airport was timely and efficient. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. I would just say the windows in the hallways probably need a good cleaning and the carpet was worn in the hallway as well.

Everything is too old and worn out. We felt uncomfortable staying longer even though we’re here for a week.
