Very clean, updated room and staff very friendly.

Due to renovations of the building our stay was not that great. We didn’t get the room that we had reserved a refrigerator and microwave was missing from the room and they had to bring bring them up. We got a queen room with two queen beds instead of a king club room . The breakfast menu was not great like it was advertised. In fact it was subpar. Pork was the only option for breakfast meat and the eggs was all scrambled the whole time except for some cold boiled eggs on the fruit section.

Breakfast was super packed. Paid extra to be at club level just find out that it just gives you access to some Lounge on the 7th floor that isn’t kept up with. Asked about the complementary drink for two adults each day of stay included with Club level and staff had no idea. For the price I should’ve just gone with a different one.

Staff were really friendly. Room size was decent and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was decent considering it wasn't part of the package but front desk manager added it our reservation as a bonus/extra which was really nice of him. Location was awful! It's not in close proximity to anything and you'll always need to order an Uber/Lyft to move around. The hotel needs major renovation as it's very outdated.

This is one of my favorite hotels, staff is always super helpful and friendly, the comfiest beds ever, I stay here frequently!

We stayed for a night and enjoyed every bit of it! The hotel itself was so clean and the staff was very helpful! 10/10 recommend!

The property and the rooms were spotless. And the staff was amazing. I loved the fact that they had a bar and a restaurant. The only thing I wish they had was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Because there is a lot of great food in Houston, Texas, but I had no way to bring any leftovers back to my hotel! Will still return there for sure.

Old building. My room had horrible B.O. because I reserved through 3rd party little could be done on the hotels side. Restaurant needs upgrade.

It was very clean and staff was excellent! Will stay again!! The only complaint was the bathroom tubs have no handles low for ederly people to hold on to get up out of tub! The handle is up high!

This is an older hotel, probably really nice back in the days. The pictures online are not what the property really looks like when you arrive. Not all the amenities were available. Hot tub was out of order, carpet stained, no refrigerator in room, basically needs updated. Sadly, pool area was a big disappointment. Not a fan of the breakfast buffet, was not worth $20 per person. Staff is wonderful, parking is great, seems like a nice area.

For the moment we arrived we had a friendly staff members helping us out. Best of most we make new friends the atmosphere at the bar watching late soccer matches were amazing. Skylar best bartender and always ready to make your stay more enjoyable. We definitely made a new friend in town. Thank you

Did not eat breakfast, location was great The bed felt like it had broken springs on one side. Could not make the room any cooler nor could you read the temperature. The cold-water faucet at the bathroom sink was so tight you could barely turn it.. Had to leave quickly, so didnt get a chance to the staff.

Great location with convenient parking that was included. Staff was great. Location felt safe for me and my family. My dog was also well received. Go club suite if you can, very nice amenities included with it. Room is a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely book again.

This property needs some love. The rooms haven’t been updated in years, I didn’t feel like the room was very clean (we found a roach in the room, the TV didn’t work and looked to be about 20 years old. This property isn’t Sheraton quality to me.

The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service and when we checked in there was work being done with a jackhammer inside the hotel, making it difficult to speak to the front desk for checkin. All of these things individually are not a big deal but experiencing them all in the same visit made the stay not as pleasant as expected from a Sheraton Hotel.

The room was pretty clean with no major issues, but the room and hallways were very worn, old, and outdated looking. The AC had a weird smell so the room smelled kinda musty. Dingy, dirty looking carpet, stains and chips in the paint on the walls with ugly, poorly applied wood panel wallpaper. The mattress in my room was old and worn with a deep dip on one side that was uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the room, which was inconvenient. There was one microwave for all guests on the second floor in the laundry room. This wasn’t explained to me when I checked in. The staff didn’t give any details about amenities when I checked in except the hours of the restaurant. I asked if breakfast was complementary and she never answered me. I do like the fact that there’s security in the parking lot at night. This is not a luxury experience at all. Just good if you’re looking for something affordable with a convenient location.

Not enough outlets in room, no fridge to keep drinks cool in club level room.

Only bad thing was ice machine being broken on our floor, no in room fridge, and lack of vending.

The room was clean, but outdated, and some things were broken (the magnifying mirror attached to the wall wouldn’t stay in place and one of the room phones didn’t work). The woman who checked me in was rude to the man she checked in ahead of me, and made a nasty face after he walked away, but I don’t think she realized that I saw her. (I don’t know what her name is, but she had some sort of red marking above her right eyebrow.) The breakfast was delicious and the staff working the restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the staff who checked us out were much friendlier than the first lady.

It’s dirty and smelly with stained carpets I got my keys saw the room and went back down to the desk and gave my keys back

Carpets seemed dingy. Bathroom shower was noticeably worn. Room was a bit dusty. And tv/phone cords were laid out messy. Had club access. Which was great. Got to heat up leftovers and grab snacks. Room was big. Good view. Large bathroom and shower. Water was hot with good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and free. Nice lobby. Front desk group was really nice. Eat at the restaurant at least once, you get charged and if you don’t use it, it’s wasted-they told me at the checkout.

Our stay was great. Staff was friendly room was clean. Hotel is old and needs a lot of updating rooms. Need to be updated bathrooms need to be updated.

Room was clean I just didn’t like there was no fridge. Breakfast was excellent hotel was lovely and friendly staff. I didn’t like I had to pay an extra $100 to secure the room when I paid in full on the site. Been a week and still waiting on deposit back.

This is an older hotel, the name says “ Sheraton” , but is operated by Marriott. It shows its age, the bathroom is dated and a little bit rusty. However, the bed and the room are spotless. Service is very good and a really good value if you want a strategic location. No frills. The restaurant is very good and the bar has a great vibe.

The room was very clean and check in was seamless. I was staying only for one night just to sleep after an event so I didn't use any of the amenities although there were dining and lounge options.

Rooms are dated. Chairs stained. The front desk David and the manager Northon were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent. Waiter was nice and microwaved our breakfast it was cold.

I didn’t stay long, only one night . I know I made my reservation for four nights and only stayed 1 night . I was initially informed by Expedia they agreed to refund me for the kart two nights , however the refund wasn’t granted at all , I wish I knew I before booking a stay at another hotel .

Room size, bathroom cleanings, amenities (oven, refrigerator) missing. Small rooms, hardly any space to enter until door is fully opened. Not even 1* family. Only amazing part was front desk who were courteous and kind.

The room was clean but it is a bit dated. The bed is buckled toward the center, making uncomfortable to sleep. Replacing the matress is needed. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is great!!

Just an ok hotel.

Everything was perfect but what stood out was the club. It’s the best thing that a high quality hotel should have. It makes us independent when we need some water, coffee or snacks or even to work late night( jet lag).

It is being renovated but absolutely not what I expected from a Marriott property (Sheraton)
