the hotel had roaches and we were refused a refund but we did not want to stay because the roaches were in the bed

Worst place i have stayed, the place is dirty, had pee stains on carpet holes on walls broken mirror, the place had a very strong smell of Marijuana. I definitely don't recommend this place. Dirty dirty.

The staff upon arrival was rude but the guy on checkout was friendly. The waffles and orange juice were decent. The room however smelled like wet mold and cigarettes and the carpet was old and had burn holes in it. The bed was hard like sleeping on a box spring and the towels have seen better days. The wall lights by the bed did not work. We were grateful to not see any bugs so that was a plus. The WiFi was good, the air conditioning was great and the tv worked. They don’t allow emotional support animals

cool place 4 the area they have a nice barbecue grill by the pool me an my son had a blast in da pool an Jacuzzi an they where had good movies on next time I'ma use the grill

Nothing It wasn’t clean. There was horrible odor in the lobby. The first room they give us doesn’t work de ac. The second room they give us doesn’t have hot water. There was other people’s underwear left all over the common areas. We were bitten by bugs in the bedroom.

The price was good but yet I see why it was a good price. I didn't like the fact that I had to use the main door because the other door wouldn't work with the key cards to get back in.

was fine for what we paid room was clean but there was a funny smell in the hallway

Nice having a tub but had to improvise a plug. Bed was good. Staff told me you needed to take a private car to the airport so I guess there was no shuttle, or was there? Smelled not quite fresh and someone else's pill was on the ground by the TV.

This is honestly the dirtiest, most awful place. My first room had a heavy odor of smoke, they were kind enough to change my room. The second one didn’t smell as bad but there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the sheets had burn holes and the chair looked like it had been picked up on the side of the road. Worse it wasn’t 5 miles from the airport but a 20 minute drive. Whoever wrote the good reviews on this place must have made some kind of mistake

No smoke detector in the room (there was a frame for it but the device was removed). Numerous lightbulbs missing in room. Still smells of smoke. Tile floor in bathroom moved when stepped on it. Stained towels. Wall sockets missing covers. Exposed drywall. Google search showed free airport shuttle - this service does not exist. Not worth any kind of price savings. Avoid this hotel.

Lots of transients around. Place smells like mold. Key didn’t work on outside doors. Went to the front and they acted like I was crazy for wanting to go in the door closest to my room. Will never stay here again.

They gave me a room with no working Ac, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom was extra dirty. There were roaches floating in the toilet and the room smelled of cigarettes

My bathroom was in bad shape, hot tub was cold, air did not work in the room, smelled weed all over the hotel, elevator was nasty, dryer did not work properly and was loud.

It’s a nice place, they just need to upgrade their breakfast menu

Easy access to interstate,gas,and food. There was security, however, I didn't feel save in the parking lot at night bc the fence behind the hotel is broken and there's people living in the wooded area on the other side of the fence. You have to pay for breakfast

The environment was great. Staff services were very friendly and kind. With beautiful smile on their faces, that's telling me that I could return here for my next trip. It's safe to stay for one night trip and worth with the amount of spending. It's very convenience to access in town. Thanks for your nice service and thoughts.

Carpet in the room was extremely stained, mouldy smell through the hallways and in the room.

The only thing I didn’t get to experience was the pool/hot tub. Ott it was great!

They don’t let me check in early as they mentioned it in expediia. They didn’t provide blanket or comforter. And told me that the thin sheet is the blanket. Customer service was very bad. I ask to clean thw restroom they said they dont have any one after 5

No airport shuttle breakfast was bare minimum no sausage or egg!!! Maids were excellent provided amenities to time clean towels carpet was dirty in room and aisle ways front desk staff visible but not engaging just steer at you!!!!

They charged extra money without informing us as they had already entered our credit card which is illegal and unethical,we did call to ask the reason but they were blaming it’s our fault and the refused to refund illegally deducted money. We felt embarrassed

It was filthy! There was roaches in the bathroom. It smelled so bad like mold and mildew. Bullet proof glass incases the front desk. The smoke detecter was broken. We ended up leaving 3 days early to a different hotel. I recommend nobody stays at that place!

Thankfully Expedia helped us find a new hotel! But In all honesty this place needs to be shut down the fact I had to deal with all that at 4:00am was ridiculous!!!!

Positive reviews have got to be a lie and negative reviews must get deleted. We checked in went to a concert and checked out deciding we would not be staying the night. We attempted to tell staff and they just stated they could not move our room but did not address the complaint. As soon as you walk into the lobby entrance you are hit with a smell of cigarettes and greeted with what looks like bulletproof glass at check in. It should’ve been a red flag there there was a sign stating no refunds for power outage. As you walked through the hallways there were fumes that I can’t describe that started causing a headache, the fumes did not go away upon entering our room. The room did not look like it had been cleaned as there was dirt and grime on everything as well as blood stains on my brothers sheets and holes in the walls.

We last a little more then two hours in there and it was a nightmare I wouldn’t recommend this hotel We left right away, didn’t care about their no refund policy.
