It’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this property or staff! Kristina was amazing!

Only problem we had was at the side door there was a terrible odor smelled like urine on the outside.

the check in clerk put me in a different room than the one I requested...he blamed it on a computer error. the morning clerk woke me up with a phone call to ask if i had a water leak in my room, which i did not. then while eating in the breakfast room, a person had come in off the street posing as a guest to eat the food and when the food area employee became aware of this, she forcefully told him to leave and he began screaming and cursing. i was afraid for my personal safety and felt the police should have been called to the hotel to assist with the situation. did not get an apology for any of these things. i got out of there as quickly as possible and will never stay at this property again.

Location excellent. Great restaurants near by. Rooms dated but clean. Breakfast fair. Coffee good :)

The location is ideal ,and the facility is clean. Breakfast was ok, and the front desk personnel was friendly ? The lighting in the restroom is poor. Daylight bulbs are more appropriate for women who wear the makeup. The pool looked more green than blue, so we didn't use it.

Had an excellent stay here. Very friendly and helpful front office team, success really made sure that things were always comfortable during the stay. The room was very comfortable. Curtains were torn in the the room which was reported but never really got changed

I like that it was located close to the freeway and around a lot of restaurants. The front desk girl I checked in with charged me twice because she didn’t see that I had a reservation that was already paid for and the gentleman the next day had to fix it.

Amazing option for families. You have everything you need in your room. It’s clean and cozy.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice to have without going anywhere. The elevator was a little noisy and one of the hand towels in my room seemed unclean. It may have been a stain so it would be best the check them to make sure they’re good.

Breakfast was has better options than comparable hotels.

This hotel is perfect. Location is a gem. Hotel security is fantastic, and the area is safe and walkable. Daily breakfast has great options. Room was large and comfortable. Hotel was clean and quiet, and staff was amazing. Will tell everyone to stay here.

Facility was very clean and conveniently located. Loved having a pool that was family/ child friendly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very quiet and spacious. Loved the kitchenette with a fridge and freezer as well. The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows flattened easily, but neither was significant enough to deter me. I also was grateful for the variety of breakfast options offered, but not pleased with the quality of the hot food items. But this too is minor issue. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely book again.

I've stayed here a couple times now. It's being maintained well. Room and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My only suggestion is don't eat Java Chip ice-cream before going to bed if you want to actually sleep ?. All was good.

We had a queen studio and found it very clean, spacious and comfortable for two adults. The surrounding area felt safe and is near, restaurants, groceries and most anything else one could need. Rooms are adequately sound insulated quiet. Full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stove. There is no safe in the room. Housekeeping is every other day but we requested and received fresh towels daily.

Very nice little apartment. Perfect for short stays. I was surprised by the amenities. Small kitchen with some essentials in case you don't want to eat out was a nice plus. Bed and bedsheets were super comfy. Location was great with good access to the highway. Nothing really. The architecture/design portion of things is not exciting, but this isn't what this place is catering to, it's a pretty standard hotel that fulfilled its purpose well.

The room was spacious given the price. Room was clean and I appreciated the full kitchenette with the full fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. I felt like I was at home. Bed was comfy and room was very quiet to sleep in. I wasn't able to use the pool which is one main reason why I booked it, so just a little disappointed.

it was very organized and maintained and spacious for a couple. Some of the amenities wasn’t in the room. Had to call front desk to receive it.

I came here unexpectedly, and what a nice surprise! Place has great customer service, my room is large and nicely decorated. A great value for the money!

Brand new. No issues. It looks good now but the furniture is cheap so I’m not white how it will wear.

If I had to complain, which I am not, I would have liked cranberry juice and flavored coffee creamers with breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean. Stayed here many times and will stay again.

Check in was subpar I told the lady I needed a room facing the front of the building and she couldn’t get it right twice. Bathroom needs to updated and well lit.

Prompt check in and pool side view. The room had a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, sofa bed, desk and a dinner table. I also had a queen bed in the bedroom with a full size bath. The room was very affordable and clean. I will definitely stay here again. I was also able to bring my pet.

Exceptionally clean! Zonnett at the front desk was so very friendly and professional. She started my day right! All staff was accommodating. Only complaint? Coffee at the breakfast was lukewarm. But, fortunately, took it to my room to microwave.

Everyone was super great. When we checked in, they told us they had just completed a major renovation. Well, they replaced wall paper/paint and carpet. Beds were fine, but not new. Bath tub was so old it sagged in the middle and didn't drain completely, plumbing fixtures were old and had hard water deposits around them and a little rust. The grout in the bathroom on the floor tiles had black gunk around it. Clearly not a full renovation as the clerk bragged about. But otherwise a good room. Food was very limited. The items changed everyday, but not a great selection...obviously just pre-made re-heated items.

The overall rating was very good, lobby was clean and welcoming, staff friendly, breakfast was nice and seating area was spacious. The furniture in the room was quite old, would need a refurb. But it was clean, quiet, with a nice shower and comfortable bed and a kitchenette.

The only thing is the key card reader on the back door did not work so I had to walk around to the side door to get inside the building. Fortunately, the key card reader on the side door worked fine.

I paid for the stay through hotels.com with my pay pal account attached to my bank. I arrived to the hotel by 6 PM. Young guy at front desk gave ne the hardest time, questioned my payment, made me show him my email, bank and pay pal confirmations and accounts showing was deducted, still he didnt believe it was paid until he decided to call someone from the hotel who clearly told him he was making a mistake and I had my room already paid he didnt need to be asking me for my cc. He didnt apologize after the almost 45 minutes he kept me at front desk, (very embarrassing by the way) To add more to the horrible experience the frame door of bathroom has mold very unhealthy and the toilet was unable to be used, was not flushing needed to use their bathroom by their breakfast area. Terrible experience never again for me. We stayed on 10/8 room#103

I love the customer service throughout my stay, the breakfast had no fruit and other items that could improve.

The property was clean and so comfortable. I was exhausted from traveling with an injury, and I fell asleep instantly on the very comfortable bed and stayed asleep all night!

False advertisement! Had a picture of two Queens or Double beds when I reserved the room and I ended up with a room with one double bed and one pull out sofa bed to accommodate 3 people. Plus, I had to pay extra for this room. I tried to change my room when I checked in and they said they don't have any rooms with two double or queen beds. I will never stay at this place again.

Check in staff were excellent breakfast and coffee were very good. Well equips suite. Very nice neighborhood with lots of eating options within walking distance. Easily navigable area even for a first time visitor.

The night attendant gave me a welcome gift, one of the snacks was open from the bottom end so I threw it away. I found some women's clothing left on top of the vanity and two used towels hanging on the shower rod. I placed these items on the chair in the living room. The thermostat did not work. I could not turn on the heat. I was too tired to complain to the night attendant but I told the morning attendant about the issues with the room. Breakfast was fine.

We had no hot water in our shower. The breakfast options were lousy.

While the furnishings in the suites are rather tired, the design of this hotel is perfection with full size appliances in the kitchens, ample bath/vanity areas (with drawers!) and closets. The pull out sofas must be incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to sleep on given the discomfort experienced when simply sitting upon them. Nicely appointed with unobjectionable artwork and color schemes, the property is beautifully located within walking distance of multiple shopping and dining options. Price-wise you can do better in the area and I was surprised they didn't offer us a block room rate for the several dozen room-nights we occupied for a family funeral (i.e. reserved direct with the hotel, outside Hotels.com) which their comfortable common areas, full breakfast and onsite/offstreet free parking -while great features- doesn't quite make up for.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from check-in to check-out. The front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Ronald's acknowledgement and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and right at home. It was a nice touch when he remember who am as well as my name upon check-out.

The sink is outside the bathroom and if someone uses the sink in the middle of night, it disturbs other people.

The staff made this stay great… Ronald & Success were great staff members… My only issue was the bathroom light wasn’t working properly (came on after several presses)…

This is our second time here and it was really nice! The room is always clean, staff is always welcoming and friendly! The bed is comfortable, and it’s always quiet, so we get a good nights rest!

My stay was very nice. My check in and check out were super quick. The young lady that checked me in was very kind and friendly. Her friendliness made my stay enjoyable. I like that the hotel is close to a lot of stores.

Our reservation was cancelled, which i could understand, to accomidate hurrican evicteds. But we were not notified. Staff helped us get resrvations in Galveston,but very pricy.

Arrived to find out after check in that elevators was not working. Was given a room on the 3rd floor, spouse need hip and knee replace. Informed that elevator tech was in route. Left to visit family and eat, came back @ 10pm. The elevator tech informed front desk clerk it was the fire alarm that is causing the elevators to not work. Called expedia for transfer to another property and was informed of a penalty. Placed on hold for higher rankings for over 3omins them phone was disconnected. With help of elderly couple and clerk made it in room after midnight. Next morning after 10 a.m elevators not working. Sumday on check out No discount given in fact clerk acted as if he was not aware of any problems or situation on Friday night. Took name and number for manager to address my concern awaiting that call.

Overbooked and my family didn’t have a room. No phone call, no email, not even a sincere apology. Drove 5 1/2 hours and came to a hotel that couldn’t accommodate us.
