The area will make you think twice but the property is well-maintained and safe. While only one night, I enjoyed my stay and would use them again.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff was great and check in was really easy. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is a quiet hotel. The parking is easy and very convenient. The breakfast was really good as well. Great location and very close to good restaurants and attractions. I know where I will stay from now on when I am in Houston.

My daughter has a service dog which travels everywhere with her. The dog is a small special breed. The outside facilities where impossible to use because of tall grass and trash. We ended up walking down the street to use their grassy area. These areas were all full of trash. Although the hotel was excellent in all respects the outside dog areas were disappointing. I travel to Houston at least yearly and will stay in this hotel again because everything else was excellent.

We rented a house to spend a week at MD Anderson. AC went out in the house so we had to check into the hotel on shop notice and late. Everyone was kind and helpful in a stressful situation!

Stayed in room 405, shower trench drain cover had been replaced with a piece of white metal instead of solid surface material and was a loud nuisance when shower head drips on it. Indoor pool was super cold and asked a couple times during our stay if they could add heat and said they would but never did. Also had a beer charged to our room and we didn’t have any alcoholic drinks while there. Overall it’s a decent place but likely look elsewhere next time.

Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen.

As soon as we walked in, front desk staff smiled, greeted us with such genuine kindness. The energy was throughout all staff making our stay one of the best we have ever had. The facility has everything close by or onsite. The rooms clean and very roomy. Definitely recommend 😊

We had a wonderful stay, especially given the circumstances of our trip. The room was exceptionally clean and well cared for, which made a stressful time feel much more comfortable. The staff truly stood out — everyone we interacted with was kind, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. Our trip was planned on very short notice due to a last-minute health emergency, and the team was so gracious about helping us adjust our dates and waiving penalty fees, which meant more to us than we can express. The property itself is lovely, and the location made it very easy to get back and forth to the Texas Medical Center. We’re very grateful for the care and understanding we received and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The TV was not working. Could not connect to the internet. The site was not working.

Staff support was not great. I was disappointed with the room. I had traveled from out of town and had specifically booked a city-view room and that is not what I received. When I spoke to the customer service agent, he explained that he had no control over room assignments and wasn’t sure why the online listing showed it that way, but that it needed to be updated. Upon entering the room, I noticed one of the light fixtures wasn’t working. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful, informing me that there was a short in the wiring. Since it couldn’t be repaired immediately, he kindly brought a lamp to our room for use.

I paid extra for a King Suite City view, i arrive and they say it was over sold and they gave me a double room! No refund for the difference or anything. I will never stay here again! Do not recommend, and if you are planning to stay here for a game, they do not allow parking in their garage unless you are staying an extra night! Beware!!! Bad customer service!

Everything was fine, just that they clean the room every three days, it should be daily for the price.

Good experience

The toilets had low water pressure and clogged on 2 or 3 occasions in the 6-day stay. We called in the middle of the night and early in the morning and got fast, friendly service (Ithink obe of the guys was actually the front desk person). Within minutes of calling regarding an issue with the TV, maintenance came and swapped it out for a new one. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless you call the front desk. The housekeeping department never answered when I called them directly.

It was nice and right next to the NRG stadium.

Its a clean and nice place. Great continental breakfast. Rooms are nice but should have a curtain to separate the kitchen from the bed. The front desk Clarks are not as welcoming as it should be.

Went for the Cowboy Carter Tour and it was an amazing experience all around! Easy parking, good food, clean and amazing rooms! Love it all!

Traveled in for the Cowboy Carter concert at NRG stadiumHotel was exceptional, modern and nice. Hotel did everything to make sure the hotel was secure and safe for those staying at the hotel. Morning breakfast was good with many options for all.

We were needing to visit MD Anderson for testing. The hotel has a shuttle service to the MD Anderson which is so convenient. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We highly recommend to anyone needing to visit MD Anderson. Oh and the breakfast is top notch!

Great place. Breakfast was usual, but actually had a good taste and quality. The elevator was fast, which was great considering I was on the 14th floor. Room was VERY spacious, comfortable and cold which I love. I did have some food after a concert at the restaurant and it wasn't good at all. And that's saying something since I was starving. I used the gym which had a lot of room, but basic equipment. Parking was nice, fee was reasonable at 9/day. Walking distance to a lot of options and NRG park, which saved a lot of headache after the concert.

Pleasantly surprised by this property! Amazing rooms! Very modern, super spacious and comfortable, clean, tons of amenities. The staff has been great and the other guests have been friendly and helpful. This hotel is also pet friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, especially if you have an event at the NRG stadium.

Spacious cleaner rooms for family vacation. Closer to downtown and other neighborhood areas.

The room was bigger than what we thought. Lots of room for a family of four. The only downside is the parking. The parking garage seems small but easy access.

Shuttle was a great plus to hospitals.

Excellent service, clean hotel, friendly staff and no interruptions. Our tv was a little problematic and hair dryer was not working but a simple phone call and the staff was very prompt in getting it taken care of.

Booked this room for a Kendrick Lamar/SZA concert at NRG Stadium and it was the best hotel stay I've had this year! Lobby is clean and pristine with bar/restaurant connected. Staff was quick, efficient and incredibly kind. Check-in was easy. Pool was clean. Fitness room was actually spacious. The room booked was fabulous for the rate, which included: small kitchen with all utensils available, a pull-out couch, swivel TV, plenty of storage, and a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower.

We went there for a concert and it was indeed walking distance to NRG stadium. Lots of people walking around so didn’t ever feel unsafe.

Quick stay in Houston for training. Took my family and it was such a comfortable room. Very clean and well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff very professional and kind.

Stayed for month. Room was cleaned every 3 days kept clean. Quiet and Good view from high flour. Kitchen is well equipped.

The hotel itself is very nice with friendly, helpful staff, located in a great area if you're attending an event at NRG Stadium. It's within walking distance of the stadium with many restaurants and shops also walkable. Getting in and out of the parking lot with a car can be a hassle if there's a lot of traffic and the area can be noisy. The gas station across the street is also frequented by many interesting characters but they cause no trouble. I had no issues with my stay here and I would consider another stay here if I ever return to Houston.

Property felt dated but overall it was a place to stay. If you’re staying here to visit NRG Stadium just know you are not as close as it seems.

Also the coffee is bad they need a better brand
