The pool open all night. I found a bag of drugs in the sofa bed that was left behind from the last person who stayed. Also the truck got broken into right next to mine so wasn't to safe.

Nothing I had blood on the comforter and sheets , room was covered in dirt and hair reached out to front desk told me no housekeepers take photos and show him didn’t offer another or clean linen . So we slept in the chairs freezing the most uncomfortable stay EVER.

For the price, plus I had a dog which no charge for 1st dog! ++ room was very clean but light fixtures were broken & taped so they need some proper attention for repairs.. small little things.. no ice bucket & front desk has none.. no door hanger for privacy.. plus was pool was clean! A/C was out ar our home so we have stayed in several motel rooms this week & This Red Roof Plus was #1 of all our 3 visits...

Zero sound proofing between rooms. I had a family in the room next to me just talking at midnight and I could hear them as clear as if they were in the room with me.

When checking in the staff looked annoyed to check me as a guest in. Information was not passed on about having to request room turn-down service. When we asked for replacement towels, we were lead to the laundry room and told to bring down our towels and get new ones from the laundry room ourselves. When we peeled back the bedding, the bedding was dirty, soiled and had black hair on the sheets. I only hope I didn’t take home bed bugs. All in all it was a terrible experience.

For the price and my purpose of the stay, the hotel was sufficient. It's an older hotel that doesn't appear to get a lot of visitors -- only the visitors that need a place to stay with their pet, is price sensitive, and plans on only staying one night if passing through. If I were to book a location in the area again, I'd expand my search to find something better -- the extra money would be worth it.

The rooms were not clean enough, neither was the building. There were dead bugs in the pool for an entire day and we seen roaches as well as spiders in the room and the lobby. You can’t see the numbers to call on the phone or how to reach the front desk. Front desk workers were not friendly.

price is great for the area. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. Close to a McDonalds and a gas station. Laundry room was hideous and I did not use. Hotel has a shuttle which is great. Front desk was ok but the guy in the lobby was on a call on his phone all day and night. Pool looked ok but we didn't use. Room was a good size. Beds were ok. pillows are horrible. Ac worked good, but ac was dirty and dusty. Hadn't been cleaned. Room had a Fridge which temperature knob was broken so it was a full time freezer. Microwave was old but worked well. Windows were really dirty. Also missing a lot of trim pieces and window were wobbly. Bath towels are old and like sandpaper. Bath tub was rusty. Shower walls had long hair from previous user. water temp and pressure were good. the biggest issue for me was no bath fan in restroom. Although this is a budget friendly hotel, small issues could be resolved to make the experience a whole lot better. I would stay here alone but next time I will go with a different option as I was with my family.

Filter on the air conditioner needed to be cleaned, so the room didn't get very cold. We stayed in a non smoking room but the whole 2nd floor smelled like smoke.

It was a dog in the room next to me barking all afternoon and you could smell it from under the door. I asked to move he said I was there 4 hours it’s too late to move rooms

Microwave not working

We found a filthy room with sticky grimy surfaces, blood stains and hair on the bedding, and multiple lights in the unit not working, and dirt all the the drawers of the nightstands.

I would never book at red roof again sorry to say the whole hotel stink’s the rooms stinks. The hallway stink’s bad bed room stinks. Smell like nothing but dog piss and poop. cigarettes burn’s in the sheets pillow has dirty stains bath tub has rust dirty stains. The whole hotel is terrible. This is my honest review that I’ve seen with my own eyes. Me and my family were so disappointed just sleeping in their room in their bed had my whole body itching. Once we leave the room we had to run down the hallway to avoid the smell. It’s so terribly it makes you want to gag and throw that whole hotel needs to be shampoo with bleach however woke up out of my sleep but noise.. pool aren cool I forgot to take photos everything I’m saying seen it with my own eyes booked with the motel 3/27/26 tall just need to be honest with y’all review having people thinking that’s a good motel

Overall my stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the toilet in my room didn’t work properly. I had to flush it more than once even for #1.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards.

Did not like paying a hidden $100 deposit. Very inconvenient. Clean and spacious room. Front desk was extremely polite and helpful.

I paid $63 and change for Saturday night. Everything seems to work and look professionally so that's why I'm giving it five stars. It is very good for the price.

If you’re into an establishment that gives a 0/10 experience this is the place for you. My highlights- adequate towels for a toddler with the feeling of thin sandpaper against your body with no soap and stains. Pathetic pillows, that I’m sure grandma has slept on back in ww2. The blankets are the same thickness as their shower curtains. But don’t worry ac doesn’t work so blankets won’t be needed. I accidentally booked this place, after experiencing this issue earlier this year. If you’re expecting sleep or comfort go somewhere else.

The hallways smell so bad. Luckily the room didn’t stink. It did have roaches but didn’t see them until the last day or would have been gone sooner. If I didn’t have a dog with me then I would have asked for a refund right after checking in. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and there was mold growing. Would not stay again.

First room had a foul smell but they had no problem with giving new room upon request.

One out of the three front desk staff was superb. I was checked in by a guy who was great and then I ran out of towels. I called down and a man told me that the housekeeping staff would be there to supply me with more towels. The next day, I went down to the desk and the person behind the desk was dry, never looked up, and said again housekeeping will be by. The next day I went down and the same guy I checked in with gave me some towels and then said housekeeping will bring me more for the remainder of my stay. An hour later, housekeeping came with enough towels to get me through the remainder of my day and removed the old towels. I was staying 6 days.

It was great. I had to switch rooms initially but after that I had a great experience. The room and the service. I slept good 👍. The BEST part was the shower was Hot! I loved it!!!

I didn’t like that we didnt have soap, shampoo or conditioner. Our room also was low on towels. Had to go purchase soap else where to wash my baby’s bottles.

I spent only one night there. It was alright for the price I paid. The only thing that threw me off was the HUGE cockroach in the bathtub. Other than that, everything was okay. :)

The hotel has that "old hotel" smell, and the towels were horrible. Other than that, all was good.

No shampoo. Towels dirty, stain on one bed lucky the other was ok we went and brought sheets and a blanket I never trust hotel bedding any way.. also ac smelled like boo-boo lucky the nice lady had air freshener at the desk. We was tired and didn’t have time to find anyone. After driving 17 hours.. and if you travel with pets they have a section that just for family with animals. The barking of dogs is not the problem cause we have two it the unwelcoming smell of cats and whatever animal in the hallway but the exit going to where the dogs use the bathroom.
