my room was very clean everything worked fine the property was not loud or crazy .and they had truck parking which is very important because I'm a truck driver I really enjoyed my stay

They had a great shower head The room was not clean. There were crumbs on the bed. There was a moldy sock in the toilet tank. When we arrived it was 4am. This was my fault but they charged 75$ extra for the night before and said we could just let them know at 10am that we would like to keep the same room. When we went to ask to keep the same room they said we had to leave and come back at 3pm or they had to charge us another 20$. She did and up removing that charge. The complementary shampoo, body wash leaves you sticky. We just went and bought our own stuff. The next day when they changed the bedding we came back to more crumbs on the bed and someone ate two of my brothers out meal cream pies. The floor was not swept and the room had an order. Also didn’t refill toilet paper and there was a half empty roll when we arrived.

No plug in the bath, you cant bath without a plug, I am an amputee and i need more handles in the bath. And stock a pair of crutches for me. Next time I will fly down and I will need Crutches at your motel. and Something to cover the drain in the bath. also an extra matt for the floor. thanks a lot for your consideration. Toilet seat had to.be reattached as it was undone completely. Door locked me out before 10am and things still in room as i was moving them back out to the car. Very inconvenient. Area is quite sketchy, hence the bullet proof glass the reception is behind.

The staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful. The room for some reason was unusually humid even with the AC going. The floor had a slight dampness that never went away. Everything else was great.

Never stay at this property. They are rude. Its dirty and franlky they are over priced.

Just needed a place to stay, so it’s worth the $ to spend. But, the location is horrible as it’s surrounded by homeless people and it feels unsafe for a woman.

One of the better hotels in Houston comparing to same class and nightly rates. Every thing works, fairly clean, has ironing board missing the iron. Nice check in experiencw, amd most importantly, they didn't punish me for using the external booking system, like others do (give me a room w missing tv, blown fuses/oitlets to the tv, lights, etc....

It was comfortable aside from a semi truck in the lot that was running for hours and could be heard from inside the room, but i imagine that's not always controllable.

We booked a non smoking room but the room smells like cigarettes. No coffee maker/coffee.

Reserved room. Checkin was slow but got situated went to room and there was a man already in there!! Then went back to the front had 2 people in front of mw waited over an hour it was horrible.

I felt very uncomfortable. Too many men walking and driving around all night including women. Very odd.

The. Only thing clean was the bed. The towels had lipstick and dirt on two of them. The toilet had Poo residue inside. And the water when tan was light brown for awhile

I had initially booked my stay Friday-Sunday via Hotels.com. I found myself needing an extra day, so I booked an extra day via the Hotels.com app for the best rate. I went to the front desk to advise them of the change and I was charged $20 to remain in the room after 11 am, even though I had already paid for an additional day. The alternative was to check out at 11 am and check back in at 3 pm. If I had extended my stay at the front desk for a higher rate, I could've avoided the $20 fee. Other than that pricey inconvenience, the stay was okay. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay the room was nice we plan on staying there whenever we are in Houston.

The bathroom door has a punch hole in it and a person who’s not handicapped was parked in the spot so I was unable to even tho I’m handicapped.

Cheap hotel, stay here often. Not the safest area or safe outside but haven’t had many problem here, stays pretty quiet. Pool use to be nice but now it’s concreted in with cement.

I didn't find this property to be very useful when it came to company procedures for handling guests at all. I was left stranded all Saturday night since my ID got stolen from me and ended up walking the streets until a friend came and picked me up at 4:40am.

Hard to park because of a security gate, have to drive completely around the complex if you get booked in a room on the wrong side. But overall a nice room and convenient

The hotel was filled with junkies and working girls. I walked in the lobby to check in and a woman was having an argument over being short on her room again. I park and head to my room to have some topless woman screaming at her dogs in the parking lot as she was clearly on something. I left my room to go get something to eat and had a pimp follow me through the walk ways. That evening I had a working girl proposition me as she left the room on one side of mine to enter the room on the other side. Through out the whole night there, I saw several young men that I assume are a part of a local street gang hanging through out the hotel.

People staying in property made my stay uncomfortable such as being stalked through alleys and watching my every move to walking by my room and harassing my sister when we're doing nothing but trying to take care of ourselves and my kids.

I booked a deluxe double room and nothing about the room was deluxe. The beds were small and the first room I stayed the sheets were wet and my friend was bit multiple times. The second room wasn’t any better. The person at the front desk told me to wait until the morning to speak to a manager but by that time it was time to check out. Terrible experience.

It was a good hotel but not for the price. There is very few handicap spaces so i rolled from several doors away on my knee scooter. There was no check out call but instead the lady beat on the door to ask if I was checking out. At that point I did due to her rudeness.

The bed was squeaky and the TV was too small and very fuzzy. There is no stopper for the bath tub.

Room was nice but the Indian manager woman was HIGHLY disrespectful and Made things more difficult for me. She charged me $20 to get back in my room or she would keep my stuff. She didn’t even put it in the drawer she pocketed It

I showed up to check in and they didn't have my reservation. I went back and forth with an employee who had no idea what he was doing. Eventually I got tired of arguing and I had to put my credit card on file again even though I pre-paid my whole hotel stay. He wouldn't give me my room key until I gave me my credit card even though I had already paid. Worst experience that I've ever had booking into a hotel. I will never stay here again.

The room smelt like a smoking room , no matter how much air freshener I sprayed , the smell wouldn’t go away.

Breakfast is tiny and very basic Seals on the door were bad I could hear every car passing on the freeway. Not worth the amount you pay I extended my stay 3times, simply for Convience, all three times when the 11am checkout came my husband was harrased and even threatened by hotel staff. The failure to communicate was very evident among the staff.

Staff verry friendly, willing to work with you beds are comfortable and pillows.. location is good access your close to a truck stop so you know good coffee all the time.. it's not luxury hotel but for a night stop or 2 not bad and it up dated..it says breakfast but it's just continental even if they have walfels.

There was a homeless man swimming in the pool during our stay and drug deals going down left and right. It is not a place for a family, but you get what you pay for.

A/C wasn't cooling, bed wore, old & sank in the center & carpet needs to be cleaned....kicked my shoes off walking around bare footed & when I looked at my feet they were black.

It gets the job done, I wouldn't recommend it for families with children, very noisy and hard to get some sleep... Wifi worked ok... Staff is very friendly and they have security onsite at night...

Wish I could received a refund but Expedia said I couldn't. Stay somewhere else this place had nothing it said or looked as good in pictures as it did in real life. Also if you like drug dealing and hooker this is the place.

The bad is the facility is old and the pics online in no way capture the truth of it all. The bathroom needs a major upgrade. But you get what you pay for!!

I have booked at this hotel twice, and I really like it!! If I should go back to Houston for a visit, this is where I will book a room. I had to take a shower in hot water, because the cold would not run. The next day I reported it and they repaired it. Really nice employees you have there.

When we booked this room we booked it for 5 adults. The booking info stated "roll out bed available upon request". When we got there we were told roll out beds were only for the suites. Small full beds. The room was nice, clean and their employees were nice but there was no way 5 adults should have been able to book that room.

This hotel first appeared to be okay but once you open the door to your room, then you are greeted with a strong mold smell. As I later proceeded to the bathroom I notice that it was not clean. The tub had mold, dirt, and stains. The overhead vent looked as if it had never been cleaned. I went to the front desk to complain and was told that they did not have the authority to give my money back but could change my room. They told me that there was only one other room available like the one I had which happened to be right above mine. I asked to look at it before I switched. It was a little better but it still smelled of mild like the other and the tub had paint inside to cover the stains. Since it was early morning I just took the other room and later that day I purchased my own cleaning supplies, face masks, and air freshener. I did what I could to make the best of it.

We reserved an accessible room and were placed on the second floor... We were able to move rooms after 11pm and that was only when we asked again for an available room and showed our reservations online (again). The first room had a dirty footprint on the bathroom wall and some odd orange and red markings on the walls. The second room's carpet was so dirty that walking from the bathroom to the bed area would make the bottoms of bare feet turn dark gray. From the pool area, one could observe multiple shady activity from other hotel patrons. The exchange of money and trafficking mixed with the strong odor of skunk emitting from some rooms indicated that the hotel was utilized for some form of illegal activity. Mention of this to the security guard on duty was met with a nod and a "we're aware" retort.

Hotel was mainly trucking parking and had woman in and out . The first room I had was not what I expected no fridge no microwave and I was moved . The rep was not at first wanting to move me . The new room key cards didn't work and I had to go all the way back for the new one which still didn't open door. When you expect to get to your room and sleep and have several issues its not a good feel. Never again

The few things wrong were some of the lights in the room didn't work, and there was some serious repair needed to the hotel itself including fixtures. Overall though for the price, the friendliness of the staff, and the comfort of the hotel, it was excellent. 4/5
