That I stayed for two days and on the second day, they didn’t change towels and the extra bed was not made. We had to go down and get sheets for the other bed.

Yes the room was not good. The fridge had black mold everywhere! When we went to tell the front desk some guy in the elevator told us he had the same room the nite before they tried to give him. So that means they did not clean it out after.

The hotel was very pretty and clean walking in. Checking the room the bed was dirty sheets had stains , hair and , food. Has to strip the bed and ask for new sheets. The tv didn’t work nor did the blow dry work. The room had an ordor. The lady at the front desk said she would switch our room but that never happen! The breakfast was so plain and empty I spent over $200 to be here .. I will never book with the Quality Inn again!! Worst experience everrrr!

The room was clean and the staff was great about us checking in a bit early. However, the breakfast was inedible. Additionally, when we went to leave the staff just opened our room door for housekeeping with our items still in the room, 3 hours before check out, and left the door open for anyone to just go in a take out stuff. Overall, the place served its purpose but them just opening our room for our stuff to be stolen was ridiculous.

I loved everything. The place was very clean and smelled good, and the customer service was wonderful. In fact, I made a mistake regarding my reservation, and the receptionist had the courtesy to help me out, 100% recommended. Customer service and breakfast.

The bathroom tub was stained with a yellow tinge so were the towels. And there was a roach in the bathroom tub.

Breakfast menu was horrible. Waffle mix was rubberly and obviously old. Milk had chunks in it (verified by pouring into coffee). Juice machine was out of order and replaced with Sunny D? No eggs or any other hot item. This is subpar

I will never book at this place again. There was a smell of cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty, and the curtains were torn.

Clean. Extremely nice. Price was a great value. Breakfast was amazing. Hot eggs, sausage, Texas shaped waffle maker. Easy check in and check out.

Bed was ok Hotel staff were rude. Room was dirty… especially the bathroom! Received attitude while checking in. Room smelled like it was musky. Water pressure was very weak.

Our stay was good, it’s in a great location! I gave it a 4 because the air conditioner had a weird smell and the fridge didn’t work.

Everything was great. Location, staff & rooms. Only one negative was the curtains had some dirty areas & tears. But I used chip clip & all was well. I would definitely stay there again!

No let’s allowed. And I specifically selected. 2 small dogs. Both 5 pounds. They tried to change me 30 PER dog. Non refundable. Then without knowing after I paid for my room before arriving. I had to pay $50 cash deposit. That was refundable. The room was not clean. It was dirty. Had a bad mop smell and the floor was so sticky. Our shoes stuck to the bottom.

Place is dated and needs an update but is is clean and worth the rates.

We checked out a day early and went home.

My stay was fine, nothing special but nothing too bad. My only complaint is that there was a mildew a stale odor in the room. There are some updates or repairs that should be addressed, the sink in the bathroom was loose and wobbly. Also some cracks in the walls in the bathroom where the shower curtain holder is attached to the wall. Overall the room was clean and the place was quiet besides the odor it was a good stay.

The continental breakfast was horrible, room smelled, toilet was constantly running, the curtains were stained, the pull out couch did not have sheets or blankets available, the cable service kept dropping the ice machine was filthy and the vending machines had outdated goods.

TV did not work, the breakfast ends at 9 for some reason, bathwater gets cold too quickly, ice machine wouldn't work, parking was fine but my friends vehicle was dirty and had a small dent from another driver, room smelt musty

Property was immaculately clean. Downside the hot breakfast is a total lie, unless you count you could make a waffle and that is it, as for pastries they sit out about 3 pieces of bread and 3 small donuts which those donuts were the same ones all week. Gross, they advertised a hot breakfast all over and it was not true. Also we needed more towels and they made me bring them out dirty towels before getting new ones, sorry if you want them you come get them. Needless to say we that area boasts many choices to stay at and we will not stay here again.

Everything was fine other than having to replace the comforter because it had a blood stain, the new comforter had a massive yellow stain. Staff okay. The lady that works night shift is the best though

No Hot Tub as advertised. Also...I have a bad back and can't stand in the shower...and the bath tub drain was broken.... We informed the owner and it looks like they went to dollar tree and purchased one that didn't work...and we had to do modifications to make it work so ehoe

Property was under renovation and the WiFi was nothing. When you walked in it smelled and the room smelled bad.our tv didn’t work , there breakfast was only cereal and waffles and the waffles came out uncooked and the pool is nothing like the picture doesn’t have a hot tub or the waterfall as in the pictures

The hotel was very clean but it was listed as having a hot tub which was the whole reason we chose it. It does NOT have a hot tub.

The tub was a bit outdated and the door needed to he pushed to make sure it closed. Overall, it was safe, clean, and great customer service.

Poor quality room, i had to clear the room before I could unpack. The sofa have some much trash in it. I got a rash. The toilet was stopped up and i was told i had to unstop it myself. I have given a plunger to do the work. Mangers or staff where never at the front desk. This is a place that needs better care in management. Pictures online are not the same. They list hot tub but there is not one. Washer machine and dryer don't work. I wanted my money back and was told not available. My vacation to Taxes was a nightmare. If you have a family this place is not for them.

Coffee machine has mold. Bugs in the bed. Charging plug next to the bed does not work.

I had an assisted room and the shower had a handheld spray but no fixed showerhead, so it was very awkward to use. The hose was very short. The continental breakfast was very simple with just the basics, no fruit and only regular bread to toast.

Plenty of dining establishments near the property, as well as shopping. But our room had bed bugs. It also felt humid and damp.

The room smelled, it had baby roaches, top sheet was stained and the breakfast was only cereal, waffles, toast and some orange juice that my kids wouldn’t drink it.

Stayed here for 4 nights, most of the reviews are true. Staff is amazing but the place is run down, my line in the sand for leaving was roaches but i didn't see any and i definitely left food out to test. Saving grace for this place is location, on/off highway and plenty of food places to walk to, Starbucks is literally next door. If you're just looking for a place to sleep after you're done exploring this is the place, you want a place with a awesome pool and amenities keep looking.

Saw a roach didn’t want to bring my things inside cause I didn’t want to bring any home. But for the price it’s half way expected. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options. If I haddddd to I would properly stay there but will wouldn’t take anything inside with me

This hotel accomplished what I needed in a hotel for the days I stayed there; it has everything my family needed at the time and not far from any additional amenities we needed if we had to go out for a while.

I couldn't have asked for any better. Totally satisfied.

So many roaches. We had to leave the room and the front desk guy was beyond rude and inconsiderate. There were reviews we saw after saying there were roaches in room 310 and they gave us room 310 knowing full well it was infested. Disgusting

We chose the room with jetted tub. Jets were full of hair. Breakfast was rotten apples, there was one grape jelly, and the mix to make waffles was like water.

Room was horrible. Water leaking from bathroom vent. Duct tape holding shower tile together. Red stains on carpet. Pool lounge chairs broken. Hot tub doesnt work. Ice machine dirty.

Nothing was unique, the area was convenient and that is all. Lady at the front desk which I assume is property manager makes her own deposit pricing. They had roaches in the room and took two days to move to another room. They tried to get over on us with charges and overall the experience was not good at all.

worst hotel stay i have ever had. the lack of cleanliness was unbearable. i literally had roaches (plurral) running across the night stand in the middle of the night. for your sake pay thee extra 25 dollars a night to stay in another hotel

My stay was amazing check in was quick and easy as well the check out the hotel was close to everything I was near restaurants, a Starbucks a dollar tree, a Ross and the highway. As well the breakfast was a plus that saved me abit of money since they offered free breakfast daily 6am-9am. My room also had a microwave which was useful not like other hotels that I gotta walk to the front desk but overall it was an amazing experience

We stayed four nights in this property. What we like most was the hotel staff and other guests including young children were courteous and quiet which made our stay pleasant.

No hot tub

The property was good for the price. I was not happy that the hot tub was not heating because they were "waiting for parts". I would stay there again as long as the prices stay where they are.

Room was clean,but ac didnt work properly. It wasnt cooling and staff provided fan. Light in restroom was flickering on and off my whole stay.

There was a hostage situation so we couldn’t check in on time, the room had a very bad mold smell, there was roaches, the housekeeping wasn’t available until after you checked out, and it was very hot and stuffy in the hallway and only one ice machine that barely worked on the first floor we was on the third floor, the pool wasn’t cleaned…. It was a very bad experience and the night staff was rude and the food wasn’t fully cooked

first room they offered had a very bad mold smell. they switched the room but the next day we had a mold smell too. we figured it out to be the the air conditioning unit. service was great and the breakfast was decent.

Wrong room was booked and management was very rude about accommodating me despite being able to see the correct booking in my phone. TV in room did not work and pool was half the size of what is pictured online. Ended up leaving an entire day early.

The desk attendant at check in was not friendly at all. The place is filthy and the hallway carpets have stains all over and so did the sofa in our room. Absolutely gross! Candy on the floor (not ours) stains on the sheets, just a horrible place. Wouldn’t let me dog stay there!

The service here at this location was horrible. My Two daughters and I evacuated here, due to Hurricane Ida. The rates went up from previous checking,the front desk concerned was collecting funds,more than hospitality. The housekeeping service was horrible,(never had Two things that match). The housekeepers didn’t understand clear English well. The pool didn’t get cleaned through the entire Five day stay!! Just pathetic. The owner came in, call my room to ask to come get broken fridge,which was working. She didn’t accommodated me at all, and seen I had food,meat,etc… in fridge. Instead when asked for another room, she charged me a additional $15. Air conditioners leaking water fast!! The worse out of my Two week stay in Houston,due to storm.

After checking in, I saw that the towels were not changed and used soap was still there in the bathtub; These were taken care of after I reported. Later at the night, I saw that the bedsheet was crumpled everywhere. When I reported the problem, the front desk girl told me to come down, take the bedsheet and pillow cover, and then make the bed by myself! The room had a strong chemical odor, and I could get the air freshener on the next day after following up several times. I stayed in the hotel for 7 days in total. The breakfast was almost the same every day and sometimes not fresh enough. It was hard to get basic services at times as the hotel was understaffed. The trash from the room was not cleaned every day and so people were piling trash in the hallway. The bathroom in my room was cleaned only once in seven days. There are blackout drapes in the rooms, but those do not cover the whole length. The sides of the door have wide gaps to make the room bright at night; light also comes in through the eyehole. The rooms are not soundproof as advertised and it was quite a disturbance at times. The Wi-Fi is free but does not work always; there is a limit on how many users can login at the same time. The plug point in the bathroom was not working and the problem not solved at all after reporting.
