Very clean and updated. Shuttle was fast and great. Only complaint is I specifically called that location and certified parking was included for our stay to include the days we were on vacation but then when we arrived they told us it was $10 per night. Only complaint.

We got the King bed suite and it was perfect. Had 3 grandbabies with us, but still plenty of room.

My cable DID NOT work at all. The air conditioning did not work at all. The staff which was a family were rude to me. NO PLUG FOR THE TUB. Made me pay cash only for beverages. Likely so they could make money off their own ATM. 2 entire towels!!! Just a garbage hotel all around and I want a refund

Stayed here for a weekend, the room was clean and tidy. The hallway on the other hand had a moldy smell. We weren’t able to watch anything on the Tv they had said the cable was out in all the rooms. We got there Friday and we left Sunday the Tv was unavailable for those 3 days.

There was someone else’s hair and dirt under the covers in the bed…

Price, location, clean. Breakfast was not as expected for a Quality Brand Hotel. Chose the hotel because it was near the air port and included breakfast but have had way better breakfast offerings at other Quality Brand Hotels. We had a long day of travel and would not be eating again until supper time.

Nice budget hotel. The big attraction for me was having a free airport shuttle that started running at 4:00am, since I had a 5.30am flight. The trip to the airport was less than 5 minutes.

I also regretted booking a hotel stay at a hotel across from Hobby Airport, but we were able to get a wonderful night sleep and didn't hear any planes during the night - the hotel has excellent sound proofing, very clean & we enjoyed the suite size of our room. I will always book a room here when I have an early morning flight and avoid the morning rush hour in Houston coming from West Houston.

Our flight was canceled, we needed a quick place to stay. The staff was so accommodating. They provided airport shuttle from the airport and back the following day. It was perfect for what we needed.

The shower head was broken, no facial tissue in the room, no body was provided, towels were like sand paper and the whole place smelled bad. When I asked the front desk for facial tissue I had to wait and was given paper napkins

Room was extra large. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was a joke. Very few options.

I liked how clean it was and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t include more items—the only hot item was make your own waffles. Also, it’s in an area with no attractions or stores—you would need transportation. Heads up if you use UBER—the price triples when you return to the hotel.

A deposit of $100 was required upon arrival. Either cash or via debit/credit card.Water temperature from the bath was wrong. The hot water was cold and the cold water was hot. Towels were very thin. Felt very humid inside the room. Cigarette burn marks on comforter.

Room was clean, beds were new, large rooms.. Drove me back to Hobby in the morning. Good breakfast bar….

They took an extra $100 as a deposit when we arrived for any damages and when we checked out, they attempted to charge me another $50. I called the front desk and the man told me they would take $50 of the deposit because the room “smelled of marijuana” but no one smoked in the room, + that the other $50 would be refunded to my card. I have not seen the $50 yet. Also, the room had stains on the ground and there was a potent sewage smell lingering in the halls at night. Will not be booking with them again.

This hotel was clean and very nice. The area it’s in isn’t that great being by the Hobby airport but the hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast wasn’t much. They did have where you could make waffles and toast, pastries? Coffee, and juice…just basic but that’s it. The beds and pillows were comfy.

Sofa bed needs to be more comfortable

Sheets smelled horribly and the bed felt lots of bugs. On top of that the AC fan would not go higher than low and took a long time to have a good temperature in the room to sleep. I had booked two nights and ended up staying one.

Staff was nice. Shower was good. Bed & sheets were very comfy. Pillows were strangely small. Towels were very thin and kinda stained. Continental breakfast was toast or bagel or waffle or cereal. Maybe we were too late for any other options.

The check-in took a long time because there was a problem that the manager seemed nearly unable to rectify. More disappointing was the fact that you don't offer 24 hour shuttle service to the airport.

This was a nicely renovated, clean place to stay. Mattress was decent, the room is spacious, and it had all it needs to have a comfortable, affordable stay near the airport. The shuttle was convenient and available when I needed it.

The room needs curtains because the parking lot lights are insanely bright to the point that I had difficulty sleeping all night because I just had a light in my face all night. The room was way too hot even with trying to turn the ac down.

The Indian owners are very kind. The hotel is clean.

The hotel and room were very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were able to get to and from the airport very easily using the shuttle van. There could have been a greater variety of options for breakfast, but it was fine. Would stay again if we ever need a good hotel near Houston Hobby Airport.

Love large rooms and the gym was fantastic and thanks for free shuttle!!! Only issue was room air conditioning I don’t think worked because the gym was freezing but mine blew humid air. By the way, quiet there surprised by that!

Shuttle service was unavailable for pickup from airport. No driver. Room we were given at check in was not cleaned. We did switch out without issue. Our room was warm and musty smelling but turned AC down 5 degrees and cooled down with time. Breakfast had coffee, some yogurt and waffles available. Was quiet for most part until a couple planes took off around 5am . No soap in shower had to use shampoo

The room was filthy and while looking for something I dropped I encountered an earring in one part of the room and a piercing gem in another. The staff was very polite and accommodating. But "breakfast" is 6 kinds of bread and juice and coffee - that's it. However, the room itself was roomy and well designed. Great lighting! Very comfortable bed! Comfortable furniture. We actually enjoyed our stay in spite of the limitations.

Check in was easy with staff rooms we're cleaned and amenities were decent.

Wasn’t there long, but met my needs

The lady in there was really racist she saw all of me and my friends who was black sharing a car get out to stretch because we just got off the plane and would not let me check in when she thought everyone was staying. Then I explained they not staying we are just sharing a car she still didn't car she was tellingmy friend to shut up she don't have a say and wasn't trying to give my money back she was just really nasty I couldn't believe it...

Breakfast was horrible

This was a last minute book! It was important to find a place that had an airport shuttle, however at around 5pm-ish was told the shuttle would not be available for pick up until after 7pm. As a result another hotel shuttle driver was nice to drop me off. The television in my room also didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to trouble shoot the problem. This is good enough for a one night emergency stay, wouldn’t stay here any longer than that.

The whole time we were at this hotel we had to fight every night for extra towels because housekeeping would only give us two when there were four of us staying. When we asked for extra rags, we were told that they were “sold out.” When checking in I was told that I needed to pay $10 extra for two extra people in my room. Then, that night, when we asked for more towels and blankets, we were asked to pay $30 more for the extra people at 11:30 at night, even though when i was booking the rooms, there was absolutely nothing about there only being two people in my room with a kind size bed and a couch bed. After we paid the $40 extra, we could have just gotten a room with 2 double bed and been more comfortable. The breakfast was also very minimal and not good at all.

I love how peaceful and quiet the hotel was. Sleep requires quiet. I had the best sleep that I’ve had in years. I was so comfortable. Lovely experience.

the staff in the front desk reception is very rude and disrespectful and the hotel is rotten smell and the room door is not lock tight very unsafe and around the outside area neighbors is very dangerous go out at night, you can be robbed and the foods is horrible cheap not many choices to eat. I call this a motel not hotel it is falling apart. i would spend my money some where else better then this hotel. so, who book this hotel your will be regretting.
