Location from the stadium. The entry security door was broken and our room deadbolt wouldn't lock. Also the lever to turn on the shower from the bathtub had water running from both which made the shower water pressure low.

The motel was good value for the cost. It was convenient to my business needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with great variety. The room was clean, but a few maintenance issues required attention to improve it. Parking was conveniently located to my room.

Bad experience, we’ve always stayed here for about 10yrs but this time pool was not opened, cleaning ladies would go in room without knocking while my kids are changing, microwave didn’t work since first day, they said would have some fix it 5 days later never happened. Will be looking for other hotel for future trips.

I thought breakfast was pretty tasty for frozen bulk items like most hotels serve. They had mini waffles and the Texas waffles. Only 4-5 tables and everything is in a room the size of a hotel room, tiny. I booked this knowing I was getting a 2 or 3 star, but it was more like a half star. My family of 5 had a suite (#233). It seemed everything was broken or not working. Neither tv worked upon entering. My hubs found the main room was not setup properly so he moved the cords behind the tv, so he got it working. On the bedroom tv he got it working but because the remote didn’t work (neither did) we couldn’t remove the “picture in picture” function. Basically what we were listening to was showing in a 4x4 square in the corner of the 24 inch tv. TINY. The beds were so nasty, I had to take photos. The mattress protector is so worn on the sides the mattress edge has broken through and you can see how dirty the mattress is underneath. There was blood on one of the insanely thin pillows, which made me instantly strip the bed to check for bed bugs. Of course everything was dirty and worn but I can deal with worn. There was a used wash cloth in the tub. One “clean” wash cloth was basically brown even though it was supposed to be white. The balcony on both sides had broken ac covers scattered on them. Door barely shut let alone lock on the balcony. The ONLY lamp in the main room, was missing its knob so you had to twist the lightbulb on and off. Came back from dinner, set to go cup down and 5 mins later, a roach was crawling on it. Needless to say I did not sleep much. Couch bed was already made and folded into the 1990’s dorm room couch, so the blankets and sheets stank, bad. You could feel every single piece of metal on that bed. Also there was no pillow for the couch bed.

The room was okay we did find a roach when we were there we had him joining rooms one bathtub had a russet hole in the bottom of it we couldn't use that one the other bathtub shower head was really loose and also the towel rack came off the wall when I touched it

The room was ok don't expect a 5 ⭐️ room, staff was great especially the maintenance man he helped us out a lot when the ac and tv wasn't working right he transferred us too another room with no questions asked. The breakfast was great 😋 and the parking was excellent.

We chose this location because it was convenient and was suppose to have a pool..pool ended up being down because some kids jumped the fence and broke some tiles...very upsetting due to one of my kiddos was set on swimming fornan escaped due to autistim...

The only reason I selected this property is it's proximity to the stadium. Complimentary breakfast was good, though boring for the 2nd morning. Coffee was great. The front-desk staff was OK. There were enough parking spaces. The bad: Overall the room was below average for the price I paid. There were chips in the sink, broken wall/floor etc. The ugly: Found a live spider in the bathroom. The inside handle in the bathroom was broken and hanging. Operating the outside handle was not easy.

Do not book your room from this garbage place!

Pool does not work, my room smeled like dog urine. Asked the manager on staff to give me another room, she said she can give me a refund, hotel is booked for the night. After we spoke, manager gave me another room upstairs, there were ants and we got bitten by them. Do like the fact it is close to stadium and some of the staff was very helpful but need improvements on the pool and adding a game room for kids.

Everything was really good, the breakfast was amazing, so many options.

Took my son to watch the World Cup. Thought this would be a nice place due to location to venue, no worries about parking especially since high heat and humidity. But nope! Absolutely horrific. Baby cockroaches came out once the lights turned off. Mind you, I wiped everything down with my own disinfectant wipes before hand. Ended up leaving majority of our things, especially items just bought, unopened due to the infestation. Looked behind the bed and found dead roaches as well. I was too shocked and terrified to even move around. Cockroaches in the hallway on the way out. Traumatized me and my son for life. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

I love the facility and the shuttle. All staff was very pleasant. The only issue was the pool was locked, but that wasn’t their fault.

We picked this Hotel because of its closeness to de NRG Stadium. The property is good!

It started with us checking in. No one was in the lobby because it was around lunch time, which we understood. My dad went to get coffee after getting off our flight from Richmond to Houston. It was empty. No big deal. I asked about it and the receptionist said she would let staff know. Then she proceeded to ask me if I was ok with stairs. Well, I thought it was weird but yes. We turned the corner and no elevator! Ohhh that's what she meant by stairs. Well, my dad had a bum hip. Still I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Meanwhile the hallway and stairs were old and smelly, dim light. We get to the 2nd floor only to have it look like a horror flick. Lights so dim and flickering as we are walking. My mom wanted to turn around but I had reservations, so I proceeded to my room. Turned on the lights next to the door and one bulb was out and the other was very hazy and dim. I proceed to the desk lamp only to get stuck by a sharp pin, no knob. Then I turned to go to the additional room because I had a suite only to find dim flickering lights again. My mom said we need to turn around and leave. We came back to reception and asked if we could cancel the reservation. I then politely explained all the above. She siad we do not advertise elevators as an amenity. I said but there needed to be disclosure that there is no ev

The staff was outstanding, the property is very well kept and clean. The property is walking distance to NRG, which is what we wanted. The property and rooms are old, but still maintained. There were roaches in the hallways, and the property itself is just an older property. We had joining rooms, and both rooms were clean, just older. Not knocking older properties at all, just be aware the property, rooms, and hotel is not new. Microwave is available. Single serve coffee pot is available. There is a refrigerator in the room. TV works, and AC froze me by morning!

Accessible room was very clean. It's conveniently situated and very close (less than 10 minutes) to MD Anderson Cancer Center if you want to drive or you can use their shuttle service available from 6:30 am. The management and staff are always available for any suggestions or needs. Though, is an older property, it's kept in good shape. Great value for your money.

There were tiny spiders found to be crawling on the bed, a corner that had webs and tiny eggs, small flying bugs. Bathroom had several leaks in and around the toilet.

The Breakfast and staff were great. The building were old and poorly maintain. Room was musty and damp. Security locks were broken on the room as well as the outside door of building.

Our company rented three rooms for a week. Thirty minutes after walking in, we realized how filthy everything was. We pulled up the sheets, and the mattresses were stained with urine, and what looked like blood stains, although I guess it could have been rust stains. I will attach pictures if I am able to. I'm not certain since i've never left a review before. Our company got us new hotel rooms at a different hotel. But this location refused to reimburse the money for the first night, even though we had only been in the rooms for half an hour. This happened on April 19, 2026. The manager was completely unhelpful. And she refused to answer my emails. Every time I called, I was told that she had just left. What kind of manager leaves a hotel for the rest of the day at 9:30 am? I can only assume she didn't want to talk to us.

Property not as described or pictured. The building wasn’t secure because the door was broken. Water was brown and discolored we had to check out pay a nights rate plus taxes and fees. The hotel is in a sketchy area and shares a parking lot with an apartment complex. The patio doors were run down patios very dirty lots of flies and bugs all over. Immediately upon arrival we had to be transferred to another room which wasn’t even better than the first one. It was neater and didn’t have crumbs on the floor and feces on the balcony. We will never return here and after asking around we found out that everyone avoids that hotel.

Breakfast was good and hot! Never made it to the pool. Parking lot was full when we left at 5:30 this morning so that is good for their business. Now they need to reinvest some of it to updating the facilities. Mysteriously all rooms had balconies with sliding glass doors from the rooms to them, and all of the doors were permanently locked closed, so you could not gain access to the rooms patios!

The room could have been better cleaned. There was a used bandaid on the bathroom floor.

BUT… The carpets on the Building 2 smelled like mold, there was a lot of trash outside the building, one of the lamps didn’t work, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the furniture was old. I came based on the reviews I read on Google, but apparently they are not reliable. Don’t worth the money!

It looked better in the photo, but in reality the rooms are very old and need renovation, especially the bathroom. The bed was clean, but there is one plus. Would I recommend this hotel? Probably not.

The WiFi didn’t reach to our rooms, there was a tiny cockroach inside the fridge, the rest was good.

Parking was safe. I had an issue with my AC and Blossom at the front desk quickly got me into a different room.

Front desk lady was very nice, the room was clean but a little old. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work because the outlets were too lose. Overall for the price and staying during the Rodeo not bad.

I had to extend my stay at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo but the hotel I originally stayed at couldn't accommodate me. So, in a pinch, I ran across the Quality Inn just around the corner from NRG Park. I wasn't expecting much considering the price, but they had a room with two queen beds where most others in the area had double beds. The property is older and needs some renovations, but the room was clean, everything was functional, the staff was very friendly. And the included breakfast was decent as well. The hotel was within walking distance of NRG Park (10-15 minutes).

Woke up to cockroach’s everywhere in our room and then our room smelled musty… we were moved to a different building and room and had a better experience but when we went to wash our clothes that cockroaches were on… the laundry was not complementary and they had no way for you to get quarters to use their machines… @1.50 a tiny load….

Sure wasn’t going to the pool

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DO NOT STAY THERE. I checked in then checked right out. My room smelled bad. There was no water at all. They said the city was working on the water system. They said it would be back on at a certain time but that was a lie. They didnt want to refund my what i paid. After making a big fuss, the owner decided to refund me my money back.

This hotel doesn’t have an elevator & it wasn’t mentioned in the description. As a semi elder, it was difficult lugging my suitcase up the stairs.

The birds were cheap rock hard worse quality beds one can buy specially paying $130 a night. You have no elevator and the breakfast was just simple. I would expect a better.

Room 237, shower curtain rod is installed backwards so it curves into the shower. Other shower had peeling paint above it. Person checking us in gave us less than desirable directions to our room (sent us to building C/D by saying "straight back", not "right" to building B). Otherwise full breakfast and clean rooms and housekeeping was fabulous.

The deposit is frustrating

This place is convenient but needs work. Out of order signs everywhere. No plugs for charging phones and the one behind the TV was a 6 outlet splitter which seems like a fire hazard.

Toilet was not flushing there was a blood spot on a pillow so unhigenic I saw a bug in the room sower had no water pressure room was stinking like it’s a animal shelter

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The room had a bad smell and there were cockroaches, which made it feel unhygienic. The lighting was very poor, and the bathroom had a strong odor as well. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.

Checking in/out was gr8! Staff member very friendly & professional. Rooms outdated. Our room did not have anywhere to hang up our clothes. No counter space so we used the Handicap seat (that was off balance missing a leg cover) as counter space. Mildew stains on ceiling. Bottom part of AC unit falling apart. Beds were comfy. Rooms have a refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot, iron & ironing board. Their continental breakfast is awesome! Motel is mediocre for an overnite stay. Reasonable priced and It’s also walking distance to NRG stadium. And there’s a Mexican restaurant next to motel, their food delicious.
