Really good, safe area, I was here as a girl alone and I never felt unsafe!! Really recommended!!

Staff was i itially unfriendly and unhelpful. No TV remote. When requesting a new one, they provided one that didnt work. AC barely worked. When we entered the room, you can tell that the AC haven't been ran. It was 90 degrees in the room and took around 5 hours to cool off. There was a towel with black "goo" in it. When brought to staff attention, they said that I could request a new towel the following day. She didnt have a key to the linen closet. There were roaches. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the "black goo" was found in various places. The "goo" was on the dresser, in the crevavases and under the TV where the power button was located. Because we had a nonrefundable room, we pushed through and checked out the following day. We needed a hotel room due to our AC being out at our home. I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was helpful, but the room was dirty. The mattress has stains, there were spots on the pillows, and there was a lot of dirt next to the bed.

I went from paying cash to reserving the room through a third party, and then cash again, I'm still waiting on all my deposit reimbursement. It took over 5 days and a few phone calls to resolve this. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend a stay here, it's quiet an clean

The room was great, everything was quiet, they cleaned rooms daily, and the air conditioner was excellent. Water was hot.

A/C was functional, but a bit loud. Shower did not have much pressure, hindered by the fact that the pull up button on the tub faucet was worn out. At least the microwave worked!

The place is quiet, the AC was amazing. The front desk lady could use a little more cheer. All in all ot was a good experience. I would book here again

Great check in, VERY clean room. Really hot water in the shower! Absolutely no complaints. Love the free coffee in the morning. $30 cash deposit required at check in. I will be staying here again when I return to Houston.

All was good until the cleaning ladies thought I didn’t speak Spanish, I don’t judge anybody and maybe they shouldn’t either. They got rude and said things thinking I didn’t speak Spanish especially right in front of me. I think maybe they should keep their opinions to themselves and talk about there work problems Somewhere else especially not in front of guest, overall the stay was good. Not too much noise and they even close the gate at night to feel more secure.

Shower head was leaking pour water outside of tube i slipped n hit my knee on toilet Toilet didnt flush got clogged up 2 times

Staff seemed to be nice at the begging except as by checking out she started pushing me out of the room. She called at 10:40 and 10:55. At 11:05 she was knocking at the door. I have been to many different hotels from Hilton, Holiday in, La Quinta, to Super 8 and never experienced something like this. Yes the price is cheap but it’s not worth, you will have to seat in dirty chairs with ripped off covers and screen broken lamps, and who knows what else, better to pay $20 more and you will be on a much much better place.

knick in the wood dresser reported it.. i had to clean up some soda that spilled out of a cup which had ashes in it.. the towel had ashes n soda on it tried to say it was burned.. took me 30 min. after they checked the room made several phone calls then they decide they are going to give me my deposit back..

The office staff were helpful answering my questions. The room is clean and non smoking.

The room was in poor disrepair and had a strong scent to hide bad oder. Staff was not friendly and not always available.

Room was kept really clean cleaning staff was excellent . One of the reception is was really nice kind and polite but one was rather rude I don't know their names

It wasn't what i was expecting! Dirty furniture and shower! Just looked and felt so unsanitary!

The facility was fine but they did not offer coffee past 9:00 in the morning and bottled water was charged a dollar a bottle

NO ACTIVITIES & NO BREAKFAST. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT.
