Nothing. ⭐☆☆☆☆ English I have never been treated like this at a hotel before. Today, housekeeping entered my room and only took out the trash. They didn't make the bed, sweep the floor, clean the bathroom, or do any of the basic housekeeping that guests pay for. When I asked the front desk why my room wasn't cleaned, the employee told me it was "hotel policy." I asked him to show me the policy, and he couldn't. I even searched online afterward and found nothing that supported what he said. Instead of fixing the problem, he became defensive and threatened to call the police simply because I questioned him. I was only asking why my room hadn't been cleaned. The housekeeper also claimed she didn't speak English, but I watched her communicate with the front desk employee and understand what he was saying. That made me feel like my concerns were being dismissed instead of taken seriously. This was completely unprofessional. I paid for a room and expected basic housekeeping and respectful customer service. Instead, I was treated like I had done something wrong for asking a simple question. I will not be returning to this location. She also roll her eyes at me because she got caught in my room but wasn't cleaning it. They literally have a slogan that says cleanest rooms on 290 im sure she didn't take me seriously because I'm Mexican n don't speak Spanish. They hate people like me  Americans. --- Español ⭐☆☆☆☆ Nunca me habían tratado así en un hotel. Hoy el personal de limpieza entró a mi habitación y solamente sacó la basura. No tendieron la cama, no barrieron, no limpiaron el baño ni hicieron el servicio básico de limpieza que cualquier huésped espera. Cuando pregunté en la recepción por qué no habían limpiado mi habitación, el empleado me dijo que era "política del hotel". Le pedí que me mostrara esa política y no pudo hacerlo. Después busqué esa supuesta política en Internet y no encontré nada.

I enjoyed my stay. It was a much needed piece of mind.

We stay there’s for 4 days 3 rooms with group and went 5 or at least 4 time to asked them for fixing ours doors keys . It’s automatically lock whenever we trying to go back to the room after coming from outside . It’s really made ours days bad .

The rooms were clean. Provided toothbrush but no toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, lotion. Towels switched daily. Location was alright. It was a basic stay but clean room. The staff didn’t inform me of much upon arrival. I didn’t realize there would be housekeeping each day so I left personal stuff out. There’s no security lock box. The breakfast is to go style: granola bar, muffins, bottled juice. Not quite what I expected. No pool or lounge to relax. It seemed more like a motel. You can hear traffic from the interstate in the rooms. Was still able to sleep.

Room and property was clean and fairly new. I requested a top floor when I booked the room. But I got a ground floor. I just couldn’t understand the desk clerk.

There were a few things, makeup or something on one of the pillows, I just put it off to the side, and the bottom sheet had a tear in it, my foot snaged it a few times. But the rest of the room was clean, the bed didn't have other weird stains or smells. I slept great so that huge plus.

Room clean. No bugs. Gentleman at front desk is great. Will be back. Only thing needed is maybe adult size towels and 4 pillows on king bed. Other than that no issues. Good water pressure in shower and your feet aren’t dirty walking across the floors.

Great stay very flexible with changing our reservation and getting us a non smoking room even though we accidentally booked a smoking room. Would definitely recommend this place.

Really clean rooms, looked brand new.

Location close to highway which is noisy if you’re a light sleeper. Also breakfast is just packaged muffins, coffee and some hand snacks to go. I still have 4 stars because it’s clean enough and it’s what the price you pay for.

It was okay, but that's what I signed up for. I wanted a smoking room, they provided that. Due to it being a smoking room, the bed comforter had holes, also had some hair in the sheets. I will say that the maids will come in the room OFTEN to try to keep it clean. Don't know if they're just plain nosey or if they just want to stay on top of it, but everytime I left my room during the day, it was always something done when I came back, like the trash taken out, or towels picked up.. And yet, they never replaced the towels they picked up. Weird...

It’s okay. When you say breakfast included I was expecting other stuff than just a few cookies. It’s misleading.

Wow the staff here is amazing, Naveen was very friendly and informative because of him we will return the whole staff was great they were very accommodating you did free coffee on the go breakfast parking was very safe the motel was safe he treated each gift with dignity and respect which I love great job we need more people like this dealing with customer service we will return newly remodel just amazing extremely clean and I do mean clean.

Cleanest rooms on 290 Great price

Overall for the money it’s probably a 9/10, only issues that keep it from a ten are the towels were a bit scratchy and small, the bed sheets had a few hair strains from the cleaning lady I assume because everything else was super clean. Wifi was great, staff was great, and bed was comfortable too. Power went out the day I was supposed to check in (not their fault) and they let me still go in my room and then check in when the power went back on for the block.

Had a room in the area I wanted to stay.

The place is right next to the highway,so at bed time it was hard to fall sleep. The staff was very attentive and helpful. For the price I wasn't expecting much,my only complaint is the quality of the bed sheets and the towels we were provided, they looked cheap and had stains. Overall for the price, its not bad.

I have got positive experience staying in this hotel. The room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The person in the lobby was great. He was very hospitable and friendly. Quite refreshing. The rooms have all been updated and remodeled. Super clean and comfortable.

Amazing place. Newly renovated. The receptionist was so so kind. The showers flow so powerfully. I would recommend this place anytime. Trust me, I do moving business, so each week, I sleep in at least 5 hotels. This is my first to write a review for because of how clean and excellent the service was. The price too is very affordable. I promise them that each time I come to Houston, that’s where I am going to stay.
