No tiene closet, ni caja fuerte, el hotel es de 2 pisos y no tienen elevador, solo escaleras. Lo demás bueno, limpio, con buen mantenimiento estructural

The breakfast is continental - fruit and a choice of muffins and granola bars. Free close parking in a lit lot. The room was nice- much better than I expected.

Nice and very quiet regardless location close t a busy-hwy. Walmart a few hundred yards away so easy to pickup any forgotten items. Friendly staff. Breakfast was only a snack but ok.

This was an exceptionally well-run hotel. Staff was friendly, attentive and professional. This is a motel, rather than a hotel. So, no lobby to sit and relax in. No fitness center. No dedicated eating area. So this is not a spot for "road warriors". But for the casual, frugal business traveler or for those travelling for personal reasons, it is a jewel.

The motel is the best quality for your money. It is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are large and the furniture well kept. The Blue Palace Inm is a motel I have returned many times when I come back to Houston for a few days.

Overall, it was a decent one night stay. You get what you pay for. I got the smokers room (bad choice by me). Bed sheets & comforter had smoker cherry burn holes in them. I called front desk for a new comforter and they bought one in less than 10 mins. TV was mounted crooked. Right by the freeway, so can get noisy at times. I wouldn’t pay any more than I did to stay here again and would only stay here for 2 nights max.

I like the friendliness of the staff and how they keep it clean, that's probably hard to do when it's a by-the-night hotel, and also I forgot meds and I was able to come and get them from the staff-- they kept them in storage. so nice The A/C was not working fast enough to my liking.

The bed and pillows were too firm for my liking. The good news is that it is located right off of the freeway. Very convenient. The bad news is that it is located right off of the freeway. Very loud.

Pests in the room

I had not stayed at a motel in years. It was clean with wood and tile floors. The shower was the best shower I’ve had in memory at an inn. I stayed on the second floor and there is not an elevator. But for the price, I feel I got a great deal.

Our clean room was perfect site for recovering from surgery. Personnel very accommodating. Housekeeping staff thoughtful and helpful. Great location for MH appointments.

The property was upgraded and newer. The room was spacious and clean. Its located close to City Center where the selection of restaurants is plentiful. They could improve on the selection of toiletries and provide kleenex for the guests otherwise it was fine.

We found the accommodations to be both enjoyable and comfortable, with exceptional cleanliness and attentive service.

That's being said, there were 4 very flat pillows on the bed, no breakfast at all (except for coffee, and we got in there with a full hour left of "breakfast time." One of the faq is about rooms with hot tubs, and the answer is, "yes, each room has a deep soak bathtub in it." Maybe the term is a very loose translation.....

No Kleenex in room, no hangers either. There was a wadded up ball of toilet paper on floor behind bathroom door.

1. I was unaware my room was on the second floor and asking for a first floor room was not an option. I am 5 feet tall, weighting 120 lbs, with a bag that weights 55 lbs, no elevator either, so going up and down with my luggage was VERY difficult. I would had appreciated if BEFORE I book it should had been noted so I can make an informed decision. 2. The “breakfast” is coffee/tea/water at the counter 24/7 with fruit and energy bars of your choosing. Although it’s unlimited, being that it was an hotel, not an airbnb, I was expecting a Continental or buffet breakfast sort of what you will find in a popular chain. This also was not noted in the description of the services. It says “breakfast included” with for me it can be deceiving. Breakfast means different things for different people and I was expecting something different instead of a grab and go snack. Other than that, everything was perfect. Spacious and clean room, quiet, free parking. I will book again unless I find something on the same price range with what i would call breakfast.

I liked that there was no carpet floor; very clean. I didn’t like that there was only 1 small trashcan that ought to be in the restroom for discarding wipes.

Check in and check out was fast, easy and friendly. The room was spacious, super clean and remodeled. The bed was firm with a very thin bedspread and flimsy pillows. Blackout curtains were good. Mini fridge, microwave and TV were all clean and worked properly. Shower water and pressure were good. Very few amenities. Breakfast was coffee, tea, small bottled juices, packaged muffins, cereal bars, apples and bananas. Parking was easy and clean. Never heard another guest. Area was safe, clean and convenient. About 20 minutes from downtown. Would recommend, but the lack of amenities did not match the price point. Overall a good stay.

The stay here is always wonderful! They treat you with respect, it’s beyond clean and more importantly it’s Safe! The bed are comfortable also. The only complaint is the traffic since it’s next to highway but that’s out of their control. It’s wonderful

The room was modern and updated with clean, comfortable and accommodating offers. Safe and relatively quiet. Parking lot was well lit and my car was safe. I would have preferred a door opening to a safe hallway instead of outside. No elevator. Location right on Beltway and had expected noise.

A little bit land-locked and limited access...but extremely friendly staff and clean room!

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel at a different location recently and decided to try this one. I was very pleased with the property and room. The property is well kept & conveniently located, and the room is spacious and clean. Overall, I appreciate that it's affordable and a great place to stay, highly recommend staying here!

All what they provided is a snack

Excellent value for the price I bed. The rooms were nice, very clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. Please note the property does not have an elevator. So if you are unable to walk up stairs reserve a ground floor room. Also, there is no breakfast available. However, the hotel is near City Centre, restaurants, and located behind Wal-Mart. The room has a mini fridge and microwave too. I highly recommend this property for budget conscious travelers. It's a good bang for your buck. One last thing parking is limited to guests.

It needs either more than one small one or one larger trash can.... And the complimentary breakfast was not much of a breakfast.. juice and a banana. Isn't much of a breakfast. More like a small for the morning and off you go. Other than that it was clean and quiet and we liked the large walk in showers.

The bed was hard as a rock also no small coffee pot as you normally see in the hotel room. Also the breakfast was not really a breakfast it was more like snacks and coffee

Nice little property. Easy check in/out, nice rooms, love the shower and private toilets. Only cons for me was i wish the beds were a little softer (they are FIRM) and better comforter. Pillows are comfy. I would book again 👍

Great spot

I was absolutely amazed and pleased with Palace Inn City Center. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. The bathroom is beautiful! And you don't have to worry about safety, because the entire property is well lit. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

This was a very clean hotel. I loved the fact it didn’t have carpet . The night clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative I could have used more pillow and some softer lighting around the sleeping area. But overall was a great place at an affordable price!

It was a chill place, nice shower, nice bed to lay on. A bit firm but it was great. My only gripe was the fridge being a bit too noisy.

I had no problems, this was actually nice for a motel. Compared to another motel and cheap airbnb rooms, this was the best stay on my trip.

The property is conveniently located on the west side of Houston. Check-in was fast and easy, the staff were nice, the room is great, and the bed comfortable.

I travel to Houston for work and this hotel is so clean and comfortable. The renovations are amazing and the staff is great as well. I will always book this hotel and fingers cross that they'll have availability.

This seems like a new, clean property. The rooms are spacious & have laminate flooring, which I prefer to germ-ridden carpet. Mini fridge & small microwave included. There are two quirky issues in the design of the room - both bedside valances operate on one switch so can’t just turn one out or on, it has to be both on or both off. And the bedside plugs are inconveniently far from the bed, so bring a long charging cord. The property is very well-lit at night & the black out curtains do a good job. Oh, and the bed is super firm. On-site staff was nice, helpful & available.
