I book, late night trying to find a last min location. By the time I book check in time was over. Try to cancel them but didn’t have the option.

The staff was nice and helpful.My room was clean and comfortable.

Unsafe for a girl to stay at alone was followed after I checked in to a man asking me to come to his room, bad neighborhood burn holes in the covers. I would not double back.

I just needed to stay for one night on the double bed suite and my only complaint was the dirty carpet and the size of the room. It was a little bit too tight for my opinion for a double bed, but will return for the price. Very good price very friendly staff and very safe and affordable.

They could not find my reservation so stayed with a different hotel

Price Staff was rude. We requested 2 beds..they were squeezed in a small room. the bed was pressed up against the air conditioner. The end table was squeezed in between the two beds. There was bugs in bed not sure if it was a baby spider or crab i was to busy trying to kill it. .Oh the roaches crawling out of no where. People stay on property and someone kept knocking at our door. I couldn't sleep after that. Oh and the shower water took forever to get hot..i was running up the water bill waiting. Staying there was for rest. But it turned out to be a nightmare. No sleep. Never again!!!

El cubre colchón estaba manchado la colcha tanbien tenia mancha en medio. Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles

I like the fact that there was a swimming pool, although I did not use it whether did not permit The manager was rude. I booked a four day stay the room key did not work at all. I had to go down every day to get a new one. The maids come right into your room without knocking there were roaches burn marks all over over-the-counter counters. the room was stuffy.

Staff lied to me no room available e xcept.smoking. waited almost 2 hours for a room.to be available . Did not happen, I asked for a refund. Was told refund would be processed. Received an email yesterday stating refund Denied . So I am paying for room that was not available.

The AC unit did not work, and ai froze all night. I literally had to sleep in two jackets, and the refrigerator did not work! So my food spoiled as well.

Clean room likes aways. Awesome staff. I love staying here when I'm in town for work. My Home away from Home.

When I arrived they didn't have a room available for anyone who booked online but chose to pay in person. Front desk clerk told me my stay was canceled but I did not receive a singular call nor email, and my booking was not canceled on the app. Horrible experience.

Everything was bad and then I went back and I was red listed for no reason at all

This fellow took forever to confirm the paperwork and ready a key. Key didn't work so hiked down the stairs and the length of the hotel to rouse him. He walked us to the door and then did open the door -- after battering at the door with a heavy tool of some nature. The commode often sounded like a heavy-caliber machine gun when it was flushed. Not always, but often. The bed, mattress, bedding was flush against the air heater/cooler. It did not burn while we were there.

The check-in service was good, thought. But only the check-in.

I had to rate it low due to how cheap the bed and blankets are. They were able to accommodate me another room when the original room I booked has a strong sewage odor. Maybe it’s normal in tx, but there’s roaches. It’s relatively cheap place and very dirty environment. I would not recommend. But it was close to bellaire

Would have given a zero. They scammed me out of $200 by cancelling my reservation after I told them not to. Never saw the room, but the property was scary with a broken-down security car in the parking lot and heavy plexiglass window for check-in. Unpleasant staff.

The motel is run down and old as hell but service was excellent. The lady who took care of us was a happy soul and i loved that part.

Waited for 20 minutes at front desk before someone came. Room was not very clean, mold in shower, hole in bathroom wall, and power went out about 9pm and came back on at 11 pm. Hotel was the only thing with no power. Surrounding businesses had lights still on.

There was no elevator. I carried my luggage three flights of stairs. The security was rude and didn’t speak English.

The place was not up to part. The hotel didn't looked safe. I had my two granddaughters 7 and 9 I was charge extra for them.Check out time at 11:00 am they didn't knock and was walking in at 10:00 to clean the room.

The room was full of cockroaches and bugs. Never had this bad experience with these hotel. Please remove this hotel even as listing in Expedia app. I have the videos and pictures as well which I showed to the stuff but never took action.

U get what u pay for

It was a run down flop house. I highly suspect there is traficking out of there. The door to our room couldn't open and it didn't seal. Room was full of mosquitos. There were no towels. It felt like a punishment huat being in the room. Not as represented. We left and found somewhere else to stay. Don't go there.

In my previous stay the room i was given had no security dead bolts in the doors and i gave them a negative reporting on this safety issues. When went to check in the following week the manager said my truck stinks and would not check me in

I parked my truck in front away from other patrons. I do this because my truck is used for farm work the manager would not check me in because they said my truck smelled. In feel like this was retaliation because of the negative review in gave the hotel from my previous stay. The roam had no security dead bolts on the door

They pulled out a red flag with my id. With other girl . They couldn’t say what I did. I never stayed there. I once put my id for one guy worked for me that stayed there though back then I didn’t hear anything about a problem. They didn’t let me in at 1:30-2am. Day did not help with the refund

The price service charge was added without my knowledge. The description said all service fees included which they weren’t. The pics of the listing were way off. The ceiling literally was coming down and would fall off when you lifted it. The staff were great and the cleanliness was great but the paint was peeling the hot water in shower didn’t work. I had use the sink “military bath”. It was pretty quiet and I slept well just know those are outdated pics

The staff were truly genuinely kind people. We were only there one night but i would recommend this hotel before i ever recommended any other hotels in the area.

Easy check in. Quiet night. Room was a little cool without a heater working but that's the worst of it. No complaints

Upon arrival I had to wait a couple minutes in the front lobby but was then greeted by a nice lady who checked me in. She gave the room 228 if I remember correctly and needless to say this room was in horrible condition. The key reader for the door wouldn’t even work properly and surprisingly the staff members were walking around the property right as I was trying to enter. It finally had flashed green so I tried to open the door but it still remained shut. This was when a staff member came up and took over from there and eventually got it to open. There were roaches, the microwave did not work and the room smelled like it had smoke in it but not of cigarettes. The restroom was leaking and felt humid inside and as the night went on the door continued having problems to open. The lady who checked me in even came up to open the door for me again when I requested a new key because it kept flashing red. Also another red flag was when asked if someone was going to be in the room with me they wanted that persons ID but I can’t provide something I don’t have so that was left alone. Out of a 1-10 rating I’d give 4.5/10

This hotel is placed in an extremely bad and unsafe location. This area is known for prostitutes walking the streets. Even though there are attempts to detour the prostitutes by law enforcement, the hotel itself is very run down and not upkept. It only have a stairway of up to 3 floors which do not consider persons with disability. Entering the room makes you not want to be there and enjoy your stay because of the interior/exterior conditions of the place. Definitely will not return!

Carpets is very old, smelling, very dirty, they're needed to be change. Some of cockroaches under beds, behind the cabinets, chairs and under basin.

The space was fine for the time being, but the light in the bathroom did not work and the floor was dirty. There was also roaches coming out of the furniture, very disgusting especially when I had a toddler around.

Had roaches. When I did let housekeeping in they didn't clean the toilet, the shower nor did they sweep or mop the floors. The mattress was also in need of being switched out.

I told her thats the room rate for single bed? But she said its $70. I have a receipt fod $60. Now i came nack tonight i was refused service because the lady stafd Mexican was racists against asia people

I can honestly say the staff here is amazing. They are polite and friendly, but most of all they are willing to work with you and that's what I appreciate the most.

You get what you pay for! It wasn’t as bad as the reviews made it seem! The shower was nice the beds were clean, the room had a fridge and microwave! The lady at the front desk was polite! The area does smell very dank but that didn’t bother me

Everything went alright

The hotel was quiet and in a good spot of Houston. You want a cheap clean hotel is the "center of Houston", this a good hotel. The property could use some renovations, and I wish they had a did a better job with providing cleaner towels, three of my towels had like black stains on them.

My stay here was peaceful and friendly. I was able to put my vehicle with my belonging in the truck safely no theft whatsoever. Also there was security guard in the night time that’s as very active which made me and my fiance feel better. I would stay here again ! Clean restroom, big comfortable bed, refrigerator works perfectly & microwave as well. Air conditioning was good. No smell or stains everywhere it was great for its price and area!!
