Always a quality stay with excellent amenities and friendly staff.

My family loves the Omni we go at least once a month or every other month for a staycation. The kids love the pool. The food is great. Drinks are great.

The property was great. Its really clean, it has a nice pool, a café, a bar, whiskey lounge, spa and a club. It has just about everything for a great stay or a getaway.

Location and staff Bathrooms. Outdated. If you weren’t out of your room by 10 AM, then you didn’t get your room cleaned. The cleaning service just disappeared and never came back multiple times.

The grounds are clean. Front desk is amazing and the Spa is relaxing. This was the first time we stayed were room service was almost 2 hours late getting the food to us, the in room menu doesn't function as there were changes with increased prices for the exact same things (renamed the burger from 44 Farm to Bourbon burger with a 6 increase in cost) the breakfast is honestly like any other higher end hotel since they no longer offer omelets to order a d is $25.00 Even with this we will be back just go outside to eat. Oh yeah just an FYI....there is no fridge in the room. My husband is diabetic so we had to out his insulin in a bucket of ice.

I love staying at Omni Hotels when we travel but this Houston location need major run upgrades thr bed skirts always look dirty the fabric shower curtains are horrible they look dirty rhe lamps shades even have stains...Please upgrade the rooms and clean the bathrooms better

The environment was absolutely great—very calm and peaceful. There were also many other hotels and restaurants nearby, which made it really convenient without feeling crowded. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Alex, who was especially kind, attentive, and extremely service-minded. We truly appreciated his help! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. What I didn’t like was having to pay for the late check-out.

Omni Houston is a solid hotel with large, comfortable rooms, quiet and friendly staff. It was clean and perfect for our two night stay.

Love the location. The staff makes the place special. Also love the black swans! Our room was very warm. A technician came up and it did get better, but still remained somewhat warm. However, we were given a credit which we very much appreciated.

Hotel was clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. However the amenities at the hotel were meh. For example, no mini fridge in the room, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Luckily I pack my own but geez it’s an Omni Hotel! We are a family of 4 and there was only sets of 2s, for instance 2 towels, we had to call each night for additional towels and coffee since they only stocked it the first day. It’s also the World Cup, they have a wonderful pool and outside area but it wasn’t staffed. If you wanted a drink you needed to go inside pass the lobby to order. This place could really be a 5 star but is missing the details .

This hotel used to be so beautiful and a relaxing getaway but now much of the glamour is gone and the decor appears dated. The lobby is plain and boring. We stayed for three nights for a graduation but not sure I would travel to this hotel again.

Nice property in a very good location. We were there for niece's graduation and were minutes from everything. Quiet except for pool area can get rowdy.

We went for a wedding and it was a good time. If you don’t have a car you’ll mostly be limited to what’s up the street and within the hotel, but it’s mostly versatile. The rooms were not updated yesterday or anything, but they were done well and they were very clean and maintained.

Staff were friendly! I forgot some essential stuff, but they had toothpaste, mouthwash and toothbrushes!!! That was helpful!

The Omni was very nice and very convenient. The staff was amazing and made the trip. They were extremely helpful and friendly from the time you checked into the time you left anywhere from the front desktop to the valet, offering water in that heat at every opportunity would stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with wonderful staff. Super great place for out of town guests for a wedding or a wedding itself!!

It's a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Houston tucked away however, fun night club and great pool

They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful for our anniversary. We will come back every year!

The setting was relaxing with nice grounds

Very nice heated pool. Hotel was nice. Be aware that it is not within walking distance of restaurants or bars. But Ubers are easy. If you want a city view be sure to get a room on the east side. On the west side, get a room overlooking the pool, not a parking garage which is at the south end. We were hoping to visit the Black Swan club in the hotel, but it was closed for a special occasion. Bar and restaurant are OK but nothing to write home about

The hotel was good, however the hotel did not have electricity the first night we stayed there.

The rooms are clean for the most part , I wouldn’t say they’re paying attention to every little detail. There was hair through out our restroom, and a stained bed skirt.

The property is beautiful giving a resort feel, the staff is attentive and very friendly. The spa is it’s on little heaven tucked away within another part of the property. I am already looking into my booking my next visit with them.

The room was clean but had a slight musty odor. The front desk staff was outstanding but the valet staff was not impressive at all. They did not help me with my luggage. They weren’t very friendly or helpful. The food was excellent! And so was the bar. For the nightly cost, this hotel is OK, the front desk staff made my experience Good overall. I would rate 7.5/10

Staff very friendly and professional

Bar staff in the lobby bar are inattentive and poorly trained. I waited 20+ minutes for a martini on a Sunday evening around 8:30pm when there were only two other customers in the bar. When my drink finally arrived it was unsinkable as the bartender clearly did not know the ingredients for a dirty martini or how it is made. I would expect better staff performance at an upper end hotel.

We were only here for one night so we didn't experience the entirety of the hotel. However, loved the grounds, it was quiet in our room and everyone was very friendly.

Our stay at the Omni is always wonderful. I will say, though that our room did not have a refrigerator and was a little outdated, but the overall facility is wonderful.

Needs lots of renovations. Upgrade the TV, carpets and include room fridge and microwave

The condition of the property is very unkept and old. As a Omni property I had a higher expectation but it was below standards. Old rooms, dark and outdated hallways. Would not stay here again. It was also very expensive.

Everything was perfect except for the parking garage and price... I had to pay before exiting the garage but had to go inside bcz it was included in the hotel charge so if I didnt check I would have been charged twice

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is truly trying to serve. They will let you get a crib or rollaway bed in your room. You can also request microwave and fridge if needed. The valet team was great.

Some of the negative, water bottles were delivered in a garbage bag and put on the table, no refrigerator in room where there should have been one.

It’s a nice hotel unfortunate that the Omni has no free coffee station, especially on the weekend. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order, pay and receive coffee. Only one bartender/barista making coffees. It’s a nice hotel but this is very inconvenient if you just want to grab a coffee.

Beautiful scenery around hotel. Staff seemed mildly welcoming and didn’t even look up when departing and dropping key off. Pools beautiful.
