Not a very good neighborhood. Homeless around area, no security on property, loud music from cars till late at night. However staff at desk was friendly.

The friendliness of the staff. The fact that the AC is so close to the bed head. The direction on the furniture should be rearranged. .

Nothing The room was terribly small, dank, and musty. I paid for two night but was so unhappy that I checked out less than 24 hours later. I requested a refund for the one night I was not staying but my request was denied. The hotel in person is very disappointing.

My family stayed at this hotel from June 28 to June 29 while traveling to Houston for the FIFA World Cup. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and its service. However, on the morning of June 29, I discovered that the right rear tire of my vehicle had been punctured by a large nail while it was parked in the hotel parking lot. A tire technician later confirmed that the nail had caused sidewall damage and that the tire should be replaced. What disappointed us most was the hotel's response. When my wife reported the incident, the front desk repeatedly stated that the hotel was not responsible before reviewing any surveillance footage or conducting an investigation. I understand that accidents can happen anywhere. My concern is simply that reports of potential safety hazards should be taken seriously and investigated. I hope Expedia will share this feedback with the hotel so that similar incidents can be prevented in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. As a loyal Expedia customer, I value the quality and reliability of the accommodations offered through your platform, and I hope this feedback will help improve future guest experiences. Sincerely, Gabriel A Loyal Expedia Customer

The Stuff was really kind and helpful and understand, why I want to leave earlier (Two days booked, but just stay one night). The room was dirty (floor had crusty rests of the hosted persone before). The hallway smalls bad (cigarettes, etc.) and the room itself smells moldy. It´s really loud in the rooms. I really tried to give them a chance, that´s why I stayed the one night, but the mold in the bathroom and the general facility conditions was so bad, that I decide to left it earlier. They should first updatet and clean the rooms (A pest control professional is generally recommended after reviewing prior comments). Fortunately, there were no unwanted pests in my room, but I did not want to risk it.

Room was full of roaches ever one under my pillow when I turned down the bed. I spent the night trying to kill them and left at 4:30 Am.
- 5/5
Every time I call to set up a reservation from desk is always very helpful. The main reason I stay is to be close to the medical center for my doctor's appointments. The shuttle driver is awesome and very accommodating. Every time I check in it feels like i am at home with the rooms that provide a kitchen prep and cook , my own food.

The staff was very friendly ! Rooms were clean and check in and out was a breeze! Parking was plentiful and the location is perfect ! Will be back soon

Spacious room. Clean place
- 3/5
The room was cleanish. The tub had a permanent liner sticking on w some debris under the edges. Bad caulking job on tub and elsewhere . 2-3 fully cracked tiles in bathroom. In a not real nice part of town but they have a gate and security. No breakfast. The pool was closed. I reserved 2 queens, I arrived and they did not have 2queens available. The staff was helpful and nice. I believe some ppl have been going there for years and it is cost effective short term housing. I would stay if I had to. Honestly when I walked in, a lady with an abdominal binder and unbuttoned shirt was coming in showing her abdomen and binder— making it seem really ghetto. I couldn’t wait to come home. Nice frig n kitchenette set up.
- 4/5
Comfortable, felt safe, loved the shuttle service! I wish there was a breakfast.

I killed 2 roaches and a spider. We had to beg for towels, the only way you could get more towels was to turn the other ones in. The building smelled old and stale. Other than that it was in a convenient location to get to the Medical Center.
- 5/5
My family and I loved our stay! Staff and everyone were nice and respectful we will book again our next stay!
- 4/5
When we checked in, we were not informed of a Security deposit requirement was just deducted from my account. The was too firm and uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep, had to sleep on the couch. The TV remote had no cover for the battery and it didn't work very well, we gave the front desk and informed them the problem and when we came back from our appointments the other clerk said there was nothing there and no note was left about it. Told us to check if they had taken it up to our room and if not to call and let them know. Well, no remote and dead phone is all we had, had to unplug the TV to shut it off. Even if we complain, this world is full of uncaring people and take no pride in themselves and their job. All they want is the money.
- 2/5
I booked 2 queen suites that were supposed to have a kitchen and neither one of the rooms had one so my coworkers that stayed in the room weren’t pleased
- 5/5
Everything about this place wonderful!!!! I would highly recommend a visit here.

the hot water was down and they should do the maintanance without interupting guest life.

The staff was wonderful but we did have to buy roach spray I think they have a problem because it's long stay.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, clean rooms
- 3/5
Why not just install a straight shower?
- 3/5
Only one ceramic coffee cup and 2 paper coffee cups. Shampoo & conditioner but no body wash in bathroom. The mattress was very soft & bouncy.
- 4/5
Easy parking, few things for cooking. I didn’t need to use kitchen during my stay.
- 5/5
Way nicer than I thought free hot coffee and cold water in the lobby 24 hours room was clean with the tub of kitchenette and a little patio
- 4/5
I got in very late and was only here for a few hours to sleep but the staff was friendly and quick with the check in! Room was spacious and clean. Great for the price and this area of town.
- 3/5
Came across a few crawlers in the restroom once we turned on the light.
- 3/5
Simple, convenient location but needs some updating.
- 3/5
Saw and killed a baby cockroach in the bathroom.
- 2/5
Stayed here because of location, shuttle bus, and "soundproof" rooms. Shuttle bus doesn't run on weekends, screaming child next door / load noises in the hallways at night hardly muffled by the walls / doors, toilet backed up and staff had no way to fix it (no plunger) as they only had one they couldn't find, light dimmed when AC struggled to turn on. Hide-a-bed wouldn't lie flat and was very squeaky with minimal movements. You couldn't pay me to sleep there again.
- 1/5
My room was never cleaned. I found roach in the kitchen area. I can never return here again.
- 2/5
Not a good location, no resturants close, staff was not real friendly for a business that should accommodate to customers, bed was soft, sheets were thin, and you rolled to the middle. They did provide pots pans and utensils in the room was a good size. We had stayed there before and they served breakfast, that was one reason we stayed this time, but they no longer have breakfast.
- 3/5
Also noted three occasions three different roaches in room 214. Rooms were clean but obviously they have a big issue and I will NOT be staying again.
- 3/5
Old and stuffy.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and responsive. Location wasn't central but it was close enough to the main arteries to get where we needed to go.
- 1/5
The first night of our state that my truck was stolen from their parking lot they were very unhelpful, trying to help us recover the vehicle end up having to get Ubers everywhere and having to extend our stay because we couldn’t get home on time
- 1/5
Staff was friendly. But i dint recommend anyone staying here.
- 3/5
This place is cheap, but the inside environment is not clean. Plus it has bad odors.
- 3/5
Staff was super courteous and helpful the location was close to the MD Anderson Center. We had roaches in our room and when we flushed the toilet the bathroom would smell like sewage. The last day of our stay we had water coming into the light fixture in the bathroom over the toilet that would drip down. However I can't say enough nice things about all of the staff.
- 1/5
Have bed bug, durty room
- 4/5
Staff was good, room was clean but shower needed a good scrub it looked like there was mildew in the corner. The couch sunk when you sat on it. As washing machines and dryers that are going operated. The exercise room is good. The value for the price you pay was great

- 5/5
Parking was easy and secure. Beautiful lobby. Loved the little kitchen.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable, front desk was friendly would definitely stay here again!
- 2/5
Stayed 3 weeks. Had to change rooms two times. The elevator broke three days before our departure and remained inoperable. It was a pain to carry our belongings down the stairs when checking out. We had a lot of stuff. My mom was there for MD Anderson and has health problems that made it very difficult to climb the stairs. There were some positives: nice and attentive staff, comfortable beds, security guard in the parking lot, easy parking, close proximity to MD Anderson, and good value. It was the cheapest hotel we could find within a few miles of the hospital that would not break the bank for a 3 week stay. One other thing: this hotel does not have a breakfast.
- 3/5
There was hair in the bathroom left from a cleaning cloth, the phones didn't work or my TV maintenance wasn't available the chair was worn and torn and a broken door knob to the bathroom. They were very polite honest and friendly.
- 1/5
Key card disconnected 4 times over the course of my staff (less than 24 hours) causing me to have to return to the downstairs receptionists everytime it happened. Extremely inconvenient
- 3/5
Air conditioning didn’t work properly.
- 5/5
Staff and shuttle to MD Anderson both drivers were excellent!
- 5/5
Safe and family friendly
- 5/5
finest place
- 4/5
Very limited dining options, but Creole, which is just a block away is an excellent choice for their seafood and especially their gumbo!
- 4/5
Fairly close to MD Anderson and very easy to park unlike some of the other area hotels.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean but could have been more comfortable. Great experience overall.
- 1/5
The whole place smelt weird, no actual room numbers- just painters tape on the door w sharpie, ROACHES in the room, hot- no ac in the hallways and the room was super hot when we walked in and the floors were disgusting- my son walked from the bathtub to the kitchen and to the bed and his feet were already black
- 5/5
The room was great just need to remount the television or have it so it turn. From the bed it was hard to watch. Close to stadium and all my events
- 5/5
Vanessa was a real gem, when I asked her for a room with 2 beds instead of the pull out bed, she didn't hesitate one bit and had it ready for when I got back from dinner. The pull out bed needs to be replaced though.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous. Room was very clean.
- 4/5
Room was clean , staff was nice. Coffee was terrible. Either very old or to strong
- 4/5
It was overall very clean and all the staff were all professional.
- 5/5
The staff are exceptional
- 5/5
Great place, too clean and I have everything that I needed.
- 4/5
The parking was great and free! I like that it had an outdoor balcony area. The little kitchenette came in handy. I didn’t like the configuration of the room because the TV did not face the beds. The image on the TV screen was very blurry. The pool is quite small but swimming is not important to me during this stay. Overall, I really enjoyed this facility especially because it is very close to MD Anderson.
- 4/5
Staff was very polite and helpful
- 5/5
I enjoy my stay every time I come.
- 5/5
No soap in room to bath-
- 1/5
I'm clean hazardous to be around bodily. Fluids from other occupants like blood feces and throw up on mattresses and no new sheets because they were out. They did not have any towels or hot water for any of the rooms. And they said they don't know how to fix it. They refused to give my money back which I left Brighton early the next day.The only reason I stayed one night was because I had to and then I rebooked with you guys and you said you would get my money back.I am still waiting

Marie was out house keeper this room was a 5 star for us. It was quite, gated and over all 100% the best place. We will always come back here. Also close to the hospital and may things to do. AMAZING Place. We where going to stay for one night but we stayed an extra 2 nights

- 3/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. Full kitchenette was nice. Flooring in bathroom was coming up. There was a musty smell. Ants in the room.
- 1/5
This property is full of roaches. Absolutely disgusting. The manager does not allow refunds or any compensation for uncleanliness/ roach infestation. Many folk have been yelling at staff for major inconveniences brought by the property. Not a safe hotel to sleep in.
- 1/5
desperate need of renovation that they claim is happening but didn't see anything. The neighborhood was super sketchy, some guy was arrested in the parking lot for harassing guests. People were sitting in the hallways of various floors just hanging out, not sure if they were guests or not, did not look like it.
- 4/5
The place was great with an exception. They ran out of towels every day. We couldn’t get clean towels even when we did every other day. Having to go buy our own towels was disappointing.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 2/5
Room wasn’t clean. They didn’t give us our agreed upon room with two queen beds. We had one queen bed and a sofabed instead.
- 3/5
Everything was nice.
- 1/5
Bugs, car break-ins, bathrooms were not services hence no fresh towels. The facility to be rated as two star not three star. Feels like families live in this hotel that are more than legally allowed per persons in a room.
- 5/5
It was a great stay!
- 4/5
The receptionist at check in was very helpful and reassuring. The Room was clean and big with two queen beds and pull out couch. The one issue was there was limited towels only 2 towels when I went to ask for more in the morning there was none available.
- 3/5
While it was fine for an overnight stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. It smell you can’t quite figure out what of. The room smells and the bathroom and closet smell heavily of cigarettes. So much I didn’t want to put my clothes in there for fear of smell transfer. The doors including room door don’t feel like they latch. It reminded me of a very DIY project
- 4/5
Everything thing was good except for the shower. When we took showers the bathroom would flood all the way into the the bedroom. I reported it to the front desk and the young man stated that he would let maintenance know. The way the shower is built its gonna flood every time until they redo it. There's nothing stopping water from running out. So, do not let them put you in room 104.

no secure wi-fi. phone inoperable. super small pillows. crappy bed
- 5/5
The staff are amazing! Shuttle takes you back and forth the hospital and to close dining if needed.
- 4/5
My room definitely had bugs
- 5/5
$70 a night with a kitchenette! Outstanding staff were available night and day. The floors, water pressure
- 1/5
Manager is unresponsive to any concerns. Denied stay to an 18 yr old but would not issue a refund or provide documentation stating that he was not allowed to stay due to age restriction. It was an honest mistake but the manager refused to issue a refund or respond with the information requested. I’ve never experienced this type of unprofessionalism by a manager of an organization. This person should not be a manager.
- 1/5
Would never stay there again bugs dont do refunds if they mess up your account.
- 4/5
It is a very reasonable price for a couple of days stay. Pillows and mattress is not comfortable. Quiet but safe environment.
- 1/5
The front staff was very rude when I tried to explain something . Did not appreciate it the rudeness will never go back got charged twice for hotel room don’t know if will get back the differences
- 1/5
The a/c stopped working so we couldn't sleep the whole night and the new people are not good at understandin. I was trying to recheck in and was prepaid room but was telling me I owed taxes but all that was included on my receipt from my prepay..
- 3/5
I have stayed here numerous times. Hotel is in need of remodeling but that appears to be ongoing. The shuttle was in the shop during this trip but hotel provided complimentary uber.
- 4/5
Motel was clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
We stayed in a 2 queen bed with a pullout couch. First room pull out couch was beyond broken that it didn’t even open. Could not find front receptionist for a good 15mins, as she left the area and didn’t leave a sign or notice that she would be returning. Once back she changed us rooms with fixed pull out bed but room was infested with roaches coming out of different areas. Would never return.
- 5/5
Perfect Place To Stay For A Concert Or Sporting Event!
- 3/5
They charged $100 refundable deposits without letting us know first. The first room we were put in had roaches everywhere. We asked for a different room, and the receptionist was so nice and switched us to a newly remodeled room. The remodeled room had a large gas at the floor and the door, but didn’t see roaches scattering. Staff was great. Accommodations weren’t.
