High crime police were in and out for guess, room were ok but full of roaches all over

Towels were stained, chair at table had stains and smelled bad, tv kept cutting off during a show, room service was bad, person standing near my door offered me drugs, people walking up and down yelling, I will not be staying again anytime soon.

It was convenient to the highway food and gas The yelling and fight all hrs of the night, the roaches, the hair in the shower. Stepping in dog poo while trying to get in my car.

The room was ok clean but everything was broken or very very old the shower had rust in it the bathroom door handle was missing, and the tv remote was missing , also there is a lot of homeless people just hanging out around the property all night doing nothing like zombies just be careful if you risk staying here with kids

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. After checking in and receiving our room key, we headed to our room and immediately noticed that the outside of the hotel was not well maintained. As we walked down the hallway, there was a strong odor of dog urine that made the area very unpleasant. Near our room, we noticed several puddles of water. When we arrived, our room door was already partially open, which was concerning. As soon as we walked in, we noticed muddy shoe prints throughout the room, as if someone had walked through the water and then into our room. The prints were especially noticeable in the bathroom because of the flooring. To make things worse, the towels were so old that they no longer looked white. The mattress was also worn out, you could see and feel that it had sunk in over time. The following morning, we walked downstairs and noticed fresh dog urine on the stairs and hallway, and the smell was even worse than the day before. To top it all off, on our last night we saw 5 cockroaches in our room and one of them was inside my shoe. This hotel is in desperate need of cleaning, maintenance and overall care. Unfortunately, this was the worse hotel experience I have ever had.

Do not come here. 149 had holes in the bath tub area.

First of all, I would like to thank the front desk team. Since I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in before the standard check-in time and were very helpful throughout the process. I’d like to briefly describe my overall experience. Unfortunately, many things in the room were either broken, outdated, dirty, or in poor condition. The paint was peeling in several areas, and the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I even had to buy new towels and ended up sleeping on my own clothes because I did not feel comfortable using the sheets provided. I booked this hotel based on the photos shown online, but the reality was completely different from what was advertised. However, the hotel’s surroundings and common areas felt very unsafe. There were many people openly engaging in drug-related activity and prostitution. One evening, while walking to my room, a man stopped me and asked for money. He told me that if I paid him, he would “protect” me from others in the area. Experiences like this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Every morning and evening, I felt anxious when leaving my room. Throughout the night, there were constant screams, arguments, and people crying outside, making it very difficult to feel secure or get proper rest. It is disappointing that hotel management appears unable to address these issues. I came with the simple expectation of having a place to sleep, but this situation was entirely different. Just look for other places

We got a room for 3 days and the front desk literally gave us a room that someone had already stayed in towels were all used and wet the floors werent swept or mopped the fridge had roaches the room had roaches crawling everywhere even up to my bed ... they have all kinds of people who do drugs running around some guy was trying to rape some girl outside she was yelling rape then another guy was trying to beat up someone else yelling really loud infront of our room so if you from the trenches then that hotel is PERFECT for you DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND

The room is I created with roaches. The phone wasn’t even connected to the outlet. There was blood splatter on the bathroom door. On top dirt and grease that looks like the place hasn’t been clean in a month. The night stands are about to fall off the wall. The tv is cracked. Took them 2 days to finally fix the tv. They refused to move us to a downstairs room due to my wife’s seizures. The guy during the day time is rude and always has attitude. The door doesn’t close all the way and the lock is super lose. And the AC is an asthma attack waiting to happen. There are no filters and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. I really hate making complains, but when I’m paying $65 a night, I want to sleep in comfort, a clean room and not have to worry about getting sick.

The rooms weren’t not clean I had blood stains on the floor. I took a video as well pictures of the blood. In the parking lot was a used condom with semen still in it. Woke up to roaches greeting me. I like how they have a smoking room and pets stay for free. Overall I can’t complain much.

there was a dog that kept coming to my door and management thought was mine, and tried to open my door to put it in my room. house keeping didn't come to exchange towels, and the manager accused me of lying about it until he went and watched the video.

Parking is ok but the room was horrible. It had roaches everywhere. The bedsheets had burn holes in them. The showerhead barely work the mini fridge had rust all over it. It was rest on the ceiling do not recommend.

The property felt unsafe immediately upon arrival, with loitering individuals watching guests and suspicious activity around the motel. In the back parking area, there were visible bullet holes on exterior doors that had not even been repaired. Foul decay odors surrounding property. The first room had a strong mold/mildew and smoke odor, excessive dust, roaches, stained bedding, broken furniture, and large gashes in the ceiling with visible mold and exposed wiring. The pillowcases had brown stains on both sides, and the comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes. Roaches were visible in the room and bathroom area. After I complained, staff showed me a second room that initially looked slightly better, but roaches soon fell from the ceiling. The room also had a missing smoke detector with exposed wires, no proper door seal, and no functioning security latch, making it feel extremely unsafe. I was traveling with my minor child and did not feel safe staying under these conditions. I immediately requested a refund and did not stay overnight, but management refused to refund the charge because I had briefly used the restroom and was in the room for about 10 minutes.

The room was not up to standard, the bathroom smelled like a sewage. The pillows had stains on them, the microwave was nasty and did not work. The only positive thing I can say it was better than sleeping on the street. I would not recommend this place I ended up going to the Candlewood Suites in Stanford, TX.

No one was in the lobby or answering the phone. I called 6 times but had to go next door for a room. The manager offered no refund so I lost a nights cost. Dirty and run down very unpleasant looking. I'd like a refund of the lost 57$

The water was running low and no hot water in both of my rooms thr they turned the water off and didn't tell us I had 3 kids in the room 11,4,3 years not happy at all then took 52.00 extra dollars off my card

Room had a strong urine smell. The room was in very poor shape, several items were falling apart or damaged. A/C system was loud and sounded like it was getting ready to go out. Property was not secured parking, and signs clearly stated that you park at your own risk, and that the property would not be accountable if your vehicle was damaged or broken into.

Room was nasty. Dope heads and dealers in the courtyard area. I don’t know what they took pictures of on the listing but it definitely wasn’t this hotel. Had a massive cockroach on the sink more crawling and smashed on the walls. Didn’t even shower there because the bathroom was so nasty. Room reeked of mold. If it wouldn’t have been so late when I finally got the the hotel I would have went somewhere else. I slept fully clothed on top of the bedding and hung my bag from the shower curtain rod to minimize bugs getting on my bag. Find anywhere else to stay than here.

This place had roaches and it was an extremely far drive away from my workplace,there were people standing outside all night with noise and look to be drug dealers all around,smelled like urine and ac unit didn’t work for heater and it was freezing in the room,front desk clerk was very rude when I asked questions,I would not recommend this place to anyone

Considering it's a budget motel, surprisingly the room itself was clean and great channels to watch on TV. HOWEVER, I would recommend not being put in the back where folks hanging out, smoking marijuana. If you're on a budget and need a decent place to stay I recommend.

Dirty room and shower, shower has pee stains and smells like pee. Dead bugs on walls and floor. Blood on the restroom door, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Bed sheets were dirty and stained, the mattress was horrible and literally on its last thread, ac didn’t work, NASTY NASTY NASTY. the pictures on the web are false advertisement, the rooms and lobby look nothing like that. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have booked the room. And the rooms are NON REFUNDABLE!!!

We requested for non smoking room and the rooms we got smells like smoke. We asked for asked for a non smoking room at the reception but I was told that that’s the best room they got.

We arrive late so I understand the wait but the employee had us in the lobby for 10 full minutes before he came out. We went to see the room and the stench of feces and rotted flesh was overpowering. We told the attendant at the desk and he said ‘Best I can do is spray perfume’. We had to switch to a different room and no discounts were offered. I didn’t stay. The system was down because of a lightning strike so apparently there is no way to check people in without the system. Apparently the motel next door doesn’t have that problem as I was able to stay there.

Seemed like people were doing drugs. A guy looked like he was off something just roaming the property. First room we were offered had mold on the bathtub, second one we got offered before getting out of there IMMEDIATELY seemed there was bed bugs and the bed sheets had holes in it. Stay the furthest away you can from this place.

It was a good room very reasonable.

There were bugs. The whole room was in such bad shape. Went to turn the bathtub on, the knob fell off. Bathtub was dirty. It needs a total makeover. Front desk young man was awesome! He did offer me to look at the room first but I had been in the road for 19 hrs & was tired.

This is a low budget hotel understandably not in very good condition, unfortunately the guest that inhabit this hotel are low life people with problems felt very unsafe i had to call cops for neighbors holding a gun and knockinon door

To start off, the inside door handle was missing the piece to where you could see all the wiring inside of it which didn’t make you feel that safe. Next was the water in the shower it was extremely burning hot no matter which way you turned it only the first to seconds is when it was cold enough to use it but the worst and scariest part about it was on our check out day which our time to check out was 11 but 15 min till 11am there was someone trying to legitimately break our door down and get in. It was so scary they weren’t saying anything so we don’t know if it was a worker or crackhead from the street but they were banging with all their strength and lifing up and pulling down on the handle. they finally left then came back for round 2. we didnt wanna walk out because we were so scared.

No frills, no problems. I wanted an inner city vacation/ getaway and that’s exactly what I got.

The swimming pool however was clean even tho I didn't utilize it .. The price thru Expedia was really budget friendly to make it worthwhile. I will visit again. Thank You.

Refused me service and told me I didn’t have a reservation with them even though I showed them the proof that I did and the fact that they took my phone and looked at my reservation still wanted to lie to my face and tell me that I did not have one. The fact is I did have one and they refused me service. Only served to pisssd me off.

Good motel. Check In was fairly quick. The rooms were clean. The staff respected my privacy for the week while I was there. The only issue I had was with the woman who was working the desk the morning I checked out. You would think that after being there for a week, with no issues, that she would have at least appreciated me enough as a customer, to allow me to check out at 12 instead of 11, but she flat out refused. Overall I’d definitely stay here again tho

Cozy bed .. had a table and chair ... Updated nice TV with satellite 📡 Strong WiFi only the HEAT did not work Problem is the unruly inconsiderate guests that appear to LIVE here. I won't get into details but their ruckus shouldn't be tolerated. My key card had me locked out in the morning for a bit ..but the staff is cool.. Overall I liked the room I would say request a room towards front of the property.

It is not a safe location at all. There were tons of people hanging around outside. The lock on the inside of the door had been busted. The bathroom sink faucet was falling off. Save yourself, do not even try it.

Due to the poor lighting guy was unable to see a hole that was made in the middle of the gazebo floor and fell straight through bruised both my legs from the incident. Also, wouldn’t hurt to hire a security guard or 10 oh, the grounds could be picked up after a little bit more and the building sure to use an upgrade

The ac is not at all what a hotel room should feel like but the guy Tony that checked me in was awesome very helpful. The price is really good. The pool is nice haven't been in it yet tomorrow we will get in it. And the towels are really stained up ..Bleach would be there best friend... The bed is comfy. Overall better than the last one me and my son stayed at. It was studio 6 off of I-10 by market Street and I ordered online I was wanting the hotel 6 with just open but it's a little bit more and it was booked tonight but when they're fully booked that tells you something don't ever stay at that place and even if you pay when you get there they will try to charge you even if you booked online so watch it but this place so far is good so yay

Well, Im not very impressed um me & me husband are here due to needing shelter & it's affordable. How I was told it was $320 weekly then my card was ran for $338.55 and of course it was declined & that was due to I only had $320 on the card cause that's What I was told it would be. The first night I checked in I asked to switch rooms cause tv was hanging off the wall and roaches were every where I was told no I couldn't change rooms ,I could have my money back and go somewhere else. The gentleman that checked me in the first night also informed me that all the rooms had roaches . There's drug little drug baggies and tops for needles all on the ground . Prostitution is rampit if you have to stay at this dump I highly suggest not to bring your children.
