Great place to stay!

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Hotel staff were also very helpful. The hotel restaurant had a good variety of food and the meals I had were excellent.

Quiet It was fine

The hot water was inconsistent. I needed change for a $100 and asked the front desk. They told me they couldn’t break it and to head to the restaurant. The restaurant told me to go to the front desk…not very helpful. And they didn’t service the room so when I returned in the late evening my bed was unmade, there was no coffee and the towels were wet. I also stayed at the Marriott Marquis on this trip and it was WAY better. Definitely a 4 star as described.

Came to Houston for my birthday and Christina at the front desk was very kind and upgraded me and my husband to a premium king suite.We had a nice little view of downtown and the sun beam perfectly in our room. The were a few stains on the carpet and the outlets near the bed needed cleaning but other than that, it was a nice spacious room. Nice location downtown as well. We also love the free wine at the front desk and little hors d’oeuvres the chef brought up to check in area. We will stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff, subtle musty smell everywhere, dated room with electrical fixtures falling out of the wall, and plumbing fixtures (toilet manly) not working properly. Great restaurant on the first floor. Drunk crowds in elevators going to/from the rooftop bar in the evening.

The staff was top tier; no complaints there. The property needs a refresh to the rooms otherwise I’ll be back. Felt safe walking around the hotel did utilize the bar for breakfast. Not bad.

Great location for House of Blues concert, really modern and beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant downstairs and their breakfast was exceptional! Be sure to add the breakfast option on while booking. It was just $25 for us both and it was fantastic!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Le Meridian. The first time it was a random hotel through Hotwire. We loved it so much that the second time we chose the hotel specifically.

Nice clean hotel & Staff was so friendly

Room was great. Great location. Great food and drinks connected to the hotel. Only drawback was you had to valet or park in the parking garage that charged and wasn’t connected to the hotel. No pool but had a rooftop bar and restaurant/bar on the first floor.

It’s a bit old and needs renovations. Average service. Due to some oversight, my room was not cleaned or tidied up. The room door had been renovated, but the finishing work was left undone(picture). Sad.

Rooftop was closed to rain but the bottom bar was still open and the staff was amazing from checking in to checking out.

The staff was very courteous. And check-in, we were given to a complementary drink tickets for the rooftop bar, which was nice.

EVERYTHING WAS NICE

It looks like a nice European boutique-style hotel, but it’s just a Marriott with a cheap, polyester beret. No real amenities to speak of, the food is low quality and cheap. Bad attitude with Marlén at the front desk. Just a gross place.

The stay was outstanding. My only complaint is that no one advised me that the rooftop would close before 2am if the weather temperatures changes.

We spent our time at Le Meredien after purchasing tickets for a highly anticipated concert. The staff were friendly and engaged in small talk whenever they saw us. The rooms were both clean and spacious. However, I was taken aback by the overnight parking fee of $69. Also, I suggest having dinner before settling in for the night, as we didn't and ended up buying two turkey sandwiches from the restaurant downstairs for $40. So, consider grabbing dinner before returning to the hotel for the evening. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable.

The room was spotless and the customer service was excellent.

The room was clean and nice. We went to the wine restaurant and they wanted to sit us at a dirty table or squish us at a table between two others. The hostess acted annoyed that we weren't happy with those options, so we just left. The rooftop bar didn't open at more than an hour after the rain stopped.

Staff were great, no hot water for ages, floor 19 had to wait 15 mins to get any… room sometimes was stocked with coffee or cups had to phone down a lot to get what I wanted. Breakfast room was freezing when only a few guest there, maybe didn’t want to put heating on! Food was good though! Disappointed in the basics not being offered, especially when staying for 17 days.

The hotel was awesome. We didnt get to try out the upstairs bar because of the weather, but hopefully next time.

Emily, the receptionist at the front desk made us feel more than welcome! This is a beautiful hotel! I came here for my birthday just for the rooftop restaurant but they were not open. I really don’t have any complaints because everything was so amazing besides, clean the showers better! Even though one thing went wrong I still have to give 5 stars and that speaks volumes !

This hotel has very loud music in the entrance and lobby area. It made it a little uncomfortable to be talking above the music.

Tried to upsell valet when the hotel is surrounded with more affordable parking garages. I arrived late around 10p and I was checked into an unclean room with a bed that had been used and bathroom recently used. After informing them I was switched to a different room with nothing but a sorry. No comp or consideration. Probably not staying again especially when you can get the same expected quality for the same price nearby.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Houston Downtown for my birthday. While check-in with the gentleman working Wednesday night felt a bit rushed and slightly unsettling, the rest of my stay was excellent. The complimentary room upgrade, birthday recognition, beautiful views, and unbeatable downtown location made the stay perfect overall. I would definitely consider returning.

Great location—only four blocks from the George R. Brown Convention Center. The room was comfortable, quiet, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The only downside was that the shower floor wasn’t as well maintained as expected. We parked at the 803 Fannin Street Garage and had no issues. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

I was walking in my room in socks and stepped into a wet puddle. After walking back turning on the light I noticed it was a vomit. It looked liked they tried to clean it but it was still outlined, wet, and smelled.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. The only weird thing was peppermint shampoo, cilantro conditioner, and sage body wash. Other than that everything was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable.
