Not what expected from the hotel.

My girls enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool

The young woman at the reception was incredibly kind—if I could rate her as "beyond excellent," I would. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.

I don’t know I was on the third floor. The elevator didn’t work and also the whole floor smelled like mildew. Got up that morning went to breakfast in the staff was super rude and almost had nothing available to eat

It was an ok stay, close to everything. Elevators didn’t with but my room was on the 1st floor

The television in the room stopped working. When I turned it on, a few minutes later, it said No Signal. I didn't mind. Other than that, I had a great experience.

The hotel smelled like pee pee and a roach ran across my Tv. Also the breakfast in the morning made me so sick. And then my door in my room didnt lock so i was on edge all night.

The hotel is very clean. The room is big. The air conditioner is cold. I especially like the complimentary breakfast and free coffee all day long.

The only decent thing at this hotel was the swimming pool. Upon arrival the lobby smelt like mildew. The elevator stopped working several times and we had to take the stairs. The elevator also was not clean the first night. The blanket had a large yellow stain but was not noticeable until you pulled it back. The bathroom had mold and the floors looked as if they had not been mopped. The one thing that really bothered us the most was each time we exited the room our key card would not work coming back and we had to go get it reactivated every time. There were people who were not guests at the hotel who were allowed to sit in the lobby/ get drinks.

Hotel was very dirty smelled like madijuana and believe they had bed bugs as I have so many bites from the hotel.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a night, it’s a reasonable option. Just don’t expect anything fancy or luxurious. It wasn’t the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in, but for the price, it was acceptable.

The smell and the outlets didn't allow my plugs to stay plugged in. The air conditioner was SO loud when it turned on and off - the air was cool but very different to sleep due to the noise level.

This property was very clean. We even had a dog . Her food was on the floor, I never saw one roach. Breakfast was so good and worth trying. I highly recommend

The parking lot and hotel hallway had prostitutes just walking around. The walks are very thin.You can hear everything in the hallway ,shower water running, Tv ‘s on loud. It smelt horrible

We asked for a different room and they gave us one, but though it had no visible mold, it had a bad smell. We thought about finding another hotel but were exhausted from the long drive and it was getting late, so we stayed in the bad smelling room. Also, the elevator was broken and sometimes wouldn't go up, which was another annoyance. The breakfast was great, but not worth sleeping in a smelly room and mold can cause serious health issues.

The room was clean, okay service. The breakfast was running 10 minutes behind schedule. Free parking included. Overall, very basic level.

Roaches in the room and hallways. Good enough for a one night stay anything longer STAY AWAY!!! Outside of the place has been remodeled but the inside looks like they ran out funds to complete the job. I would never return nor recommend this place.

Chose this hotel because pictures showed a nice comfortable room. Once arrived it was totally different. The room had a funky smell and walls were dirty. You can also feel the springs in the bed. Remote control didn’t work and to top it off, elevator didn’t work for a while. Breakfast was okay but juices didn’t have flavor.

I woke up the next morning after staying in this hotel and my back window was busted out of my car and thousands dollars of tools had been stolen. This is a horrible neighborhood, I do not recommend staying here. The owner was great and refunded our entire stay (5days), so that was good. But this is a dangerous neighborhood.

I stayed at this hotel on July 6, 2026. Initially, I discovered it on Expedia, where the photographs appeared appealing, and the exterior looked good. However, upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor reminiscent of mothballs and stale mop water. When I approached the front desk, the attendant did not offer a greeting or inquire if I needed assistance, so I proceeded to present my identification. After checking in, I took the elevator to my designated floor, only to experience a malfunction where the elevator stopped between the second and third floors. Following this incident, my keycard failed to work, so I had to take a trip back downstairs to have it reactivated. Upon reaching my floor, I was met with a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Upon entering my room, it did not meet my expectations. The room had an unusual odor, and I noticed hair scattered on the bathroom tub and floor. Additionally, the ceiling had small black spots, and the ventilation system triggered my allergies. However, I did find that the sheets on the bed were clean and the appliances were operational. This hotel did not align with the description provided on the Expedia app. Nonetheless, if you are seeking an affordable last-minute option, I hope you find your stay enjoyable. I did notify the front desk of the incidents and nothing happened.

It’s old furniture tv did not work

The lobby smelled like dogs. There was always a 10 -20 wait to speak to someone at the front desk. The first room, the TV didn't work, and the work desk staff told me to push a few buttons in a sequence on the remote to get it to work. That didn't work. The second room, the remote didn't work, and the TV was stuck on a channel at a super loud volume when we walked into the room. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to just turn the TV off. The room was clean but had an old, dusty stench.

En la entrada habían jóvenes fumando marihuana, en el cuarto 410 habían cucarachas y decían que les iban a hechar insecticida pero nunca lo hicieron y en la 1era noche vi cómo a la persona que le dieron el cuarto de enfrente, le entregaron la llave de un cuarto que estaba ocupado! Solo escuché a la persona q estaba dormida adentro del cuarto gritar al escuchar que le abrían la puerta... todas las noche barricaba mi puerta por miedo a que fuera a entrar alguien... no me pude cambiar porque ya habíamos desempacado todo y por ser días de partido del mundial, no habían muchas opciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

El desayuno muy básico, todo era comida procesada. Las tarjetas para entrar a a los dormitorios se dañan constantemente y tienes que bajar a recepción para que las arreglen. La TV del cuarto se dañó y tuvimos que pedir ayuda. Lo único que puedo destacar es que estaba limpio, pero la estadía fue mala en general. El lugar está viejo y nada confortable.

El hotel esta viejo por lo tanto tiene mucha humedad, me enfermé en ese viaje por el moho.

The room has some fairly old amenities. The cleaning lady was very nice. Overall it was a nice stay.

Rooms need updating, bathroom was not very clean and run down. Key card was disabled after breakfast.

Staff and cleaning was not as good other hotels with the same BrandName.

I didn’t like the stuff. I had an emergency and had to leave the property around 2:30AM. And I was going to checkout but there was no body and waited for like 15 min. And never showed up.

This was the dirtiest place we have EVER stayed at and we travel year round. This was a last minute booking we needed to stay in Houston another night and I would have rather slept in my car. It was FILTHY and STINKY!!! The elevator took forever and was not in good condition. The rooms and hallways smelled so bad like dog pee!!!! The rooms are divided by old doors and someone on the other side of my door kept messing with the lock and door on their side making us feel extremely unsafe! I had to pile some suitcases in front of that door to finally fall asleep! It was also sooo loud all night long. Terrible environment. Terrible smell, sickening rooms that are NOT cleaned properly at all!!!! The smell of the entire hotel was filth and dog pee! I never leave reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. If you have a family like I do with kids, stay clear of this hotel. Also, there’s a sign at the front desk that they can charge you $250 deposit per night.

The guy on the night shift - Sal - needs some help with his personality. When I checked in I waited over 10 minutes for someone to make it to the front desk. The breakfast on the second day looked like it was just leftover from the day before 😕 the floor we were on smelled like cigarettes and weed even though there were signs everywhere that said it was a 100% smoke free facility.

Very comfortable and quiet. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Close to expressway ready to head out wherever you need to.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. I even saw roaches. Also the cord of the microwave wasn’t long enough to be plugged in. The continental breakfast wasn’t good either.

I took a cold shower on the last day. There was no hot water on the 28th to shower with in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful, though, and are utilizing whatever resources are available to them.

The place says 100% non smoking and our room smelt like cigarettes and ac odor. The sheets had stains on them, random people hair everywhere. Don’t rely on hotel necessities like shampoo, bring your own they give two squirts of shampoo. Spend a few more dollars to get a better hotel, please, the public ppl roaming outside the hotel are not normal… literally have to clutch your purse for safety and hold your keys in a certain way. My experience was not good, not choosing this place ever again. Literally was about to ditch the second night of staying, I really didn’t care if it was paid for already.

The experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were extremely humid, and upon entering, you were immediately greeted by the bathroom’s sink. I could even feel the springs in the mattress. This place is not recommended for families.

Decent hotel for the price. Not spectacular, but the breakfast was pretty good and the pool was too. We had a little trouble operating the TV. I think the remote was either low on battery or not fully synched. Microwave & fridge were unplugged when we were given the room, so had to plug them in ourselves. We were able to get early check-in, but needed to call the same morning to find out if it would be available. Nobody was available when we wanted to check out, so we had to wait for a little bit when leaving.

Roaches! We checked out the same night due to roaches were hiding behind the TV board.

This is a good option if you need to stay in this area and watching costs and you aren’t concerned with very used furniture/carpets. The staff were very friendly and also helpful. The complimentary hot breakfast was a nice amenity and stayed stocked. The elevator consistently went out, so if you’re unable to take stairs, you would need to call front desk to have it reset. I always love staying with this hotel chain because they are pet friendly.

Worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever experienced. Rooms were unbelievably dirty from questionable stains on the bed and carpet, garbage left from the previous person, stains on towels, bathroom door didn’t close, blinds didn’t close and we were in a room between 2 yappy dogs that wouldn’t stop barking even after making a complaint. Tried to enjoy the pool but no towels and dirty pool (bugs and trash in and around pool). The breakfast looked old and dry. Will never stay at a LaQuinta hotel again! It was so bad we ended up checking out early.
