Stayed here for one night and enjoyed my stay.

Stayed for the World Cup was a great hotel a bit outside of Downtown but wasn’t a probably getting to watch parties or to the stadium for the game . Staff was great , and the hotel had everything we needed .

Nice staff and good breakfast. Our only complaint was we were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. We had to take out our own trash and request towels and toilet paper several times

Great location and parking with restaurants and shopping close by. Staff members were absolutely marvelous. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked us in. He was the most polite and welcoming person I’ve EVER encountered during checkin. My wife and I travel very often and he really stood out. I can’t find any faults during our stay. Wonderful breakfast and so quiet that we joked that we were the only people in the hotel but we weren’t. This is our new hotel for our frequent Houston trips. Maybe we’ll create a trip just to come back here. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND

Overall my stay was great. The carpet wasn’t clean in my room, it had fried chicken crumbs all over the floor by the sofa and I didn’t check in til after 9pm

Overall the room was pretty clean but we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and our trash never got picked up and thrown out nor did we receive any new towels thankfully I always bring my own from home. And we looked forward to getting in the pool and hot tub and neither were functional they were both filthy. Breakfast was mediocre but it wasn’t terrible the environment was awesome and the front staff were amazing from check in to check out.

Room needs a little TLC

The staff was extremely helpful. You could tell that they took pride in the service that the hotel provides. The room was very clean and stocked. There was even a wipe provided for my shoes. I'm very impressed.

The young gentleman front desk staff is welled trained and professional. House keeping staffs welcome as they see the guests at any time. Parking space is with large lot , enough to park the big F150 truck .

The room were clean, staff was wonderful they were welcoming & very nice. All the areas I seen were all clean. A few tips: add sanitary wipes & sanitizer to gym area, also the halls are very hot. But the rooms ac’s work great just the hall was hot. The breakfast could use some add ons in my opinion but I didn’t expect a buffet. I liked that I was able to walk out the door to grab a quick bite to eat. I’d stay here again.

This was one of the cleaniest hotels I have stayed in, staff was professional and accommodating— and breakfast was better than expected. I will come back again.

The smell of this hotel is totally pleasant and to the science. It has a neutral smell not covered up by a deep deodorant spray at all. But, I can see why, the morning crew were working very hard cleaning the carpets. Other hotels should take notes.

Parking safe, check out too early and can not enjoy breakfast.

The downsides: stains in the bedroom and in the hallways (I know they are difficult to remove or diminish, requiring shampooing the carpets soon after they occur), and the towels are small and not highly absorbent (we recommend upgrading the size and quality).

Really good choice in a convenient location for NW Houston. Clean & neat with a responsive staff. I recommended that towels be ugraded - they were thin & small for such a nice motel.

The service was good but the rooms had a smell. We stayed in two different rooms and both rooms had a smell. The breakfast selection was not as great as the other La Quinta location we stayed at before. I don’t think I will return to this location.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My sister actually stayed here for a week and the manager made her feel so safe! Was checking in on her and making sure she had everything she needed. I mailed a package for my sister and she received it from the front desk with no issues. I definitely recommend staying here. They aer very accommodating. Monica had soooo many nice things to say.

I visited many La Quinta food is always the same at this location it was unappetizing

Great location. When we arrived it was 8:00 pm and we were able to walk to a restaurant. We used the workout room in the morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

First room bed was completely sunken in and old. Then I had to fight off two flying cockroaches the size of hummingbirds.

We loved our stay! Just wish there were more breakfast options. Otherwise, perfect place to stay!

This hotel is always our first choice when visiting Houston. The location is ideal and convenient, surrounded by restaurants, fast food options, and a grocery store. It’s also near a Starbucks. The room prices are great, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic. The free breakfast is surprisingly good, and there is ample parking available with plenty of lights. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Hotel wouldn’t let me check in, stated their dog policy changed and my dog is too big. I have stayed there at least 6 times with my dog in the last year.

Had some rough characters out in the parking lot It’s not the best area. It’s loud as hell with the traffic on the highway.

I don’t like leaving reviews however I must say last night was not comfortable ac didn’t work the shower leaked on the bathroom floor and mold in the shower. I will not stay there again!!!
