The staff is nice,and good location My room was dirty I had lots of dog hair I told the manager and didn't offer a discount or anything. The Continental breakfast is terrible i know it is free but the food was bad.

The first - it was a bit more dirty didn’t smell the best, and air conditioning was quite bad. This time around it was much more clean. The smell did improve, even though there were lingerings of it. My only constructive criticism - use some air freshener and update your air-conditioning units. Thanks for the improvements.

I booked the room for your wife's birthday. I came early. When I opened the door, the smell was horrible. I was about to bring some air freshener to spray in the room, but it was a busy day; I couldn't find anything to kill that smell And then, when I brought my family into the room, they couldn't resist the smell. There was a lady at the front desk. She was so nice; she tried to help us out. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay; we had to leave the same day

After lowering the thermostat to cool the room, the air conditioning unit began leaking water. When I woke up around 3:00 AM, there was water on the floor from the leak. I called the front desk at 6:00 AM to report the issue, and we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room was much smaller than the one we had originally been assigned room 324. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience. I have stayed at La Quinta before and have always been very pleased with the accommodations, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this matter is addressed so future guests do not encounter the same issues.

I’ve stayed several nights at this location over the last couple of weeks. But the room I had last night was terrible starting with the air conditioner was leaking water all around the air conditioner unit, it wasn’t cooling in the room. I didn’t have any air conditioning in the bathroom at all. I also had small roaches both alive and dead inside of the closet along with the room. It was the worst night I’ve had on this property. They didn’t offer to refund or extend my reservation for another night in a new room at no charge. I wasn’t offered anything in resolving the situation. I was given two towels coming up from breakfast after I told the front desk that there was water leaking on the floor. The noise was extremely loud and annoying screaming about allowing “homeless “ people in the hotel. Even as a Diamond Member with Wyndham Hotels I was being screamed at being called “homeless women “. I’m a single disabled female and I don’t want to be singled out as a “homeless woman “. This is so someone else can then can take over a paid room for free? I’m not sure but for some reason a group of people think screaming at hotels equals free rooms. Wrong it equals very upset people that are paying to be able to stay in their rooms in peace without being harassed. They have been very nice here so I’m very disappointed with my stay last night.

Arrived on Friday the room had a sewer smell when you entered we sprayed the room with Lysol. Talk with the person at the front desk early Saturday morning. We were told we would be move to another room after 3 pm. My family and I were at the water park celebrating my granddaughter's birthday when the hotel called and asked if we were there we said no. The lady said they had a room for us but we needed to get there ASAP. We told her we wasn't going to leave right now, after being put on hold she said the room was already booked and offered us a different type of room ( we had a suite) but no discount we declined because we had 2 12 year olds with us. They had sent someone to clean the room so the smell wasn't as bad like on Friday. As we were about to go to dinner Saturday evening about 7 pm they called and said they have a suite available but we're leaving out. My husband was so frustrated by now and said forget it we only have 1 more night here.

The place had good rates and breakfast which was good. Be mindful that rooms aren’t all renovated to the best of their ability. Everytime i took a shower the water stayed cold for about 15 mins until it finally turned hot. Other than everything else was okay.

The property is conveniently located to many food and shops. The room was not cleaned during my stay and the elevator was not working. I was able to get my steps though since I was on the third floor.

Breakfast not good the coffee was terrible. We had 4 Rooms 1 of the 4 had a working A/C, 3 had hot A/C not working . Miserable night stay. Elevator was not working properly and when we came back from the game that night A guest was stuck in the elevator till they were able to open it. Sad to say worst experience ever at a LA Quinta.

They need to clean the rooms everyday because it’s Texas and it’s more prone to critters. We had two roaches in the bathroom. They originally only provided two wash cloths for a room that sleeps five. There was no iron or ironing board in the closet. I would not stay again.

Hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable and was quiet. Shower pressure was good but could better. Water was very hot which I loved part is Blue Bell factory from my location.

Everything was good, clean room, plenty of parking, the staff was very friendly and breakfast on time and deli.

The quality was good for the price that I paid and the location is good. However, I had to wait for the room to be available when I tried checking well after the check in time (3:00).

One of the better hotels for staying at for a cheaper price. My only complaints are that the internet was very slow (just had to watch TV instead) and I wanted to swim but the pool was closed.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to go to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. The room also smelled like mildew. The hallways smelled of Marijuana and needed a deep clean.

I don’t like anything

The breakfast was okay, but the biggest issue was the front desk staff. An older woman and older man working the desk were rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for shampoo and conditioner, the woman rolled her eyes at me, making me feel like my request was a bother. The older man did not greet me, say hello, or acknowledge me he simply stared at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. The only positive staff interaction I had was with a younger gentleman at checkout, who was friendly and professional. Overall, due to the cleanliness issues, unpleasant odors, and poor customer service, I would never stay here again.

They need to make sure everything works on the rm and there no broken pictures with glass broken on rm has to clean it up my self and a lot of drunk and high on drugs people on front of the lobby while checking in . An breakfast was limited with very little to get an juices were spoiled

I don’t even take the time to do reviews Soo me and my family was only passing through to stay less than 24 hours made it approximately 1am got checked in finally that took forever had to wait over 30 mins got to the room wait first off she didn’t tell us the elevator was broke had to climb 3 flights no problem got to the room boom was a dirty room someone literally just left sheets was still pulled back head print on the pillows towels on the floor … no accommodations so money wasted had to go to some other nasty ridiculous ghetto hotel down the walk I could went in to the Hilton upscale somewhere but see the need when only staying less than 24 hours I have plenty videos photos etc corporate will hear from me

My overall stay way great! The property was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the main bathroom light was out. The vanity mirror was fine as it was just myself. Again, this location was fine. I will be booking again.

I enjoyed my stay however the floor I was on did have an odor to it. Other than that everything was perfect my room was clean and I don’t have much complaints. Parking was a little trick though but nothing extreme.

The A/c didnt work and asked the front desk but said nothing can be done not even change room since they were all boked. I had my toddler and young kids they were super hot horrible stay

We stayed in a suite and 1 of the air conditioners did not work, it took them 2 days to fix it. We had to re scan our room keys 7 times the whole week just to get into our room! Also, the pool was out of service the whole week we were there. The elevator did not work either.

Breakfast was very simple, no variety and very bland. My suite was not available and had to make a switch on my reservation. Pool was closed all weekend

I would not recommend this place. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom dried red appears to be blood on the shower curtain large hole in the wall the door wouldn’t shut the floors were sticky. I checked out the next morning asked to be refunded the rest of the stay and explained the reason as to why. I was not taken serious and now will be disputing the charges. I do have pictures as proof.

So last night I was in room 308 and across from me was room 309 and when I tell you they were absolutely terrible ppl I mean several people complained to management about the noise now the manager did handle the situation and apologized but I felt really sad for the kids

There were roaches in my room. Had roaches crawling around my shoulder. I spent about an hour of my sleep fighting roaches. If you are going to stay in this property make sure to carry around a bottle of raid bug killer to get rid of those roaches. It seems like someone threw up on the curtains by the AC unit. The AC unit had some kind of spill on it. The room smelled funky.

Over all stay was fine. We just needed a place to lay our heads. We had trouble with tv remote not working when we arrived. The elevator was a little scary and rough. Rom was nice and clean and bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast I would skip. Coffee was weak and like warm and the scrambled "eggs" that were just brought out were ice cold and that's not an exaggeration. The sausage was under cooked. Everyone else seem to enjoy their waffles and bagels but that's strictly observation since unable to eat. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating.

Parking was easy and I felt like my car was safe! Close by to most activities I had planned! Picked this hotel for the pool but the pool was closed! Asked at booking to be placed AWAY from the elevator and NOT on the bottom level! I was placed directly next to the elevator and on the bottom level. Staff was friendly and helpful! The overall experience wasn’t bad! The ac blew amazingly cold ! Unsure about the breakfast choices because we slept in every day we were there!

When I first arrived, the initial impression was several mattresses sitting outside near the dumpster. If they’re being replaced, that’s understandable but it’s still not a great first look. Upon entering the lobby, there was a noticeable odor that extended all the way to the elevator area. That set the tone immediately. The room itself felt far below what I expected based on the reviews: more comparable to a budget roadside motel than a highly rated hotel. The ice machine on my floor was not working. I located one on the first floor that did dispense ice, but the pipes were exposed and water was continuously draining from them. Taking the stairs back up, I saw additional mattresses and bed frames stored near the stairwell area, which raised further concerns about the overall condition and upkeep of the property. I booked this stay specifically because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. My experience did not align with that rating at all. After checking in, I attempted to leave but was told the stay was non-refundable. This review is simply an honest account of what I experienced. If you’re booking based on 10/10 expectations, just be aware that your experience may differ significantly.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was welcoming and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again.

It was pet friendly. Staff was nice. The room was average could have been nicer. I stayed on a weekend when breakfast is served at 7. To them that means start setting up the breakfast area at 7. I needed to leave a few minutes after 7 and barely was able to get coffee at 7:05.

The only drawback about this place is the area is a little sketchy but fine for Houston and the wifi never works. Otherwise my favorite place to stay in Houston for the price.

The room was ok overall but, there were several problems. First the door was jammed shut. Then the tv's didn't work. The room was at the end of a hall with an outside door was where the headboard to the bed was. Between 10-12pm the noise was horrible. Constant slamming and heavy footsteps. We couldn't sleep.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating after I left something in my room after checkout.

Wouldn't hold my bags prior to official check-in time so I had to drag them to a medical appointment. They wanted to charge an early check-in fee to get into the room before 3pm. Couldn't get on their WiFi. Breakfast was terrible---subpar food with few options, almost no health options. Manager not particularly helpful. I've stayed at other LaQuintas and it's been fine; stay away from this one.

Two major lows, when we booked room no where on the site did it state that there was no breakfast (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) due to Thanksgiving, which I understand but a heads up would have help us make plans in advance. Second major low, as soon as we walked into our room there was a roach walking by the door entrance, inside our room.

Outstanding location - not located right on a busy street, but very convenient to major roads and many local (non-chain) shops and restaurants. My room and the common areas were very clean and tidy. The flooring in my room was relatively new laminate plank flooring. Nice, normal hotel furniture and soft cotton linens. Decent shower water pressure. The pool was closed indefinitely when I was there. The wifi did not work at all while I was there and it was a cellular dead zone for me on AT&T. But for my short business trip needs, the convenient location and pleasant atmosphere outweigh those shortfalls - I would absolutely stay here again.

Had a good hot breakfast. Room seemed clean but they was sticky stuff on the bed counter and on the restroom floor. The AC was leaking water into the room. We didn’t notice it until morning. We almost fell. Bed was comfortable

Staff that was there the night we checked in wasn't even friendly at all. And we did a courtesy call to let them know we are gonna be 15 mins late from our estimated time of arrival,and she was so rude on the phone, she sounded like she is laughing at us. And I believe the same staff that was on the call and the one that was there that night are the same. She isn't friendly nor welcoming at all. And is very distracted with her airpods. The room is very dirty, you can see it from the floor, and the bathroom is very dirty. We also did their complimentary breakfast, and oh my gosh. My daughter wants some orange juice, but you can see the gnats inside of the orange juice pitcher, it was gross. We will never go back there.
